I currently have items stored in the climate controlled section and we're more than happy with it. Everyone at the facility is super helpful, especially Steve. Reserving online was quick and easy. Shorty after, I received a phone call verifying my reservation and he was ready for any questions I had. Upon entering my unit, there was a welcome note and a lock. The unit was clean and had lighting. Highly recommend.

Such a pleasant experience! First much nicer, cleaner, and CHEAPER, than my old unit. So clean! Staff members are so friendly. Jamie drove me to my unit that I reserved on line. The lock mechanism was hard to use so he moved me to another that would be easier for me. He was so friendly and talked to me like a friend and I so enjoyed his company He made me feel very secure with storing my belongs there. I HIGHLY recommend this storage facility. I just recently moved into a bigger place & I needed a smaller storage unit.. I am so glad I went with the Cube Smart on 390! They’re way closer to my new place & the customer service here is amazing! Steven was super helpful, he was very knowledgeable about the units & what size would be best for me, he walked me through the super quick set up process, he answered all my many questions lol. I was.greeted when I walked in the door, I was asked what I was looking for; he was already expecting me, because I received a call that morning concerning my interest in renting a shed. Worst experience ever! Purchased a unit through auction to find out that it was tampered with by the facility after purchasing. Strict violation of the rule in the auction business. Very dissatisfied with the leadership they have in this business as well. Their district manager Eugene Ware can care less about your problems and issues when their brought to him. Would give 0 stars or negative if it were an option. They are all thieves and beware of their shadiness that goes on. Very, Very, Very, DISASTISFIED. I would appreciate if their Divisional Vice President Ravinder Sethi would step in and take some action on the people he has working underneath him. This business has no integrity beware and stay as far away from this one!

Unit 621 has roof leaks in three places. Have been sending management photos of it for about 1.5 years, have shown the manager where it leaks (she refused to acknowledge the issue) and they have been uninterested in doing anything about actually repairing it.... And their "insurance" is a waste of time. But they have raised the rent. Don't let them rent you a unit without proof that it doesn't leak. I'm done with them. Moving out.

To The Owner, I met you when your Storage first opened, but didn't actually need the open-storage at that time. Many years later after Hurricane Michael, I decided to sell my Capri Drive house to my Daughter; I have moved my household contents to two units in your facility a few weeks apart. Both Veronica, and the young lady from Tallahassee filling in for her now, have been very pleasant and professional. The only complaint that I have as a Veteran (and I remember that you are also a Veteran); I would suggest that you also extend the Veteran's Discount to Military Retirees. I want to consolidate the two units into one, and looked at many other facilities, and they were willing to extend the 10% Military Discount to Military Retirees. I truly don't want to move from your facility, but some appreciation does count. Thanks!

Update: The generic reply to my review is exactly what I expected. I Am ANGRY THAT I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF MY RATE INCREASE. And I did contact the management. They never answered me. I have rented my storage shed for several months now and have been overall happy with the facility until now. My rent was increased by almost $20 a month with absolutely no warning. No phone calls, no emails, no text messages, and no mail. I have contacted them twice via email because I want a response in writing. I have yet to hear back from them. Because of this I will be taking my belongings elsewhere. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I work in customer service... Hopefully they don't do the same to everyone else. Good luck if you decide to rent with them.

The ladies at the front desk, Mary and Cheri, were very happy and ready to assist. They did an amazing job getting me all squared away, literally (cube storage jokes), and I am very happy with the process and how easy it was to call ahead, and confirm in person. A nice golf cart ride to my storage unit and great service made my experience a pleasure and I was on my way.

Convenient with easy access. BUT... Customer Service at this location IS THE WORST. The lady who manages this store has a very TOXIC nature and attitude. Gets angry if you come in the office while she's eating lunch and will flat out tell you that she IS STILL ON HER LUNCH BREAK!! I was there for two years and recently changed to a new facility due to her lack of management skills..If you choose CubeSmart DO NOT USE THE PC LOCATION NEAR LYNN HAVEN. Unfortunately you will ultimately Regret it. :(

Rented the storage unit with an agreed price October of 2019. They gave me the option to take first month free or a 30% discount for the duration of our stay. I opted for the discount, and now 5 months later my rate nearly doubled by them sending a post card in the mail. Found a much more reasonable unit not far away. Avoid this place!

We had to get a storage unit after we moved back after Hurricane Michael. I am so happy we chose this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful, around the units is always clean, and I haven't seen a single insect inside my unit. If you are looking for a storage unit you should seriously consider CubeSmart on 390.

CubeSmart on Hwy 390: Sheri and her staff are very professional, yet friendly; knowledgeable, yet not pushy. The facility is super-clean and we would highly recommend! Having to store all your material possessions, for an unknown amount of time, is painful. But, knowing everything was in good hands at CubeSmart gave us a sense of comfort.

The manager, Carole, is simply one of the nicest people to deal with. Very accommodating, as far as any storage facility would be concerned. The storage facility is nicely laid out, easy to get around and use. Keep in mind it is on 390- every navigation program I've used has put me in the middle of a neighborhood, behind the storage facility for some reason.

Carole was a Godsend for sure! I had to move with only a days notice by myself, and I wasn’t in the best state of mind either. Carole was so sweet and helpful, she even locked the office long enough to help me unload a dresser. I highly recommend this storage facility! They have a security gate that is programmed with your own selected pin code, and they check each unit every day.

I've rented at other Cubesmart places before, so I know they are usually the better places to store my stuff. This specific one has some road construction going on out front, but other than that it is a clean, safe place. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Don't be fooled by the online reservation option that "guarantees availability" I completed the "reservation" and got a confirmation email that stated the unit would be held for 1 day and I had until 7/16 to sign the rental agreement or the unit would be released. Less than an hour and a half later my husband and I arrived with a trailer full of furniture to sign the rental agreement and move in just to be told that they rented the unit to someone else! So they operate under false pretenses and there was no apology, no offer for a larger unit at a lower rate to compensate for their poor business practices. And what pissed me off the most is they had my phone number and my email that they could have used to notify me but they couldn't even extend me that common courtesy.

I do like the fact you have to punch in a code to get in. And like pretty much everything but one of the employees that works there she is a heavy set older white woman that is always harassing me while I'm there working on my motorcycle or old classic car or jeep. She is so rude.
