I did an online reservation, Brittany called me within 5 mins of doing so to ask if I had any questions about my reservation and to confirm which I was already on my way in, so I told her I’d see her there. she greeted me, gave me a tour showed me my unit and answered my questions. We moved in during normal business hours and everything went very smoothly. The employee that helped us was very good. I came the next day, Sunday to move in the rest of my items.. there were two homeless men camped out at the entrance less than one foot from the access door. It also takes a minute to put the code in so it’s not like I’m just walking by them. They could have been harmless but the fact is if anything happened there’s no one else in sight to help. I was there alone and did not feel comfortable getting out of my car. I do not recommend this storage location due to a loitering issue going on.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORAGE PLACE! Customer service here is absolutely incompetent. I did the online reservation and paid for it all online and got my access code. Drove an hour from my house with my uhaul to unload my stuff. Come to find out when I get to the storage my code doesn’t work!! I called customer service and they were absolutely helpless. All they could say was sorry we can’t get a new code today and “my gm is at lunch”. At lunch?? At 7pm??? What a joke! Save your money and go elsewhere!
