Maria is an extremely excellent staff very knowledgeable and professional person. The reason for the one star rating is be I tried to rent with company again after booking with them for the second and reservation was set they literally called me back in said they will not rent me the storage unit because of late payment. New flash life happened in I still make my payments plus pay the late fee. So I don’t see the problem especially for months, I was not able to get into my storage because they change the code on me and I was still making payments.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, informative and patient. Moving from another state is already stressful enough. She helped me check in and check out when I moved out. Sadly I don’t recall her name. The unit was clean and no issues with rodents.

Been using this storage spot for almost 2 years and have a 10x15 storage here.. I’ve kept everything from both my kids birth to now going on 4.5 years. I have an indoor storage and pay $300-$400 a month on it and it is infested with rats. Ofcourse I tell them and they say insurance doesn’t cover rats. So all my children’s belongings (expensive strollers, decorations, clothes, shoes, etc.) are destroyed. I found a dead rat in one box and all they did was come get the dead rat and that was all. A lady a few storages down was emptying her storage spot out due to the rats in her container. Would not recommend this place at all! I’ve lost so many valuables here.

Great storage facility. Competitive prices and the rental and check in process was extremely quick and easy and I didn’t even have to see or speak to another human being. Their access hours are great as I work long days and am usually not off until 8pm but I can still get in the facility until 10pm. They also take security seriously and I feel as if my stuff is safe there.

Renting a unit on line was so easy. Every step explained exactly what information was needed from me and helped me chose the size I would need. The fact that I could do the whole rental agreement online, at my convenience, was wonderful. When I got to the unit the first time there was a welcome bag for me with my lock with the packaging already precut so I could use it immediately. It was like they thought of everything. It was a great experience.

This place is run down and not well-maintained, came to check on my “climate controlled “items today and found spiders and lizards all over my things. Pieces of the rusted out gutters almost fell on my head. I checked and this is actually the MOST EXPENSIVE storage location I this area, even the other Cube Snart locations nearby are cheaper. I will be moving my things to a brand new nicer location closer to my house that is actually cheaper.

Customer service workers were pleasant and helpful; however, I was quoted $61/month but final Talley came to $91/monthly. More costly than my other unit which was $81/month until price was hiked to $166. Had to relocate my items from west Palm to PSL. Had to close PSL unit before the 19th. Climate controlled protected items are now in the backyard under a tarp to protect from the weather. $61/month and I could have continued renting since it was within my disability budget.

It's mediocre and expensive, they really jack the price up the longer you're there. It's as if they want to punish people who remaining with them. The hall my unit is on is always too warm and humid, I often smell mildew, definitely no climate control here. The other issue is that there are no dumpsters at this place, they really need somewhere to put trash.

The place is very clean but I can never reach anybody at all. I moved out of the area last year and it is difficult for me to make the drive over to the unit.. But for some reason, my card can't stay on file, so I have to drive up there to make the link when payments. For whatever reason, the automated service says they accept my card, but it is routinely unaccepted via the automated payment services. The last time I visited, I called them while sitting outside the big pain glass window and watched the receptionist as I called. I sat there for about 15 minutes and she never acknowledged the phone. I stayed on hold for around another 20 minutes to see if she was busy but never reached anybody there. I have made my last monthly visit and went with another storage place just so I didn't lose what I'm trying to store based on their inadequate customer service

They hiked my bill up like 3 times and never sent me a notice in advance that prices were going up. My wife and I were searching for a storage unit in the surrounding area and we arrived at this location at 4:50pm. I asked if I could look at just two units to determine what we needed. Immediately the manager responded with a frustrated response of “Well, I’m about to close. What size are you wanting? Are you getting it tonight?” I just wanted to see what you have and pricing. He muttered something and I said, what’s that? He told us to hold on a min. The customer prior to us had returned. After that customer left he then said again, “Are you getting it tonight? I’m closing and I’ve got to count money...”. I turned to my wife and grandchild and proceeded to leave while he was still rambling. I could’ve come back in the morning, but his behavior was unacceptable and I don’t have to deal with it and I can take my dollars elsewhere since his establishment is well off and doesn’t need revenue. It frustrates me to know that we’re in a critical time currently with consumer business needed and a manager is on the hourly mentality of being prompt to get out of work, 15 mins early anyway. Good luck with your business in the future, but you don’t have to worry about us being a customer.

I had another storage unit that had gone up three times in one year I called around to find another storage facility. I called Cubesmart and spoke to Kyory . She went over prices and sizes and said I could stop by and she would show me the unit. The next day I went by to see unit and decided right away this is where I wanted to be. I had my uncle ask me to help him with finding a storage unit. So naturally like a good nephew I was more than willing to help. It does the trick so far. I don't like that I am told multiple times I must write a 5 star review. It's very off-putting. Not the employee's fault, I assume. Probably a higher-up pushing that. The employee I spoke with was very nice. I wonder how many other people are told this is a requirement they must fulfill when leasing a unit in the middle of an already very stressful time. Now I am worried my lease price will increase if I don't write it or because I wrote THIS. Do you see what kind of distrust this causes? This procedure should be adjusted. The company should send a survey to the customer asking how they did and how they can improve. And then provide an easily accessible link to post a review if the customer wishes to and at their leisure.

