I know storage units are getting more expensive with the increase of inflation so we would normally shop around for a less expensive option. out of all the storage units i dealt with prior to renting the storage unit, this is the best company i have dealt with, the staff is beyond friendly and they really help you with everything they need. i had an issue with my access code and they made it a priority to get it fixed. very clean and very well managed. That said, there is a continuous beeping in the office. I have no idea how an employee can stand that. I guess it is something with the fire system. The first Cube Smart that I went into in Appollo Beach on 41, the Rep there whose name is Treasure was extremely sweet, very knowledgeable and helpful. I then went to the Cube Smart on 301 in Riverview which is closer to the house and met Jerri. Jerri was just as sweet, fun to talk to and also very helpful. There were no available units at the time with the size that I needed. She explained that there was a very good possibility that one would become available within the next 2 days. I explained to her that I was going on a cruise the next day, but I did not want to miss the opportunity to rent it. She told me that she would put a unit on reserve and hold it for me when it becomes available. I received a message while I was away that they had a unit was on hold for me when I return from my vacation. I just want to say thank you to both Jerri and Treasure. People like you make it a pleasure to have as a representative in a business. Keep up the good work.

Jerri and Don are two of the most exceptional professionals I have ever met at a time of need. I had the most amazing customer service experience with Jeri at the front desk. 6pm rolls around and it being my fist time here, I know they are closing as I’m pulling up. I had an issue opening the gate to get to my unit when Jeri, who was in her car ready to go home for the day, asked me if everything is ok. I told her the storage unit was too small for the amount of belongings I have and she QUICKLY asked me to come inside to see what other options were available. This cube smart has been a life saver to my family in a time of intense grief and difficulty. Following the death of my grandfather, my grandmother was forced to move out of her home of 40 years in a moments notice. Jeri, the general manager, pulled every string to ensure my grandmother received the best service possible and even waited for us to arrive to sign the rental agreement after business hours! This kind of service is unprecedented anywhere else. Not only was she willing to stay late for us but she came to the door when we arrived to hold the door for my visually impaired grandmother and patiently walked her through each step of the rental process with kindness and charm. She even introduced us to an amazing crew of movers who made mountains move in transporting all of her priceless items from her home into storage! Could not give a higher recommendation. My family and I relocated to florida in June. But because our house was not ready we were staying in a hotel in Orlando. My mother chose this facility because it was close to our new home, clean and safe. We had all been to the facility together as a family a few times and Jeri had assisted us. There were two times Jeri "saved" me. I was there to drop off with my husband and had the pin to get in and the key but had no clue how to use it. Jeri was patient and showed me what to do. She also took the time to explain procedure with the doors being closed for the night and how to get out. The second time I had driven all the way from Orlando to drop my "stuff" . I emptied my car and realized that I had forgotten the key. When Jeri realized what was going on, she jumped in to action and was able to get the authorization from my mother to cut the lock. Wow. Jeri you are the best and Thank you for going above and beyond for us every time! You are definately an asset to Cube Smart. I would highly recommend Cube Smart in Riverview for storage needs.

Very easy access and lots of equipment to move everyone in the same day. We had a very nice experience even though moving is sooooo stressful!! I utilize one of the outdoor units at the Riverview location. I could write a book, but all i need to say is Jeri, a manager there is Amazing! I truly ended up in a seriously bad position and could not solve my problem. On the verge of heat exhaustion Jeri showed up and not only thought outside the box to solve the problem but then helped me execute the plan. She was amazing on what was turning out quickly to be the worst day of my entire year. I am so grateful !!!! I received a phone call immediately upon my online reservation. It was going to be later in the evening after office hours by the time I would make it and the process of getting set up, door code, and unit was flawless and I didn’t have to stress to make it to the office by closing. Everything was handled electronically. My unit was clean, lock and key ready for me inside the unit and the very helpful carts available. Very pleased with how smoothly it went after a very long moving process prior.

Bob and Jeri were amazing. Our new home was delayed and we were forced to stay at a hotel for 6 weeks. Our movers, Best Movers, wanted $675 to hold our belonging for an additional 2 weeks. We stopped by CubeSmart in Riverland to get pricing for a unit. They both went out of their way to help relieve the stress that we were under. The facility is very, very clean and accessible. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Wanted to start off saying Jerri is the BEST. Today I stopped at my unit in what was supposed to be quick 10 minute stop. I LOCKED MY KEYS IN THE TRUNK!!! Overwhelmed panicked & with no one to call & late for work & since I locked my purse keys and phone as well ,Jerri wasted no time making a phone call to get me the help I needed, She was soo friendly supportive & welcoming,. I immediately felt better rather than crying and panicking & had a nice conversation while waiting on the lock people to arrive. I finally got my car opened. I called down to the facility a week ago needing a unit that could temporarily hold my possessions while I waited to get into my home. Ms. Geri answered the phone, had me all set up with an efficient unit and my information available before I arrived on-site. Upon arrival she was very warm and receptive to my needs as a customer and my timeframe to transition from my old cube smart unit and home to this one. The difference’s between them are night and day. First, the units are climate controlled (unless storing a vehicle or vessel) second there is not just one secure door to the units but a second to get into the actual storage unit areas. I absolutely love this feature. Second the walkways are on a sensor for energy efficiency. Although the lighting progressed and eliminated for areas that I wasn’t in I never felt a sense of looming darkness. Third the opening and closing of the unit: Having been a cube smart customer for years at another facility I expected the bay door in the storage area to be heavier, and provide more resistance. It opened with very little effort required and was light enough I could lift it with one finger. Instead of having old taped ceiling tiles to indicate the top of my unit there was a high gauge wire. Allowing the efficient climate control. When it was time to lock the unit I was shown how to make sure the new to me lock was needed to be inserted so that it would sit right and secure the unit. Fourth the bathrooms: after spending 1300+ miles in the car and needing to complete a return trip twice in a week I needed to use the bathroom. I thought I was going to be walking into a concrete stall that is very bleak, vaguely lit. What I got was a bathroom that was easy to move in, felt homey, was very clean and well lit.

