The entire experience was a breeze from reserving to moving in. I made my reservation online and received a follow up call from Joe confirming my reservation and instructions. He was very helpful as I needed to change my move in date. When I arrived the manager, Crystal, was on a golf cart. I stopped her to ask directions to my unit and she knew my name! She was very kind and professional. The unit, in fact the entire site was clean. The only negative is if you click on the directions from the website it takes you to nowhere. We had to use google maps to find the correct directions, but it wasn't too far.

Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly by Crystal. Although there was a payment/return challenge Crystal called her manager and kudos to him how he coached her through a first time process for her. Highly recommend utilizing this location for storage. The two managing team members Pat and Joe are stellar at customer service, security and cleanliness. The property is immaculate every time I visited and I always felt safe and comfortable when visiting the unit we rented. The team also helped me find the best deal for my needs by taking advantage of company specials and helping me identify the right size space so I didn’t overpay for space I didn’t need. These leaders are trustworthy and know their tenants well.

The cubeSmart in palmetto is a great place to store in your things. I have had two spaces now and each time when I opened the door for the first time the space was very clean. Joe and Pat in the office are great people. If you need to store your things whether short term or long term CubeSmart is where you'd want to do it. Units are clean and the price is rite!

Not a bad place I only suggest getting one of the newer units to the north west side of the facility in a bad storm the south east side looks like it could flood and the units are older. I was told it never flooded, but you never know.

Our storage unit was dirty it leak water and had bees nest inside. All they could could say I'm sorry here is insurance form fill it out. Manager came down and looked at the damage, said we got to get that fixed.That's all was done. It did not get fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do NOT use this storage company!! They more than doubled our rent from $68 to $187 in less than a year!!! We only had a 10x10!! We moved to a much better facility - I have heard of other clients with the same issue! Poor business! We were long time renters too! We once had four storage units. So we were great renters! They robbed us- intentionally. BTW THEY RAISED IT MONTHLY!!

Their approximate sizes are approximately a foot smaller then advertised. Unit was leased to store 19.5 ' timbers, and 6 inches were outside the door. I think they guessed when they said it was 20 feet, not even close.

As public storage options go, this is the best one I have ever used. Joe and Ms. Pat are incredibly nice and flexible and very fair! I stored my stuff for well over a year, and they were diligent to update combos and key codes periodically to help keep their patrons’ belongings safe! I would CERTAINLY use them again!!

The day I moved in, I returned the temporary lock to the desk clerk and he thought I was moving out, so he cancelled my account. I didn’t find out until I returned that night to bring more furniture that my access code had been denied and deleted. Then both he AND the manager he called, said that they would have to charge me again because that’s the only way the system would recognize it. I didn’t want to be charged again so he got in touch with someone else. He then emailed me a new contract WHICH I SIGNED, and then called me this morning saying he never got the signed contract. He said he would look in the spam folder. I told him to call me back to confirm and he still hasn’t called. My stuff is there and as far as I know, I don’t have access or an account. This is NOT a good first impression of your company, OR it’s competency.

We had two units at the Palmetto location, one an inside climate controlled the other was an outside location. Both units were very clean when we moved in. The climate controlled unit was great for our better items like delicate Christmas decorations and other items needing to be protected from the heat and humidity. We never had a problem with mold. Staff were always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Easy process to sign up for the units and billing.

The best storage place I have ever used or my mom used. They were very helpful and friendly. They helped my mom do her paperwork. She is technically challenge. Any time she called they answered her questions. The grounds and lockers are kept very clean. They also were very nice when we closed the account. We had items in storages over two years. The couple that manages the grounds are very friendly and helpful at all times.

We have has our belongings stored in a climatized unit and a trailer parked onsite for over two years. We have never experienced any trouble or damage while there. The facility is always clean. Owners were amazing from the moment we reserved our unit. They reached out to confirm all details as we were traveling from out of state. First time I rented a cube I did it direct from Pat and Joe and the service was quick and informative. When I rented the second cube it was during off hours and I did it online. My wife and I recently moved to the area and needed a place to store and sort some items to decide what we want to keep- we downsized to a 45’ motorcoach, and obviously can’t keep it all with us. I found the CubeSmart in Palmetto, which is very close to us, and booked a unit online. Within minutes I received a call from the GM Pat Vargas. I explained my needs, and Pat told me to stop by when I was ready. Within the hour, Pat and I were filling out the papers to rent my unit. Her husband Joe took me to the unit, and answered all of my questions. Both he and Pat explained everything clearly. The unit was clean, and fit our needs perfectly. The grounds are well maintained, and the office is pristine. Joe and Pat are both great to talk to! I enjoyed meeting them both, and look forward to seeing them as I come and go from the unit. If you are looking for storage for your goods, boat, RV or trailer, stop by or call Pat and Joe. I’m sure that you will be as impressed and happy as we were with CubeSmart of Palmetto!

