Tyra has been nothing but kind every time we call and helpful, I believe the staff is excellent and provides excellent customer service, but unfortunately who ever is in charge or increasing the monthly charge I feel is over charging, we have been there for just two years and the price increased a few times and now is almost $400 unfortunately we can not afford to keep our stuff there any longer, but it’s unfortunate because the staff has been very kind and helpful! This has no reflection on them!

Extreamly clean storage units mixed with very nice customer service. They have flat cart/dollies for easy of moving things in and out. Temperature is very stable and stays around 78. *CLEAN BATHROOMS* This is a big one for me, and as i have a yound daughter also very important as you spent quite a lot of time at the unit loading/unloading, sorting.. Would definitely use this cubsmart location again! Highly recommend!

Owners were courteous and helpful. We used this storage facility when we were moving between houses for about 3 months. Bathrooms were clean, they have carts available to use to help you move your stuff, and our unit was nice/spacious/climate controlled. Move-in process and move-out process extremely easy and convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience and would recommend to others looking for long or short term storage!

I have had wonderful experiences over the past three years at the Veira/Rockledge Cube Smart! Tyra assisted me today and on previous occasions as I prep to make a final move to Savannah. My things have remained cool, clean, and dry by storing them here. I have been traveling over the past few years and this Cube Smart has been like a home away from home. Tyra and the staff include Bill a long time staffer there have made me feel welcome and important as a customer whenever I have had to engage with them. They even reach out if there is an issue with the unit or billing and keep things rolling smoothly. I will miss the courteous and thorough service they have provided me over the years! I cannot thank them enough for keeping my treasures safe for the long haul.

Just left cube smart in Viera & I was assisted by the General Manager Tyra who was outstanding, she explained everything in detail regarding the lease. Left me not needing to ask many questions. This was my first time at a Cube Smart! I was very impressed by the clean facility and the amount and variety of storage spaces available. There were an ample amount of carts available for our use as well! Tyra, the Manager, was amazing as she explained all of rules and procedures at the facility. She made sure we were all set up and we were able to move some items into our unit immediately. I am very happy!

Excellent storage place. Conveniently located right near I95, a Goodwill & a car wash. Carts can sometimes be scarce, but the place is clean & well maintained. Even their bathrooms are very clean. The staff is friendly & helpful. We have dealt many times with Tyra & she has been nothing but friendly & helpful each & every time. We recently just checked out because we no longer needed the extra storage space, but if we need it again in the future, we will definitely be back.

This location is SUPERB!! It's a newer storage located in beautiful Viera, which means it's a pretty safe area. The property is very well lit, super clean, and maintained inside and out. We were in need is a storage unit and this is the first time that we had to rent a storage unit so we did not know much about it. Thankfully, the day that we went an employee named Bill at this location was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step to help us find the right size unit that we would need. We moved our things into the storage unit, but that particular day was a crazy day we were all getting tired it was getting late so the storage unit was not set up exactly the way we wanted it be. We all questioned if we needed a smaller unit so once again, Bill was so helpful showed us a smaller unit as he looked at our unit and asked questions of what our expectations of the unit and how we wanted the unit to be. Bill gave us great feedback, ideas & suggestions. We took his suggestions we moved things around stacked items they way it was suggested and we got our unit organized perfectly! Bill was 100% correct we did need the unit that we originally rented. The point to this review is to let others know rely on the employees at this location their suggestions their thoughts are very helpful. They’re extremely honest. Yes they do want to rent a storage unit, but they don’t want you to rent a storage unit that is either too small or too large and they can tell you exactly how to stack things in the storage unit to actually be able to use the space that you have. They’re very knowledgeable and even after having a storage unit they’re still knowledgeable and you can still ask them questions are extremely helpful. We are so blessed that we have found this particular location with the employees that work there and their knowledge that they have!

Giving 4 stars for the quality of the facility and the customer service from the facility team. What prevents a 5-star review is the corporate office consistently raising rates in very large clips. My cost more than doubled over 3 years in the unit. I can understand small annual increases but these were large increase several times per year.

The staff at CubeSmart are wonderful. They have gone out of their way to explain and help me with the sign up and move in process. The facility is immaculate and well-lit. I have used other storage faculties in the past but this one beats them all. One thing Cube Smart has that the others I've used in the past didn't offer are flatbed carts which make the moving in process so much easier. It's a small thing but it makes huge difference. These folks seem to have thought of everything and I'm glad I found them.

