We are switching to CubeSmart from Public Storage on E Park Dr. Not only does CubeSmart have better prices, but they have more than one cart and doors that slide open (stay open) while you're pushing your filled cart through it. Mark was very thorough with explaining the costs. They require renters to carry insurance, either through them for $12 a month or our own. I feel confident we made the right choice.

We rent Cube Smart storage space at the Riverside Drive, Palm Beach Gardens location. You will find no one more courteous and professional than its manager, Mark. Mark greeted us warmly when we checked in (we reserved online, an easy process) and took the time to walk us through the facility and answer our questions. The facility is immaculate. It is refreshing to be assisted by a live human being who knows what they are doing, unlike places in the PBG area like Public Storage, where the office is usually closed with a sign posted on the door to call a toll-free number connecting you with a customer service rep in another part of the country. If you need to store your stuff in the North Palm Beach or Palm Beach Gardens vicinity, book space at Cube Smart, Riverside Drive, PBG, where Mark will be there ready to help you. You will not be disappointed.

I am quite pleased with my experience at CubeSmart, Riverside Drive in PBG. The reservation process is simple and the prices are very competitive. The complex itself is new, and clean inside and out. Some other storage facilities are not well lighted, or air conditioned nor maintained as well as this place. The management, all have been very helpful and pleasant to work with. Mark has helped me a few times and has been very helpful and has a pleasant demeanor. I would highly recommend this CubeSmart location for all in need of either long term or short term storage needs. I initially had a 10’ x15’ bay and was able to downsize to a 5’ x10’ as my storage needs have diminished. I took advantage of the online offers that discount prices from 30 to 40 % regular price.

Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a larger unit upon arriving and was given choices and even shown a few units until deciding upon the size needed that fit my budget. Very helpful and advocated for me in that he urged me discreetly not to go with the more expensive unit which the movers tried to encourage me to pick because it was on the first floor (easier to get to but they aren’t paying the monthly fee!??). I found the right size unit and in my budget with the ease of elevator access. Affordable! ???? I will definitely be a return customer.

We have never needed space like this, but we moved from a full-size home to a condo - too much stuff! That said, Mark was a maestro and assisted me and my wife with decisions I did not realize we would need to make. Especially on move-in day when we showed up with two 26ft trucks, packed with stuff, and we only had one unit. He held multiple units open for us until we figured out the actual sizes needed. They have an automated kiosk and no one on site to show you a rental space to determine what size you may need. Overall an excellent place for storage. It’s probably not normal to call a storage place beautiful but this one is very nice with excellent landscaping and a small park like area. This Cubesmart is has great amenities. There’s always ample parking, there’s a covered lobby for protection during rain or heat of sun, the bathroom on the first floor is open after hours, and there’s plenty of push carts at the entry to help with move stuff. The office is located on the west corner of the building, so not right at the loading lobby. The outdoor air quality is good which is important in Florida as there are some funky areas. The location is convenient to access, and off on the heavy traffic street which is great. The area seems safe. My son went to school just down the road and there’s a police presence as the station is nearby. It’s good to go slow during the posted school hours for kids safety, if you are driving through. The facility is well lit inside and has some great tunes playing on speakers. You can reserve spots online or go in and rent in person. The manager is awesome and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The price is decent. Compared to other storage places I rented in Georgia this one far far better. We got a lot of use of the storage as we were staying in hotels a long time. Our unit was on the first floor and there are two elevators to reach the other floors. The storage access hours are 6am to 10pm. If you need storage this CubeSmart is highly recommended.

We loved the newness and cleanliness of the facility and that it was nicely climate-controlled. It was convenient that we could go to storage until 10PM (we would have actually liked it to be open until at least midnight but you can't have everything). We also loved the large dollies, also the carport that kept the sun and rain off of us. It was great to be able to pull up to the door, which helped to make for quick trips in and out, even with our unit being on the third floor. Just an overall unexpectedly terrific experience. We will definitely have a nearby CubeSmart availabile when we move again.

Couldn’t be happier! The property is clean and in a great location. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating! There are plenty of dollies available for anyone to use and a 14’ 6’’ high covered overhang provides great cover from rain or sun. 10/10

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented a unit here under Extra Space Storage, then Cube Smart bought it out. Cube smart didn’t honor my rate and have gradually been raising my rent every month. The manager is extremely rude & would not help and continued to overcharge me even though I sent proof of my former rate before Cube Smart took over. I haven’t even had the unit that long to have it continue to increase. It’s disheartening. In times like these companies should be helping people not hurting them. PLEASE listen they do not care! Save money by renting elsewhere. I had a former good review posted when it was Extra Space but I chose to edit it because I can’t in good faith recommend them. What they did was wrong and I don’t want to see it happen to someone else. Very sad. I had a unit with Cube Smart 2 years ago and it was a bad experience which was why I was so happy to find Extra Space, & it didn’t even take a month for Cube Smart to disappoint they overcharged me immediately and refuse to honor the rate I had with Extra Space. Please heed my advice, they do not care about their customers. If you like unjustified rate increases sign with them.

So, let me tell you.... You shouldn't be looking any where else but this place for storage. I called around to 7 different places to find a 4x8 or a 5x5 storage unit. Extra space has the best offer in town! Competitive rates, and their facility is really nice! Climate control units, which is included in the base rate. The lock is a cylinder lock that is more secure for the units. Complimentary carts so you don't have to lug box after box back and forth. Not to mention the customer service. The people are so friendly and very helpful. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.

I got stuck in elevator #2 for 30 minutes. Everything else about this place seems great. The emergency button in the elevator needs to have a better speaker though. It should also call to the closest fire station so its quick and easy for them to know where to find us. I hope when they get fixed it doesn't happen again. I understand it's a new facility but it was my first experience stuck and it was really frightening.
