I was in need a unit to store my clothes temporary while our bedroom was under construction the next day. Upon arriving at CubeSmart, I was greeted and welcome with such warm and friendly smile by Kerron at the front desk. Kerron went over the available units with me and show me the actual unit. He then explained the promotion and total cost for the unit. The office manager, Ivette, came out to say hello and welcome me. She went over the contract and made sure I understood everything and if I had any questions before signing. Ivette then took me to the unit to test out the new lock and the entry key pad. The whole experience was so pleasant and so friendly. Both Kerron and Ivette were so knowledgeable of their business and utmost professional and went beyond to make sure I’m happy. Wish I could give Kerron and Ivette both a 10 star rating. They truly deserve the recognition for their work. I highly recommend their location if you need a safe and immaculately clean facility to keep your belongings. Their prices are incredibly affordable. You’ll be very impressed and happy to have a unit with CubeSmart.

Excellent service. I did the reservation online they call quick to confirmed and Ivette was able to find the correct storage and make all the changes over the phone. She left me everything ready and provided me access and detailed instructions. The storage was clean and the whole area as well. Excellent illumination and feels very safe. I can't give this review a 1 star because the management has nothing to do with corporate policy.... buyer beware... they sell you a lock that the manipulate after 5 days of being late. I had a card on file that was compromised so I was late and the system didnt save the new card so every month I had this issue.. I went to use my locker and realized they had manipulated my property and put their own lock on it.. way to go corporate policy here's your review!!

Much appreciation to Yvette, the manager at this CubeSmart location! I first went to Airoso as it stated that all accounts for units at 2171 Reserve Park Trce were handled at this location. When I got there, I couldn't remember this address and I wasn't showing up in the system. Yvette let me know that she would look into my CubeSmart reservation and would let me know. I had other appts. and could not wait. I was impressed that Yvette called me back, most reps do not bother, to let me know that I had registered at Reserve Park location and I was good to go if I chose this storage company. She then thoroughly explained everything. We made arrangements to meet at Reserve Park so she could show me the unit. the day before I took a drive to check out the distance. When I arrived the next day, Yvette showed me the unit. It was perfect for our needs! She created my account, thoroughly explained everything again and completed all the paperwork in a timely manner. Yvette's friendly outgoing personality is a pleasure! She is kind, considerate and patient, qualities very rare these days in customer service. Very professional!!!
