Unfortunately in the middle of making a sale they decided to up the price. that is not how it should be in the middle of a sale. She was online and gave us a one. she went out and showed us the unit and then when we agree in the middle of the sale it updated the price way higher. CubeSmart needs to get better at when they do the price changes

I was supposed to have an inside climate control unit and it was an outside climate controlled unit that wasn’t controlled when the door was open and with no lights inside for the midnight hour of our arrival! There was a constant dirt, dust and small stone problem that covered my personal items because of the pest control/grounds care that blew everything from the road into the units. The buildings are poorly maintained and I had mice in my unit! Just not happy at all for the price I was paying. Love Cubesmart just not this location for sure!

Make sure when it’s your last day and you are all moved out that they take you OFF AUTO PAY I have yet received my payment they took out after days of moving out when I called they never picked up the phone I had to go in person only to be told they will reimburse me and it will be on the card they have on file it has been a month so far and nothing was reimbursed they have no problem with collecting a payment on time but fail to give you your money in a timely manner

Front dest gentleman was very polite and courteous. Didn’t sugarcoat things and gave me honest facts about what I was receiving. He was also very helpful and made the experience quick and easy. I love the climate control building and the easy access to the lockers. I also love the fact that the doors swing open in the climate control building versus roll ups like a garage door. This allowed me to use every spare inch of my unit. I might add that it’s a great value compared to what I just moved out of. I’m paying almost half the cost that I was in my smaller, un-climate controlled unit.

The manager, Damian, was both pleasant and professional plus easy to speak with. He answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. However, the location was bought out and Cube Smart did not honor my contract price, even though I kept my account in prepaid status. Upon moving my things from storage, the majority of my items had mildew/mold on them even though I was paying for a climate controlled space. When I arrived from out of town to empty the unit I was able to access the area with a code because the gate was open, and I was able to enter the "climate controlled" building without a code.

We have been customers at this facility for years and years!! The management has always been very helpful and informative...it's a great place for self storage. We have discontinued one of two units due to the monthly cost which has increased recently, but expect to continue with the remaining unit.

The rental process was easy, I ended up doing so over the phone and emailed all the paperwork. The manager is very nice, letting me know he would leave the lock in the unit for me. Coming into the location you can turn into the parking lot of the front office or the next entrance, which is small, where you put in your code to enter the storage units. It is a big confusing once entering but the manager helped by sending me the map and where my unit was. Entering the building for climate controlled units was clean of debris and temperature was perfect. I rented a 5×5 unit. It was clean except for the spider web and spider directly to the right of the unit, not sure if there is a spider issue here. Also outside the unit was a dead roach, I am hoping they do not have a bug issue, everything seems great but next time I go in I am looking for any other bugs and that will determine if I will stay.

Updated 3/11/2022: I guess the facility had there roof replaced and I never received notice about this and most of my unit was covered in debris from the replacement. At first I was extremely angry, I never had this type of none communication from this company when it was storing at there Tampa location, but after speaking with Damian he and Trevor went in blew out all the debris and explain what happen. Damian and Trevor are great guys and I appreciate them taking their time come clean up the mess the roofers made and should of had to come clean up. I am extremely happy how it was all handled. Thank you Damian and Trevor. Old:This is a great storage facility just lile there Tampa location where I stored for years before moving. Brittany and Damian are great people that are always friendly and helpful. I will always recommend Storage Sense.

I was checking out this place to store my motorcycle and a few larger items for a month or two while getting my housing situation figured out. Fortunately, I ended up not having to move so I didn't need to use the services. But if I end up needing them in the future, this is definitely the place I'm going. Brittany at the office was super helpful both in person and over the phone. She showed me a few different storage options, the larger of which would have been perfect for my motorcycle and other larger furniture. If I end up needing to store something in this area, I'll definitely be coming back here first.

This storage unit was at a great location for us and offered 24hr access which was important for us at the time but after a year of having our stuff in a unit we found 90% of our stuff destroyed due to rats. We had no idea this would be a problem when moving our stuff in since it was all packed neatly in boxes. No food products just clothes and papers and baby/kid toys. Everything had to go to the dump. It was horrible.

The manager, Damion was wonderful. He is personable and really cares about the property and his customers. The prices were very good. The only negatives I have to say is that the light above my unit was not working 80%-90% of the time that I was renting (1 year). They eventually fixed it after approx 9 months, but it was off again the day I moved out. I had to use the flashlight on my phone for the guys to see what they were doing. The other thing that bothered me was a large boat parked in front of my building, making it kinda difficult for a large moving truck to park there. Honestly, if not for Damion I would have vacated much sooner. He was pleasant and easy to work with. Had it not been for those 2 things, I'd give them 5 stars instead of 4.

I rented a 10'x20' storage unit from Storage Sense for one month to hold most of the contents of my house while I put it on the market and waited for the closing on my new house. The office staff was pleasant and efficient and the unit was clean and very easy to access. After the initial move to the unit using a U-Haul truck I made several small moves with my car at different times of the day. I never had a issue with access. After closing on my new house I worked with a moving company to move the contents of the unit to my new house. The moving company had no problems accessing my storage unit and the move went well. Would use Storage Sense again if the need arises.

Damian really helped me out in a fabulous way. I was in a real time of need, of a sudden and unplanned move, and Damian really helped us find an air conditioned unit that had enough room to organize our stuff after a quick move. He’s a real pleasant person, and I feel real good about supporting this business!

Friendly service, never felt like I was having my time wasted or hassled. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing storage in the area. Facility is clean and well lit, the double doors also really do keep the dust and critters out of my stuff. Also the rates are phenomenal compared to the bigger chains.

I will never use another storage unit, even if I’m moving to another city. Damian Beach, the manager there is a delight to be around. Very personable and professional. We have been customers of this self-storage place for many years. When I saw the 50 percent discount for the first three months, we rented a second unit. The manager, Damian, was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. The improvements that Storage Sense has made are remarkable and wonderful! Facility Manager Damian has his employee do his Duties, Causing mistakes to happen. Retrieving Payments from the drop box outside the Front entrance. Is Managers Responsibleity not to be left in the hands of Incompetent employee that doesn't find payment check left in box.
