Not only is this Cube Smart extremely clean and comfortable, but they have Vicky who is the sweetest and most helpful employee. She's extremely responsive and informative. The location Manager, Jacqueline, is amazing! Very professional, courteous, attentive, helpful and kind. She helped me find the right unit for my budget and helped me resolve my logistics issues by recommending the van rental option. She was always ready to help me with my storage anytime I called. After some discussion about pricing for long-term rentals, management agreed that there can be a better solution to retain their renters. The location is clean and the humidity is adequate to keep your belongings safe. I have been renting for 2.5 years at this point and will continue for the time being.

Facility was always clean including the restrooms..I had a unit for just under 5 years. All my items were intact and there were no insects at all in the whole facility or in my items. The management was always courteous and communicative. My only issue were the gradual price increases but seeing as I was there for so long I can understand with the inflation of prices. Otherwise cubesmart was the best storage facility I have used thus far.

Renter beware with Cubesmart. My husband and I rented from the facility in St. Augustine FL. We were told upfront that the rent would not go up for at least 6 months, essentially told that our rate was locked in. We were also told that if the rent did go up after 6 months, it would be minimal. On month 4, I received an invoice indicating that the rent would be increased by over $100 effective immediately. When I called to discuss the issue, no one picked up the phone for days. I finally got a call back and was told that the rules recently changed and that the 10 page 8 point font contract clearly states that there is no lock in rate and that rates can go up at 4 months. Cubesmart can essentially raise rates whenever and to whatever they want with no advanced warning. They say whatever they want to get you to sign up… I can accept that it is on me that I did not read the fine print. But, at the end of the day, one would hope that management would be honest with its customers. Lying to people is not a great business practice if you want repeat customers. They offered me a smaller unit, a 10 x 10, for about the same price that I was paying for my larger unit, a 15 x 10, before the price increase and I thought about it for a bit. Then I inquired at UHAUL and they offered me a 10 x 10 unit for about $75 less than Cubesmart. They did NOT require that you buy one of their locks nor did they require that you buy their own insurance. You just had to show that you had your own homeowners of renters insurance and that was good enough. On top of that, they threw in a free months of rent to give me time to move so I was not double paying. Cubesmart by contrast nickels and dimes you… With all thr UHaul bonuses, I’m saving even more money for the same 10x10 temperature controlled unit on the first floor by the front door. Could not be better. I asked about when and how UHAUL raises their rates and was shown that they just had a price increase and the increase was about $8. They also shared that rates don’t typically go up but if it does, it would not be before a year. Needless to say, I’ve left Cubesmart and told them I would be sharing this information through an online review.

Jacqueline and Vicky are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. When I was in a difficult situation and needing help gaining access to my unit, Jacqueline gave me great advice that actually worked. Dealing with customers is not always the easiest, but these lovely ladies make it seem like a cakewalk. The facility is clean, organized, and has a great sense of safety. Knowing about monthly pest control makes me feel better about storing my items because I’ve had bad experiences with that at other places that caused me to throw many items away.

I have to say that in all my years of moving and using storage units, Cube Smart is the best to date. The store manager, Jacqueline, was very sympathetic to my needs. She was professional, friendly, but not overt, and very helpful in explaining all the different nuances with the storage. I would highly recommend this location in St Augustine 32095. If you want your things to be stored safely and you're moving people treated respectfully, then this is the place to go to. The facilities are excellent in terms of cleanliness and being environmentally controlled. There was no excess heat or humidity at the Florida facility. The service was excellent. The management team was friendly, professional and put in the extra effort to make using my storage unit very easy - whether visiting the unit to add items or wholescale moves in or our of the unit. I have been deployed twice while renting an air conditioned unit at this Cube Smart location. Both about a year at a time. I came back to find all of my personal treasures like pictures of my kids to my kayake preserved just how I left them. Maybe more importantly, is the customer service. For one reason or another I had to change payment options a couple of times. Jacquline, the manager, noticed that I was about to accrue late fees and possibly default. Out in the desert it was difficult to communicate back home. Her patience and understanding not only saved me from defaulting and incurring late fees, she took worry off the table so I could concentrate on my mission. The security and climate control are great...but the customer service is the difference between this and other storage companies. I do not really know Jacquline. But after these few years... I consider her a friend. A partner. And because of thier customer oriented philosophy and.. Well.. Jacquline. I would highly recommend this location on International Golf Parkway to anyone that needs a reliable place to store your valuables.

