Brand new, modern, the staff were patient and provided excellent service. The facilities were immaculately clean, safe, and futuristic. It felt like CubeSmart gifted me when they provided flat beds to haul my goods. It really helped my back and made the impossible job by myself, possible.

Manager Mike has made this the absolute BEST experience ever! My husband and I are building a home and are displaced for a bit. The storage facility was clean and the grounds were well-kept and appealing. Mike, the servicing attendant was very friendly and helpful. Although I served in the military during several conflicts and spent 20 years of my life serving this country, Mike was unable to offer me a military discount because I was retired; only active duty members receive a discount. I felt like that was a slap in the face. Of course, I don’t hold Mike responsible for that policy, but I think Cubesmart should recognize ALL military personnel who play or have played a part in keeping this country free with the same discount. Just like all peacekeepers and first-responders. If you want to advertise that you support these people to gain their business, you would do well to offer them a discount for their service. Just my opinion, of course. I only mention that because I think your storage rates are too high, but you are in a great location for future growth of the community. Good luck with getting your units filled!

My husband and I love this storage facility! From our first visit the staff were super friendly and accommodating, and they helped us find the perfect unit for our needs. This is definitely one of the nicest facilities I’ve used for storage, and it’s the closest to our home making it very convenient for us. We are so glad they opened up here in SE Palm Bay and we look forward to storing our items here long-term!