CubeSmart was a last minute reservation because the other company wouldn’t answer their phones and wasn’t in the office 5min before closing when I pulled up to the location in Ruskin. I contacted CubeSmart the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Then Ms.Jerri was like the icing on the cake. I was scheduled to arrive at 3pm right at closing. She said I’ll be here waiting for you. When I pulled up she was outside waiting on me and directed my U-Haul to help my movers download my items. Her customer service is top notch and I’m thankful.

This is long overdue. I rented a space there about 3 weeks before Cube Smart took over. Geri was the first person I met explained my situation as to why I was so late to her and she was genuinely listening to me and not treating me like a free loader. She said she would have to talk to the big boss and he would call me back. I came in the next day because my phone was shut off. Bob not only listened and understood my hard times, he insisted on buying me lunch and a 12 pack of water. I am back on.my feet now and doing well. 7 or 9 months after I left, I need to say THANK YOU. This world needs more people like the both of you.

They make Cube Smart the Publix of storage facilities. Our move to Pasco Cty will include a Cube Smart space and that location is 5 miles from where we live. We moved to a larger storage unit within the CubeSmart Self Storage Building, Riverview, FL. This facility is very clean and air conditioned. We were happy with the smaller unity but decided we needed more space. Jeri Lindemulder helped us with our new paperwork and any other details. Everything was clean and she made our move very easy. CubeSmart has a unit to fit every need. They even have covered space for large Motor Homes. We love this facility-Spotless and Helpful.

Wow, this place is terrific! Top notch facilities, and their staff is extremely professional. Jeri Lindemulder was the manager when I signed up, and she was outstanding! I highly recommend this place! We are using it to store our RV, and we love the covered spaces.

The staff at this place are simply amazing! Bob helped me get signed up quick and he was extremely courteous. Even after I lost my keys he was able to help me quickly get access to my items when I needed them. I forget the other young ladies name but she was extremely nice as well. The facility is nice and clean. Thank you all for all your help.

I was promised 24 hour access to the facility because I own a business that needs special hours of access to the unit. The code worked for about 3 weeks and then I found myself locked out and reverted back to regular access only. This incident cost my business not only time and money, but it also created a huge headache for our operations team to mitigate the damage done. Additionally, the emergency contact (to help with situations like this) was unavailable and my calls went to voicemail, with no return call. For a company that pushes for great customer service (and pushes people to write positive google reviews to boost their brand) they don’t seem to be taking very good care of their customers. At least the closing process went smoothly.

Looking to store our home furnishings and items, we decided to visit CubeSmart to secure storage space. It was the only local facility we noticed with easily accessible indoor storage. The building and grounds we clean, uncluttered and easily accessible. We were assisted by Bob and Jeri who were cordial and extremely helpful. Jeri showed us multiple indoor units. The facility is climate controlled, well lit and extremely clean; each storage unit was ready for immediate use. Carts were readily available for use to move your items. Security measures employed by the facility gave us great confidence that our storage was secure. Jeri made the administrative process quick and easy. She was personable and informative which allowed us to choose our exact storage needs. If friendliness, courtesy, cleanliness and security are high on your list, I highly recommend CubeSmart in Riverview, FL on Route 301.

I have used Storage units twice before. Wasn’t too happy with quality of units. We recently relocated to Apollo Beach Florida. Pulled into the CubeSmart on 301 and that was the best movie I’ve made in a long time. Extremely clean facilities greeted with a smile every time we went in. First name basis great! Bob and Jeri were both very friendly and accommodating. Jeri walked me through each step of the rental process and also was very engaging with my 4 year old daughter (she made sure to include her in the conversations, gave her a couple little trinkets to play with, etc). My daughter was talking about Ms. Jeri the rest of the morning! This really does go a long way with customers! The facility is top notch and very clean. There are a lot of storage units to choose from in the Riverview, FL area, but I would certainly recommend CubeSmart because 1.) the staff and service there is top notch, and 2.) it is climate controlled - this is a major selling point in Florida!