I had stopped by after work n prior to that I had made arrangements to come and check out the storage unit. When I arrived there the girl behind the counter very nice and helpful showed me 2 storage units and I wanted to make sure that the one I was getting will be open for me to put my stuff in so when I left from there I happened to call back so make sure she had unlocked the one I had paid for but the small one she showed me was left unlocked I clearly remember so I had called in spoke w/ cs and they reassured me 10 min before 6p.m before they close @ cubesmart that they will leave a note for them to unlock the other storage that I had paid for so later on that night I had came w/ all my stuff just to find out that the one I paid for was locked so I happen to go to the small size storage unit that she had showed me was open still so I was very frustrated I had to put everything in small one and lock it and I had left I had so much going on that day even next day after work to be coming back to cubesmart to switch very inconvenient so I had spoke w/ Ralph over phone before stopping he was very kind and very helpful and so I had explained what I had to go through because of a little mistake and not paying attention. Ralph happen to check n called me back and made sure my unit was unlocked for me to transfer my stuff I was so heated just transferring things back n forth but am glad that problem was resolved.

I’ve, been renting a storage with cubesmart for the last 6 months and they are great, great costumer service! Both Ralph and Koregoy I might’ve spelt the names wrong my spelling isn’t that great, they are both awesome!!! The units are very nice very spacious and it’s always cool when I go into my unit. Non of my belongings are getting ruined! When I wanted to down grade they also did that for me no problem whatsoever and I always feel safe here!

Decent place but horrible gate hours. I work 7a-7p. If I need anything out of there I’m screwed. The gate Is chained and locked at 5:30pm doesn’t open until 9am. Unheard of! Where’s the customer convenience in hours like those?

Would have given five stars but the website is deceiving with the prices. We only needed one month and thought the price was going to be different according to the website and ended up paying double with the set up fees and insurance. Then after signing the contract I was told I could have received a better deal if the gentleman behind the counter knew we only needed it for a month. I then asked if we could change it and was told no. But overall clean well kept storage unit. Easy to access.

I am looking to move to Port St Lucie from Alabama and was referred to CubeSmart by my relator. Looked at a couple different locations and cubesmart had a special. at arrival we met Ralph he was a nice person who also said he was a veteran of the Vietnam Very nice professional person. Towards the end he stated if I can do a review saying along the lines of “I looked at a couple location and cubesmart had good prices say Ralph helped you out a lot and gave you the best price possible” and that I was going to get a free month Unfortunately I actually reserved the price thru Customer Service. I got my storage and then left and the next day he called me stating “Hey can you please do the review I got the higher ups calling saying they need a review can you please do that and I’ll try to get you that month free” Which of course I heard free and I did it couple days later I got my bill saying I had to pay 230 and I called since he said I could of got the free month and he said o I never said you where gonna get a free month i said it was a competition. I asked a set of questions pertaining to the statement and it just didn’t make sense he was saying stuff and not making sense. I understand the “Hustle” But it would be better if he said the truth instead of lying I understand that a lot of review can maybe help the store but honesty goes a long way.

RALPH IS THE BEST!! I just left here a little while ago. This was my first time here. I’ve had storage units before but never with Cubesmart. Everything is kept beautifully. Ralph took all the time I needed going over every option with me, answering every question I had. He was so sweet, polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have health issues that give me horrible heat intolerance. I was feeling miserable from our typical Florida weather. But Ralph was so understanding and helpful it was a true blessing. It takes me a while to do things now, even to go see my new rental unit. The compassion and patience he had was so above and beyond. Making sure I was comfortable the whole time. If it wasn’t for his kindness and patience I wouldn’t have been able to complete my rental today, which was an absolute must for me. If you’re looking for a storage unit, this is it! Ralph Rey went in great detail to show all the different sizes of the storage units. He also took the time to show me all the pricing as well as showing me a picture of what each size storage unit could hold. He spent about 45 minutes with me. He also explained to me about how the storage property is Maintained letting me know that it is sprayed for bugs on a regular basis as well as keeping rodent traps around the property. He assured me my belongings would be taken care of. I can’t say enough about Ralph other than you employed one of the best people for this job. He’s was very informative and know how to make a customer feel as if you’ve been a friend of his forever. My hats of to this man and the company for employing such a good man. I went to get some info about renting and Ralph assisted me with the queations I had. He was so helpful and professional. With his help I have a better understanding how it works as far as the right size storage for me. I was very pleased with the customer service.

Our Quilt Guild has had a storage unit at this facility for several years and due to some confusion we were not aware of the new ownership and policies, etc. However, Ralph has been so helpful with getting everything sorted and we are now all set until July 31, 2020. Very pleased with the service from this company.

When I came in Ralph was busy taking care of someone else but made sure to let me know that he will be with me shortly. When I told him what unit size I wanted he took me to go look at it and explained the rules regulations very clearly. Let me tell you I have been to a few other places like personal mini storage and safe lock. Neither of the places took their time to show me what I would be purchasing. Not only did Ralph make sure I was pleased with my choice, the prices here are amazing! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family! Awesome customer service!

the customer service was great I spoke to a gentleman named Ralph and he was awesome. I had gone to another Cube smart location and their hours of operation just didn't work for me in my schedule so they referred me to Ralph on US1 and took care of me right away.

