This location is very centrally located to downtown Sarasota and Bradenton; it’s easy to get to being right off of Tamiami, and there is ample space for large trucks and unloading. The frequency and rate of price Increases at this facility is outrageous. The facility itself is fine, my items feel secure and the manager is pleasant, but... Their price increases are ridiculous. I have had 4 price increases in 2 years and just got a notice that it is going up another 40%! next month. I will be looking for another storage facility.

BEWARE - after my second year, they raised my rate 25%. Other than that, the facility is clean and staff pleasant enough. I am just SHOCKED that the rate of increase in my third year. And the Onsite Manager has no authority to alter the rates, or provide any creative solutions, like offing a couple months free with an annual payment.

No 24 hour access. Way too expensive (compared to other national companies). They force you to purchase one of their own locks, which you get to keep when you surrender your unit, but the lock is useless because you can only use it with them. Imposed insurance is overpriced.

I was both extremely happy with both the service and Jay! He stayed past closing to sign my paperwork and get me into my unit. It had been a hectic difficult day of packing with rain and when I arrived at the original storage facility I had made a reservation with, tried tacking on all kinds of other fees than quoted, I was frustrated to say the least. I called and he was very helpful, clear in the ants and fees and willing to wait as the traffic was awful. I arrived and everything was very streamlined, efficient, quality and clean as well as safe. In addition, he was able to upgrade me to a controlled unit at the same price which was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this facility!

Worst long term storage facility in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. An early book keeping mistake by the management resulted in an over exuberant lock out of my pre-paid unit. My flawless payment history simply left management without cause. This storage facility will raise rent to the point of a force out. After 3 years the fee was 100$ higher than all competition ! Cockroaches , rat feces , mouse feces , lack of proper separation between units , extreme overheating of units. Save your time and money folks ! Move on !

They exceeded my expectations with their helpfulness, friendliness, and overall customer service experience. The unit was extremely clean, the facility and rental office was clean and inviting, they even offered me a nice ice cold water. All in all, it felt warm and genuine and I respect that. Places a ripoff. They lured you and then they charge you $13 for a lock that only works on their place and they don't buy it back then they want $12 a month on top of that for insurance and not only is the place not climate controlled but they were huge spaces where rain can get in.

The Staff was very helpfull both on the phone and in person. The facility was clean, neat and secure. I have not had a chance to go back since putting our home in storage, so I can not comment on the facility's trend.
