Ms. Debbie who is now managing the property, amazing is an understatement. I recently lost my mom and got behind on making my payments and was a few weeks away from losing all my belongings, but Ms. Debbie went over and beyond to help me save my items. She’s very friendly, kind and caring. She keeps to property well maintained. For all new renters who are considering moving your belongings here please know Ms. Debbie herself cleans the unit from top to bottom, from the walls to the handles on the door. As times are hard it’s very appreciative to find someone who really is here to help others and make sure the property is ran smoothly. Thanks Ms. Debbie for everything. 10+ stars.

They girls in the office we awesome I was not only satisfied but I was able to rent a unit I need but left with a smile. I was upset charing me insurance on my unit 12.$ cuz no one sd anything till it was time to pay.i would recommend cube smart storage to anyone.

No interaction with the staff so please know this isnt a review on that specifically but when I arrive to my unit to store my belongings and there are rat/mice droppings all over the floor and urine even on the walls of the unit ....evident whomever put my welcome bag in there didnt give a damn and left it that way for a new customer to be welcomed by . Just saying!

I had a storage here before cubesmart came in. Within the last year they Double the rent. They did paint, but as the office Lady said it's like putting lipstick on a pig.. Gate was broke for 6 weeks. Asked for a partial refund and they said they didn't have to. The district manager stated that the lock on my storage was enough. Even though in my contract, it says gate hours implying that I pay for gated storage. when I left they did not refund me any of my money and I had two weeks left. Warning warning do not rent here. Also, we had mice moving since they took over and ate through many of our boxes.. ******* In response to you asking me to email you my issues. I talked to the district manager, and he did not give one rat's butt, about me. Then I got a notice that my bill was going up. Kind of feels like retaliation.....

They Have Rats. They Poop All Over My Storage, This Is My First Experience So I Am Deciding To Junk Everything As I Don’t Want To Be Around Or Touch Those Items. I’ve Been Here Since June And I Have Not Decided Just Yet. In The Meantime They Placed Me In A Bigger Unit By Mistake. They Have Been Easy To Schedule A Work Around But Now When I Sign For The New Unit Price, They Made Another Mistake And Resent A Third Lease. I’m Concerned Because The New Lease Has New Fees, 29 Administration Fee And Such. If The Property Gave Me The Wrong Unit By Mistake And I Agree To Re-sign At The Rate They Want For The Bigger Unit, Why Are They Trying To Collect Fees As If This Is A New Move In. I’ve Never Seen A Live Rodent But They Relieve Themselves All Over Your Property. Now I Still Have My Belongings Here, However Friends Do Not Want To Enter, And I Do Not Want This Stuff In My Car So Open To Suggestions ??

I thought this was a good place but yet again just like some crooked storage companies they only care about the money and not the customer... I am being ripped off... I was called to be notified that my payment was due before any late fees occured because my old card declined... I told them I have a new card and Brittany said they couldn't take payment over the phone and the ONLY WAY TO PAY is that I had to come up there .. I tried however I work 8 to 10 hours so I was unable to make the time before closing hours... So now I have a late fee and come to find out they actually can accept payments over the phone and online... I wasn't properly notified by BRITTANY (GENERAL MANAGER) in fact I was lied to.. Why was I being lied to? now they want to charge me almost $60 in late fees... DO NOT RENT HERE AND I SURE WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT AND POST THIS ALL OVER ALL MY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.. YOUTUBE TIK TOK INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK!!!

It's inexpensive and your able to use the facility for 24 hrs , which is fantastic, but I pay for climate control and for the past 2 months, everytime I have went it has been hot as heck unbearable. What is the sense in climate control if it doesn't work? So if my items become warped or damage because it's been so hot they are liable for them. And I do pay extra for climate control.

Overpromise and underdeliver. Shady business, appears to be a front for something illicit. If you aren't a transient or you need security, or god forbid air conditioning for your storage needs, look elsewhere. Non existent customer service.

It's extremely difficult to pay for the storage unit, since there's no one in the office daily during office hours. Another problem I've encountered is that Joyce, the lady who works in the office, doesn't always return phone calls. I wanted to move to another unit there at Mr. Self Storage and Joyce told me there's other storage companies down the street when there were storage units available there, which I didn't understand since I paid on time and months in advance. I decided to move my belongings. They lost a good customer. I wonder if the owner of Mr. Self Storage knows that Joyce referred me to a business down the street.

Can I give zero stars? Don't bother reserving a U-Haul through this place -- they won't be there. Reserved one for 10AM. Got there, and they're not open. Waited 15 minutes. Still not open. Called them and it went to voicemail. Left a message. Went to a couple other U-Hauls to try to get something, but they had nothing available... Came back... Not open. Called again and got voicemail. Left another message. Its after 11, they are supposed to open at 10. Waited a few minutes and left... Finally found a U-Haul in Riverview. They never did return my call. Abysmal customer service!
