The young man did an outstanding job of explaining different sizes & prices and overall was courteous and professional. I increased the size of our locker and the young man working on 3/15/24 did an outstanding job of taking me to various-sized lockers until the locker I needed was shown to me. Constant raise in rates is robbery!! Got a letter in the mail my 10x10 unit was raised to 289 a month went in and moved 3 units down to the same size unit for 160 a month. Same size unit but almost half the cost. We don't get a raise every month but this places raises the rent every month. Unit started at 125 a month and within a year was at 300 a month.

What a fantastic place! Everything was easy as possible. I moved stuff out on a Sunday morning, intending to call and cancel when I got to my destination. The carts were where they were supposed to be; everything is nice. The next morning I received a call because they had noticed the lock was gone and my stuff too, on their daily walk of the premises (I'm sure they have video surveillance too). It's nice to know they are keeping track of things. And they saved me a call!

As I reserved a unit via online arrangement, all I had to do was show up. Upon my arrival, I first noticed that the office was bright, attractive, and clean. Jennifer greeted me from behind the desk, and seeing that all the preliminary administrative work was done, she guided me to my unit. She explained all rules, and protocols as well as showed me the clean unit with my ‘Welcome’ bag with my new lock. She made me feel welcome. I also inquired regarding security CCTV at all ingress and egress into structure. I’m satisfied that all precautions have been considered and I will be uncomfortable in accessing my personal items in the future. Thank you

The only reason I didn't give a higher score was because they kept increasing my rent even though I had auto-pay for more than 10 years. I was never late on payments, and I really believe they should've rewarded that instead of increasing my rent almost every 6 months. Other than that, the facility was always clean and never felt unsafe.

The staff were fantastic and even helped me with moving out. There was a misunderstanding with a deposit and they allowed me to use the truck without having to pay the cash upfront and were great about waiting for me to return the truck then the keys as I forgot to give them back to the manager. I picked cube smart because of security and safety of my personal items. I was called by the manager that the AC system broke and leaked water into several units and mine was one of them. After going there and moving all my belongings to another unit and seeing all the damage to my antiques it's been a month since entering my insurance claim and still no contact back. I called their loss claims department and was told they hadn't received information from the store and the store says they submitted it the same day. Very disappointed.

These guys are the most helpful. East to get the size unit I wanted with easy access. I was able to use their truck to move some of my stuff and it was as smooth as silk. They are ideally located. Thanks for a great job!

I have been a customer for over a year. I recently rented a larger unit and Bryan, the manager, was great. Very polite, proficient, and competent. My only negative issue it that they have a moving truck that has a wrap on it that states, “free use of truck...”, however when I inquired on using the truck, I was told there was a $39 rental fee + mileage and gas. When I questioned the manager on this point, he was quick to say that the wrap states, “certain conditions apply,” which is true it did have that verbiage. So, what’s FREE. Nothing. That’s B.S. Don’t state on the wrap that useage of the truck is free if its not. Nothing is free with using that truck. That’s a load of BULL.

This place is perfect for me because since I don't drive nor have a car being new here in Florida I'm still able to access my belongings everyday with just a 5 minutes walk. The place is always active with very nice people who are happy customers as well. It may seem funny to say but I do enjoy coming to my storage unit. The manager Benny is a sweetheart very good customer service ??

My wife and I both have over 15yrs in the customer service industry. We shopped around for different storage units in the area and ultimately chose this location due to the care and attention given my the General Manager (Benny) and his staff. Very clean, well lit, and safe property. Definitely recommend!

Nice facility but buyer beware. Ask lots of questions. Bring your own lock. They only sell 17.99 locks that stores sell for 11.69 I needed a small storage space for a week or two and saw the deal 1st month free. I didn't care because I only needed a week or two. I was told pay for 1st month and the 2nd month was free use it how you like. I then received a bill for the 2nd month. Called customer service and was told I paid a 24.00 administration fee, a mandatory 12.00 insurance fee, and the 17.99 lock and I owed the 2nd month b/c the 1st month was free. I have no idea why the employee totally lied to me it's really weird. Well c/s was very nice and I was told the unit was canceled for me. I then drove over and took out the of no value items out of the unit and the employee asked me if I gave written notice I was vacating. Of course I said wow another thing that wasn't explained to me. )-: Again ask lots of questions.

I'm so very happy I decided to stay within the CubeSmart family. I relocated to this location because they had the bigger unit I needed. From the moment I made contact with Managers Jesus "Nick" Sanchez and Bryan Ramos I was equally impressed at the level of professional service I have been accustomed to with CubeSmart. Nick was very curteous and went out of his way to ensure all of my questions were answered. Although it was approaching closing time I never felt pressured or rushed. Although the monthly price was a little more than I originally budgeted to pay, after the seeing the cleanliness of the location, professionalism of staff and the "customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance" attitude I decided to stick with CubeSmart! I feel confident knowing my valuables will be safe and well-kept. Thank you Nick and Bryan for making my move into the new unit a smooth one! You guys are the best! I wish I could give you 10 stars!!!

Jesus Sanchez was very helpful and accommodating, not to mention professional. He also was patient as I got to the store late, just before closing and he willingly stayed and assisted me by going on the website to get me a unit that met my needs.

The managers and staff are top notch! Friendly, secure, caring, and accommodating that best describes this CubeSmart. They treated me and my family with kindness and also kept their facility very clean. I'd recommend them to anyone including my family who will be using them again very soon. FYI their loading/unloading area is very convenient and can accommodate a 54' semi tractor trailer which in my case was crucial. Also they have 12x25 units on the ground level that are climate control which a lot of facilities lack.

Our rescue group, A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue, has had a storage unit at this facility for 7+ years. We have upgraded three times to larger, and larger units. We currently have two units as well as a parking space for our rescue vehicle. The staff that work there are always very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and general building itself are always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this place!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They assisted us in choosing the appropriate sized storage units, adding a second unit nearby when we needed to move additional items and then facilitated the move in and auto-payment process very efficiently. The facility is very clean modern, well lit and maintained and feels safe. Nice to have bathrooms and water fountains on each level. I have used storage units around the country and this is by far the nicest.