I had never heard of Cubesmart before, but it was closer to my home than Public Storage, so I thought I'd review it before I made a decision. I was extremely impressed with Kyory, the onsight manager. She went over everything with me, let me know what the pro's and con's were of the sizes, time of entering and leaving and general information. I moved in yesterday, and found her to be very efficient. What I really liked, is the fact that you could actually pick out your access number yourself, after the unit number. I have had enough storage units to know that This one thing is a winner!!

We were shopping around for a storage place and stop in at cube smart on PSL , US 1.. We met the general manager there, Mr. Ralph Rey, He was very pleasant and informative. He showed us a unit and explained everything and anything that pertains to the units. He answered all of our question and made suggestions.

Everything was great from beginning to end. The manager was very friendly and helpful and I was able to secure a storage unit (that he so nicely held for me for 2 days) and move my things in right away. I went and looked at another storage facility first which I did not like and I am so glad I found cube smart in PSL even though it is a little further from my home. Everything looks brand new and secure. The young woman at the front desk ( I didn’t get her name) was also very helpful and friendly. Thanks so much!

Customer service and caring is what it is all about at Cube Smart located at 7680 US 1 in PSL, FL. We had 2 “climate control” storage units that worked perfectly for our needs. Ralph Rey, the General Manager, and his crew, did a fine job in accommodating us. I had a unit at this location and got behind. I dealt with Ralph and he helped me out when I needed. I am single mother of 3 kids. All my kids cloths were in the unit and I needed to get them out for the cold. He helped my get my unit out of auction and allow me to move my belongings out without losing all of my things I need for me and my kids. I recommend anyone and everyone if they need a storage unit to go here. They have a great staff and are over the top nice.

When given my first price I asked if it would increase they told me no well 2 months after moving in I got slapped with a price increase! $11 more per month.when I called to complain to cooperate office because Ralph the lot manager caint make any decisions its all up to Corperate. I was told price increases happen every year. I said well I havent been here a year I just moved my stuff in. They said well you have to deal with it but u wont get another increase until 12 months from now. I had just moved in so I let it go. I wasnt about to move out after just moving all my stuff in over $11. When I first moved in it was cooler weather then summer hit and I noticed my unit was hot. I was not drive up access I was in the middle of a building inside. I put a thermastat in and it would always read 87% thats hot!! I complained a few times nothing changed! Then a year passes I get slapped with another huge increase I was looking to be long term storage not short term. These people dont care! Every other place offers discounts for long term. So I call Corperate and tell them there increase is over $200 more per year from my original price! They tell me to call the lit manager and see what he can do. I thougt corperate makes all the decisions? So I call speak to ralph and I explain I will move out if this price increases anymore than it already has Theres other places cheaper and this increase makes this unit over priced. He tells me no Dont move out let me call my regional manager. I never heard from him so I continue to call and cant get through to anyone just rings and rings not even a voicemail. So I call Corperate 4 times then finally got ahold of Ralph and he tells me the increase stays. Meanwhile my bill is due in 3 days. So I move out and it takes me exactly 3 days. Come day bill is due I go down to close it out and I have to pay $15 just for 1 day!! Even though I was lead to believe it would work out. And even though I couldnt get ahold of anyone for a week. I had to scramble in 3 days to leave during early December "the holidays" Corperate greed! They hit people with a price increase every year and increase during a pandemic and Christmas. Meanwhile you go on there website and my unit is being offered for $80 I was paying $111 and then that 2nd increase was pushing it over $120 these people are crazy! I would say any of you out there that are looking for long term storage and place to have trust in reguarding prices go elsewhere! This place is horrible! The only thing good about this place is the lot manager Ralph very nice man and he unfortunately caint make any decisions, its all up to corporate hes got little to no power to help you in anyway. Don't fall for the trick like I did. They bait and switched me on prices 2 months in. And that supposed free month is B.S they hit you with inital fees to compensate for them. This was a eye opening experience for me. Never again with this company the cube is not so smart!

My mother had an account with Tropical Storage and it had become delinquent while she had a health emergency that took her overseas. Cube Smart became the new owners in the meantime. When I took up the account to clear her name, Ralph really stepped and help make everything possible. I am so greatful for all their help! I would definitely recommend Cube Smart!

This storage facility just recently became CubeSmart. So far, doing a great job. The whole place is spotless, inside & out. I love that the place has A/C. Makes it so much easier to move in & move out. Also keeps my belongings in good shape. Ralph, the Manager there is really nice & helpful. They are planning to update & improve with new paint outside, make the entry code box easier to use, and other upgrades. Should be good. Just moved out, but hope for continued success at this location. Had nothing but a great experience here. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. clean unit, very cool in temp as it is climate control. Under new mgmt/ownership... needs updates for sure ie; key pad is a bit rusty etc. Otherwise the mgmnt and staff are friendly and work well under pressure.
