Everyone was very helpful and got me move in on the day I wanted. Easy to get signed up and ready to transfer from other facility in Palm City. Cube and hallways were clean, elevators and carts were clean and functional, and bathroom was very convenient. Really like it there.

Amy was just a sweetheart! She knew exactly what we needed and took care to show us the unit and the entry /exit gate. She is good at her job and anyone can see that she loves her job! The new palm city location is extremely neat, clean & well kept. Staff is friendly Helpful & knowledgeable and took great care answering all of my questions. However the corporate Advertised prices are very deceptive. They try to make you buy & use an overpriced lock cylinder that only they sell (unless you go online) and then try to make you pay for their insurance policy when you can use your own homeowners policy. For this reason l only gave them 2 stars & would not recommend this company to anyone!!.

CubeSmart in the Palm City location is over priced for boats. The Palm City location isn’t even near the major public boat ramp allowing fast access to the ocean. There are no car washes near by with marine services unlike its competitors. I had to move when my rate went to $288 a month considering there are locations that charge almost half that amount. It’s enough savings you can pay for watercraft insurance twice for one year and fill your tank with fuel once.

I had never used a storage facility before so I had a lot of questions. Yusvel was absolutely wonderful in helping me to feel comfortable with storing my property in here. Furthermore, the units are clean and well taken care of. The air conditioning is kept at a comfortable temperature, unlike some places Ive heard that claim to have A/C, but still keep it warm inside. Im very glad I decided on Cube Smart.

We were renting from a different company that sold to CUBE Storage . They notified us at our old address so we weren't aware of the change. When we needed another unit until we closed in the area we found out it had all changed. After we closed we were emptying one unit before the 6th of the month so we would only be charged one unit and were advised we wouldn't get any refund because we were on automatic payment we could not get a refund, but if we were late they would probably allow a grace period I am not happy with this logic.