The team at this location is extremely professional, as well as friendly. I have to give CubeSmart in World Golf Village a 10 star review! Jacqueline and Vicki are the best customer service people I've met in a long time! Moved into town and had my stuff stored there for almost 2 years.. needed an extra storage and they gave me a great deal for that also.. they always took care of me and treated me with such love and respect!! If you need a place to store your contents in a climate controlled atmosphere, with easy access, elevators, moving carts, and top notch security; this is the place to go!! I had to store my stuff, in another town years ago and I was very disappointed.. this place is so clean!! Love them and if I ever need storage in the future * they're the place! I had to take out their insurance even though I had my own and to purchase a lock which I have even the same one they again made me purchase. Mgr called me and set miscommunication straight. The facility is spotless and access is easy and convenient. Our unit was on the the third floor, but the elevators made the area easy to reach and quick to load and unload. The elevators are large and Cube-Smart provided the moving carts, we were able to completely unload a 10x20 unit is less than 4 hours. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly, Vicky and her staff were excellent on follow up and letting us know what to expect. I highly recommend this Company.

This has been a fantastic experience. We moved to the area but before fully moving, we needed to rent a self-storage unit and bring over items about a month before. I contacted this location and spoke with Jacqueline. She was friendly, polite, and very informative. She gave me all the details on the unit including pricing. But since I didn't need to rent it right away, she promised to call me on the first day that I wanted to start my rental (about a week later). On that day, she called me as promised and we got my rental agreement set up over the phone It was easy to do with eSignatures. When I arrived a few days later to drop off items I met another person, Vicky, who was also super nice. In fact, when I asked, she texted me some U-Haul drop off locations that were close to the Cube Smart location, since I didn't know the area well enough. This Cube Smart is very new and in a new part of St. Augustine that is growing. It is convenient to the World of Golf area in St. Augustine. They have hand trucks available to make moving items from car/truck to the unit easy. I highly recommend Cube Smart and this location specifically because of the management--Jacqueline and Vicky are awesome. The only negative is the special lock they make you buy to secure your storage unit. I have a bunch of pad locks that would work just as well, but they require a special cylinder lock that costs $18, and due to it's unique design, it's not something that I think I'll be able to use ever again outside of Cube Smart. But besides that, I have been very happy with my unit rental.

Excellence worth 6 stars! Jacqueline & Vicky are friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. The facility is very clean, odor free, dry, well maintained and well run. 4.9 stars rating is a testament to that. I rented my unit here one year ago today. I am as pleased now as I was then. The concrete and steel building is 8 miles from the coast on high ground, adjacent to I-95. These are important considerations in our hurricane prone state. I moved almost everything I own into my unit as Hurricane Dorian was bearing down and evacuated to Clearwater, confident that it would all be there, safe & dry when I got back. I left again on a long trip shortly after that with true peace of mind and one less thing to worry about.

After vastly underestimating my storage needs as we empty one house to sell and then move to another, Jacquelyn (manager?) at the facility did some juggling and fixed my error without me even having to move my stuff that was already piled high. Began interaction on-line as live 6+ hours away. When we arrived, Vicky explained to us what we needed to know in a way that was easily understood. She also showed us what we had requested on-line then made another suggestion for the same size unit but with a slightly different configuration. It made more sense for us especially at our age. We unloaded, arranged unit, and plan to add more next month. Newer facility and convenient for our needs over in that area at this point in time.

We recently ran into some bad luck. We had a tree fall on our house, causing the roof to crash down on us, just days after I had an emergency appendectomy. We had to frantically get everything out of our house, and put into storage because the house is no longer livable. Jacqueline is AMAZING! She went above and beyond in every aspect. She showed me the unit that I had reserved and after a conversation we decided that it was indeed to small. She was able to get me a slightly bigger unit right next to the one that I had reserved. The entire day went as smoothly as possible with Jacqueline helping with the doors, directing me to the best unloading spots, and even corralling the dollies when one wasn't available. The location is clean, well lit, the access is super easy and it's very convenient on and off the highway, just follow Google Maps as there is a divider in the street! Highly recommended location, you can't go wrong!!!

Very clean, Very quiet. Great service. Only negative for me is that after 10pm you can no longer access your belongings. And I am usually not available to do much until well after 10 pm do to work. Only wish that they were 24/4 access, but that all.

Good promo picing online..my setup and service was great and had access to the moving van for half the day with a deposit and small fee..deposit was given upon return.

My Dad recently passed away and I am consolidating homes with my Mom. We researched and visited a few different local storage locations before visiting Cubesmart. Jacqueline, the Manager, is extremely kind, thorough and helpful. She made sure to provide us a unit near the elevator and was very patient when we quickly realized we needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit. Not only is the staff amazing but the facility itself is clean, well lit and safe. Very happy with our choice. A special thank you to Jacqueline for her assistance and patience during this difficult time.

The ladies in the office were very rude and very unkind. There were no trash cans available inside or outside of the front entrance. The elevator was to complicated to use and it was making a grinding noises when you get to the higher floors. It Made it flet like the elevator was going to fall. I will not be back.

Jaqueline, the manager, is fabulous! I highly recommend this location! She went above and beyond to keep me informed on the grand opening. The move-in process went smoothly and the van they offer, for relocation purposes, was so much better, and cleaner, than a moving truck. This new facility is beautiful! Again, I highly recommend.
