This is my second go round with CubeSmart and I couldn’t be happier with their efficiency and customer service. Just like last time at a different location, the staff really goes above and beyond and they always are sure to make me laugh (which is invaluable these days!). Thanks to Johan and the rest of the team for keeping their word on helping me find exactly what I needed, at a rate I could afford. Took a week of efforts and communication, but they nailed it as soon as a unit popped up that fit my criteria. Johan also called back and kept in touch through it all just like he said he would, which is also rare to find these days. As a side note; the building is clean and well maintained which is a big plus! I could have spent my money anywhere, so I’m very happy I was able to stay with CubeSmart for my storage needs again. And no, I’m not a paid sponsor! Yet… ?? Thanks again, team!

I can not say enough kind things about Yohan, he was very professional, kind and empathetic. The facility was very clean and safe. During the time we placed our belongings in storage we also experienced not one but two hurricanes and again Yohan very professional , kind and most of all empathetic to everyone one he spoke with who had lost just about everything they owned and were just trying to salvage the little they had and needed a safe reliable storage for their belongings. We witnessed this every single time we were at the storage facility. It was refreshing to witness such kindness during a chaotic time. JOHAN @ CubeSmart is amazing! I called a few days ago requesting a Post Hurricane Milton storage unit. CubeSmart like every other storage facility was full and had no vacancy. Johan graciously took my name and placed it on a waiting list. In the past few days Johan called me a couple times in order to give me status on the waiting list and to confirm what size I needed. This afternoon Johan called and had an open unit. My wife and I were Thrilled! Thank you CubeSmart for hiring such a conscientious and helpful employee.

Aside from being convenient and easily accessible, it was really nice to see the facility being continuously monitored and staff always working. I never saw anyone sitting around looking at their phone. Especially nice was Johan knowing me by name. And it wasn't just me, he addressed every customer by name when they came. That is impressive. One couple told me that Johan is the reason they chose you over the facility down the street!

SCAMMERS! RUDE MANAGEMENT ON POWER TRIP! (Yohan) ALMOST A WEEK BEFORE THE END OF MY LEASE. THEY RE-RENTED MY [OCCUPIED AND PAID] UNIT AND TOLD ME THEY ARE CUTTING MY LOCK OFF AND REMOVING MY PROPERTY. I wish I was kidding, welcome to Cubesmart Customer Service... Almost a week before my lease ended, Cubesmart tried to rent out my still-occupied unit, threatening to cut off my lock. Despite moving most of my items out early and informing the management, I faced constant pressure and harassment from 'Yohan' to vacate prematurely. He refused to provide his supervisor's contact and claimed he was 'the boss.' Yohan repeatedly interrupted my workday, including half a dozen calls this morning, insisting on removing my lock because the unit was allegedly re-rented. He even refused to credit the remainder of my lease, hanging up on me. I've consulted my attorney and am prepared to take legal action if my rights are violated. I spoke briefly with local police also. While rude calls aren't illegal, cutting off my lock without just cause could lead to criminal charges for property destruction, breaking and entering, trespassing, etc. Extremely disappointed with Cubesmart's customer service and Yohan's unprofessional behavior.

Great location, easy access to the lobby and elevator. I was able to just pull right up to the electric, sliding lobby doors get a cart and go straight to the elevator very easy ground level access. The on-site management was very helpful when I was trying to decide which unit I need it for my apartment. Drive-up units were also a nice option. However, I chose to rent on the second floor because of how convenient the elevator access was.
