This CubeSmart, while well maintained, safe, etc. has continually raised prices to where I'm paying ~$600 a month (it was $300 in 2022). They know you can't go elsewhere and raise the price every 6 months to a year. I'm moving out because I can now save $400 a month which covers the cost of any movers. The entire industry needs to change and there should be price limits on how much they can raise the cost because leaving is difficult, especially for those with disabilities. I called the manager to explain how expensive they are relative to what I'm seeing and they offered absolutely nothing to me to match or even close the gap. Terrible customer service.

The staff were MORE THAN AMAZING! They were there when I needed them EVERY TIME for almost 10 years. The company is horrible! Rate increases during the pandemic and continuous rate increases for long time customers leave no incentive to continue with CubeSmart. Theresa, Mercedes and staff are outstanding and have ABOVE EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and relations and are too good to be with CubeSmart. They (the staff) are the only reason why I stayed for as long as I did. Corporate could take some lessons from them.

Excellent customer service by Teresa, Mercedes and Jacky. Jacky helped me get a storage unit as I needed to move as soon as possible and made sure I fully understood the terms and conditions to the rental agreement. Very clean units and an easy process. I will definitely recommend this location.

They have problems about the gate access. Today I arrived at 6:10 am to get my work van and I couldn’t get access. The time change and they didn’t take care of that to update the access system. So I lost one hour of work because of that!

The entire office staff is very nice! Teresa went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful move. I would definitely recommend this location or the location in Weston. I originally went to Weston and was greeted by the nicest employee, Jaqueline. I only went to the location in Southwest Ranches because Weston did not have a truck available to use. Employees at both locations were outstanding. My storage unit was clean and the building interior, office and grounds are very well maintained.

I arrived at this location on March 28 and at the time they were closed. I called the phone number and was able to actually make the reservation with a very nice woman named Patty while I waited for the store to reopen. Once it did I met Chris who was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. If was a pleasure to deal with both of these people, and with all of the stress involved in a move this was one part of the process that was extremely enjoyable. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone wit storage needs. The building was extremely clean, the prices very reasonable and the people fantastic.