We are so happy to have chosen cubesmart for storage. It was necessary to book the unit by phone from the other side of the state. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We needed to unload our property before the office opened, as well as, find our unit. No problem! The facility opened at 6am (the office 930am) everything we needed was in the unit, waiting for us. We haven’t moved in 28 years. As you can imagine we’re overwhelmed. After we made arrangements for a unit-we realized we needed to seriously upsize. No problem! We’ve used storage units before. We were very pleasantly surprised- CubeSmart is well lit and very clean. Plenty of parking and flatbeds to move items. We appreciate how helpful everyone was in helping us book the right size unit and how knowledgeable they are, helping us to set up and efficiently use the unit.

This company is basically bottom feeders. I got charged $131 a moth of a small 5x8 foot closet. I wouldn't have used them if I had not had too. They claimed the first month was free but I still got charged $61 to move in, which included a specialized lock I will never be able to use anywhere again. It only fits their type of door. I only found this out when I moved out and tried to return it. They are a horrible business barely above thieves.

Super nice and clean facility! Staff is SUPER friendly and welcoming. The access hours are 6am - 10pm but I wish I could access the facility later than 10:00pm. They provide flatbed carts but do not have any hand trucks. For being a climate controlled facility, I do wish it was a bit cooler inside. CubeSmart states that the temp will be between 55 - 80 degrees, but is definitely feels close to 80 inside. It can get hot when moving and it would be nice to have some time to cool off while moving your belongings. A big plus for me was the music throughout the building. It really made time go by faster! Other than that, this facility deserves 5 stars for their great staff and clean and modern facility! Would definitely recommend CubeSmart Viera!

I just rented at the CubeSmart in Viera. Perfect location and Easy Access. The staff Bill and Tyra were fantastic. I met with Tyra the first time to find out the the rental options and to see what units were available. Tyra helped me in determining the appropriate size for the home goods I was going to store...she was so very helpful and accommodating. She reserved a unit for me and then I when I returned to sign the agreement I worked with Bill who was equally helpful. I moved in with no issues. Bill and Tyra were available on property to help in the event I had any issues with my move. Very seamless process to rent the unit and to have access to the account through the CubeSmart mobile app. The storage facility is very new and spotless and climate control inside so there is no concern for my property. Cleanest, safest, most secure storage facility anywhere. Why would you store anything you care about in an open lot of garages (with vermin access) when you can get the same size unit for the same price, but in a climate controlled, vermin free environment? Nice location, and very seamless to set up but they will increase your monthly rate under the "Change of Lease "section of the contract you sign even if you have been there less than 6 months. I had a contract signed with a 25% discount which was only used for 2 months before they increase stating "Everything is going up", "We are near full", "If you were to get your storage unit now it would be more". They state they send you something via mail 30 days in advance. No emails, No calls. It seems like they have no care for long-term customers just how many units they can fill, and how fast they can raise the prices due to supply and demand. So beware if you are looking at this location for long-term storage at a decent price. This may not be for you. *Edit* I am aware that monthly payments are subject to change at some point and that nothing is definite, but when it changes in 3 months and not by dollars it seems like a bait and switch operation.

Quality of management has dropped off. Was much nicer and helpful just over a year ago when I used their facility. Witnessed a heavy rain and saw how poorly the building was constructed (now I know why insurance is mandatory. To cover their butts). Water gushed through the base of the exterior walls. Flooded the first floor with nearly and inch of water inside in rear areas. Hopefully better luck on the upper floors. Advantages are next to interstate access (I-75) and central to Patrick SFB and Kennedy Space Center.

We keep everything we need for our work here. We are in and out constantly, and are on a first name basis with the staff. They always wave and ask how business is! The space is clean and secure and therefor respected by everyone who uses it. There are two elevators, one on each side of the building. I have never been there when an elevator has not been available or there wasn’t a cart ready for me to load up. Parking is never a problem. It is the quintessential perfect storage facility. There have been opportunities to move storage units but I always say no because I know we have a good thing when I see it. Thanks Tyra and Bill!!

Cube Smart Viera is a wonderful new storage facility. The provided contactless check in during the COVID pandemic. They can accommodate many unit sizes and their customer service is excellent. It is temperature controlled so you don’t have to worry about mold issues. I would highly recommend this brand new facility.

The General Manager, Bill did a great job when we first met showing me around the facility and where my storage room would be. When I actually checked in it was Bill once again who helped me with the rental and contract. Bill was extremely professional meeting all of my needs. Though the facility is new you can tell that it is well maintained due to the appearance and cleanliness. Though I am hoping for short term usage of the facility, I will definitely stay here if I should need a smaller unit once locating my new home.
