Very helpful and knowledgeable. Nikkia answered all my questions: some before I even asked.! Great move in special. Was able to obtain a large space right away. Nice little welcome bag and later when I returned to unload truck they had a dolly available for use and a welcome note inside unit. Have both climate controlled or not available at reasonable rates. Also had free bottled water available since it's so hot. Nikkia made a stressful time a little less stressful with her friendly smile and great personality. Definitely recommend this Cube Smart on Hutchinson Blvd. Great location and fantastic customer service!!!

BE AWARE! I specifically told the reservation person that I wouldn't need the storage unit until 3 weeks from now. He told me that wouldn't be a problem and emailed me a contract. Come to find out the contract started yesterday so now I have a storage unit that will sit empty for 3 weeks. I talked to the manager of the local Cumsmart who was "going to see what he could do " but no return call yet.

She’s has always been super great at Not only making sure my wife and I had the space we needed and understood all about gaining access to our 10 x 10 cubicle, she always made us feel like family! The climate controlled unit we used was clean when moved in. The facility was always cool and looked freshly painted and well-maintained. The grounds are always well groomed and the office well-organized! All her loyal staff and vendors do excellent work at the Hutchinson Blvd branch. Jackie obviously was raised well with a super good value system and work ethic. Please keep Ms Stewart as manager of the Hutchinson storage forever!

Jackie Stewart of Cube Smart on Hutchinson Blvd in Panama City Beach Florida is wonderful. She takes great care of her facility and makes her tenants feel like more like friends. The storage facility is super clean which I would attribute to her pride in the facility. The only reason I am giving it four stars is from a bad experience at a previous storage facility that was bought out by Cube Smart. When Cube Smart repainted the facility they used pressure washers to clean the roll up doors. In the process my couch and furniture got dirty from the dirty water making it ways past the door, the manager at that facility just blew off my complaint saying that no one else has said anything. Cube Smart has a great GM at the Hutchison branch in PCB. Thank You Jackie.

I needed Mattress covers and called CubeSmart on Hutchinson BLVD in PCB. Susie was happy to put them aside for me. When I arrived, Susie came around the desk to greet me with a smile and a hand shake. I decided I needed 2 more Mattress covers, but Susie didn't have any more. She called the nearby CubeSmart on Joan Ave to verify they had the 2 I needed. She had other business to attend to out of the office and offered to let me follow her to the other CubeSmart, which I accepted. She left me with a pleasant smile and goodbye as she directed me inside to speak to Kenny and Regina. Kenny and Regina were just as warm and friendly. I made my purchase and left with a friendly thank you and goodbye. The attention to detail and satisfaction for such a small purchase was incredible. The storage units are great.Clean and very well kept.But in my opinion Jackie makes this place 5 ? She went way beyond what she needed to do for me and my family. She treated me like family not just dollars. I highly recommend this place and SHE is the reason.

Very helpful and welcoming. Moved to the area with everything we own, and the place we thought we would be renting fell through! Mrs. Jackie was a sweetheart. The property was very clean. Couldn't ask for a better experience with a storage Manager!!!

Sales rep was friendly. Then the property mgr arrived. If you want to rent here get ALL the details before signing. There were add ons and terms (with additional costs) that should be included and explained in the beginning. My experience here was different from any other place I researched and/or visited. The facility that got my (cash) business (Southern Storage) was a complete opposite. The manager there (Melody) should give lessons to the woman on Hutchison Blvd regarding customer service.

Been renting a unit for 5 years. I know I can rent elsewhere cheaper but their employee Jackie is the best customer service person I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable should you have questions and an excellent communicator in her responses. She brightens my day anytime I call or stop by. This facility is clean, safe, and well organized.

I have currently had a unit here for 6 years and refer all my clients there when they mention they need a storage unit. There are many storage facilities in the area but I chose and recommend this place because of Jackie. I originally rented from her 6 years ago and she always make my day brighter when I go in to pay my bill. She is the best!!

Everything is nice and clean very secure facility. I only had one issue and that is I was moving some things for my daughter (who rents the unit )late one night due to getting off a late shift at work and we couldn't get in. I guess they close and don't reopen til 930am. That seems very inconvenient to me because I like to access my belongings whenever I want to. But I believe 930 is kinda late in the morningfor a lot of ppl especially if your moving I like to her an early start

Clean secure access. Very helpful staff. CubeSmart has some onerous documentation requirements just getting signed up, but a breeze after that. Wish it was 24hour access also -- especially once it's sweltering hot during daylight hours.

The staff at this CubeSmart are very helpful- Dominic by phone before my move, and Jackie on the day I arrived. She offered to show me different size units that had come available since I made my reservation. I ended up getting a larger unit because I was able to see the different sizes. She also showed me where I could get a dolly and other equipment if I need it in the future. The location is very convenient- close to my condo. I am very happy that I chose this CubeSmart!

Jackie is the best! I'm 100% sure I would not of taken a storage here if it wasn't for her. "I'm usually cheap :)" She keeps the place clean and notifies you if you left a mess. She is on top of her game here. I want to say thank you Jackie for going out of your way to make this a great experience. I am not one to leave reviews but after my experience with Ms. Jackie I really wanted to bless her and the company with a great review. Jackie was super attentive the minute I got on the phone with her. She really wanted to figure out the best size unit for our needs. Even when I could not answer some of her questions about dimensions or was not sure how to measure she was very patient with me and took time to break it down for me. I highly recommend giving your business to this company. They have a great reputation and now I know why. Thanks again Jackie!!