They made everything from signing up to leaving the most convenient and easy storage experience I could ask for, checking in and checking out it was all simple and they did everything they could to give me the best service possible. If I owned a storage company, these would be my right hand people. I’m not just saying that, I’ve never had a situation where I couldn’t get a phone call from the manager, I’ve never had a situation where I couldn’t go on site and come in and meet the management. They worked with me, to stay Late even though it was an inconvenience for them, and they knew I needed that storage, they treated me like every other customer and they stayed late just to give me the best service possible. When I first called I talked to a pleasant person at some call center who gave me all the information I needed and sent the confirmation to me by email. I was also told that the local manager would be contacting me. I was contacted soon after by the manager confirming all of my information. When I went down to the storage area I was greeted by the managers who took the time to explain the process, answered some questions that I had and were just plain nice people! The one thing that the call center didn't mention when quoting a price is that insurance in mandatory. I chose the cheapest option but would have preferred to not have had to take any. The unit that I got was clean and appeared to be in very good condition despite it being in one of the oldest buildings in the facility. They are constructing new buildings and it's evident that the company and the managers are taking pride in the facility and making sure it looks good.

The owners/staff are very nice. I like the location. The units are clean. I would have given 5 stars but I have one issue involving the door to one of my units. I have to fight the lock and door, literally, for up to 10 minutes, both to get into and out of it. Tried WD-40 without success. So a trip that should have taken 5 minutes turns into a 25 minute ordeal. I believe I got one lemon. The other door and lock are fine. Anyway, I doubt anyone else wanting a cube to rent would have the difficulty I am having so I would recommend it.

Highly recommended. We kept our furniture, clothes and all our household items in 2 10x15 storage spaces at CubeSmart in Palmetto. This was from July 2017 to July 2019. We weathered Hurricane Irma and many storms and high humidity during this time. Not one item had mildew, mold, water or pest damage. I just cleared out the last of our stuff and found no insects of any kind in the storage unit, dead or alive. Our storage units were not climate controlled, although they have them available now. The managers, Pat and Joe, are awesome people, always ready to help. If you put your stuff here, you can be sure it will be safe!

Our experience with AAA storage was great! Joe and Pat are attentive wonderful managers. We were there almost two years and if we every needed anything or had any issues they were right on it.

We know storage places in our years of traveling. AAA STORAGE is by far the best we have come across. The managers are so accommodating. They go above and beyond in everything they do. We fell in love with the facility, clean even with construction. I feel like we are family every time we come in. Pat and Joe are the stars here.The bathrooms are even clean. Thank you AAA STORAGE for having employees who truly care about their customers. Even the prices are as competitive as all the others. Again thank you!

I am on my third unit at this facility and the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I honestly thought Pat and Joe were the owners as reflected in their 100% dedication to customer service! What a great place. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone I know!

I rented a storage unit for 5 months, never had an issue. This is a quiet location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely utilize this company again for my storage needs.

I have been with this storage unit since November 2017 and they are wonderful. The staff there is awesome and if I have a problem they fix it right away. If you want a storage unit please come to AAA storage unit they are wonderful

Incredibly friendly customer services. Even after hours they would call you back you with any issues concerns you may have. They were so helpful to fix me up with a discounted unit. They keep the facility super clean too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because of the nice staff.

We have been here since Triple A opened. Joe and Pat make everyone feel so welcome, they are so helpful, they even bring water to their customers. We have been storing our boat here for about 1.5 years now and have had no issues. Pat and Joe manage the property and have always been very kind. They have kept us informed of all of the upcoming changes that are currently taking place with the new construction and storage capacity. Prices are very reasonable and the service from Pat and Joe is top notch. They also reside on the property which provides me with an additional sense of security beyond just fencing and coded gates. They know and communicate with their customers which gives the business a personal touch.

Folks of you need storage you cant as for a better place. The management's on site and they treat you like family. They are adding more spaces and these will all be climate controled so that means air conditioned for your reall cool stuff. Stop by and check it out. Its a really nice place thats always having up keep done. The staff does a great job! My hats off to them????
