My boyfriend had a unit here, he went to jail “unrelated issues “ and they knew about and STOLE thousands of dollars worth of Gucci, and lawn and electric equipment and when asked what happened to it they claimed to have no idea!! Yes the unit was up to date on payments!! Will be taking legal action!!

We recently rented a storage unit from Summerfield Cubesmart. The prices were great and the facility was clean. Being in the middle of a stressful move, we had to change units twice! I highly recommend Cubesmart Self Storage to anybody who has a need to store their items. The facility is very clean! Juan the rep. Who waited on me was just immaculate in explaining to me how everything worked from filling out the app to showing me the deals, explaining what the monthly charges will be to driving over to my unit & showing me how the lock works. He is a super guy & I know the owners know what a gem that have in him! Edit: changed my review after returning when I returned, I spoke to the Store Manager - Mellissa. Definitely not as friendly (she seemed distracted and acted like I was inconveniencing her) and it wasn't as clean this time. I went in looking for a unit. Ashley was there and helped answer all my questions. She was so nice and helpful, she even gave me a tour! The facility was clean, prices are reasonable. I went to several facilities in the area and was not impressed with customer service, or prices. Was thankful to find somewhere that had great prices and better service

Summerfield Cube Smart; is fantastic and very well managed by, Debby. The property is easy to access, it is always clean and less expensive then other storages. I am truly glad Debby, is so friendly, polite and watchful because twice, while she was on her patrol, she noticed I did not close my simple door lock correctly, and Debby, made sure I was aware of the fact, immediately! This morning, I was given a lesson on how to do the door lock and it made a great start to my day, just seeing and knowing that Debby, truly cares about others!

I have 1 unit and parking spot at this location the staff is always helpful and very nice. I been here for a couple of months now and never had any issues. What I love about this location is that I feel safe storing my belongings here. The only thing I would recommend is they get cameras for security. They have hand trucks and carts to check out, but they are located near the front and you have to leave your ID at the desk, which is inconvenient if your unit is located in the back. On a recent attempt to access my unit, the gate wasn't working and the office was already closed for the day. There were three vehicles trying to get in and none of our access codes would open the gate. I called customer service and had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to take my call. Eventually, they sent the manager out to let us in, but by that time, I had waited over an hour. Without proof of insurance, I was forced to buy their insurance. I came back with my policy and they said that they would stop charing me for ins, I was still charged on my next bill.

It really made working in them tolerable even during the summer, and it was better for our belongings. The managers Brittney and Kayla, are excellent. The facility was clean and obviously cared for. This location is in range of where I live and I have some things I need to store away so I stopped in to get a pricing of the units. First off the establishment was very nice and clean. I did not have to wait long and I was met by Kayla who was very helpful and answered all of my questions and gave me prices on everything I wanted to know , she was very knowledgeable and I was very pleased with her customer service . I went into this location to get prices on a storage unit cause I’m selling my house. I had the honor to come cross Britteny. She was so wonderful helping me and showing me multiple different sizes that they have available at this location to fit my needs. Stopped by and got some prices at this location cause I'm selling my house. This location is clean and the staff is amazing. I was introduced at the door by Britteny and she answered all the questions that I had. She had a packed office when I arrived and gave every last customer the same customer service experience. When I'm ready to store my stuff I will use this location because of the experience I know my stuff will be safe. I will be back Britteny keep up the good work and don't change that attitude.

The Cubesmart Summerfield is one that I would highly recommend! I just moved down and stopped in to get some information about storaging extra stuff that I have that couldn'tfit in my house. Employee that opened my account was the same person to close our account. She was friendly and professional. She made sure we had everything we needed. I am happy with my storage unit. I am not happy with the nickel and dime feeling. Pay admin fee on top of the monthly bill. Then tell me have pay for insurance that should be a choice not a must. They don't even have a policy high enough to cover items. Not happy with this at all!

First off, the supposedly manager was not on staff when we tried to pay the rent for a unit, not all taxes and fees were included in the initial information, hours for Sunday are 11am to 3pm and the manager is not even here and it's already 11:10am and people are already lining up at the door... this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received from a business and I work in customer service. Mangers NEED TO BE ON SITE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE!!! I had to reach out to the 1-800 number to receive any type of decent service and the rep had to call the emergency contact number for the the office manager and she was still late after a quoted 5 minutes away.

Horrible customer service. Hands down the most awful experience I have ever had with a storage unit. Over priced. There was a septic issue and some of my boxes had that smell stuck in them. When I rented it was a company called AAA storage. The couple who owned it and their employees we're sweet understanding and informative. That changed when cube smart took over.

We had to store a car. We tried another place, but it wouldn't fit inside the space of a 15ft unit. We came to cube smart and got the 20ft unit for just a few dollars more than the 15ft unit at the other place. Shaina was great! If you are looking for outrageously expensive storage, this is the place. In the few years I used them, they have MORE than TRIPLED their rates!! EGADS!! Plus, don't even think about needing to use their customer restrooms as the main door to the restrooms is kept LOCKED! STAY AWAY FROM CUBE DUMB!!

Update** Well we moved in 8 months ago, and were evicted a month ago, they told us on Thursday to be out by Monday so they could start the rest of their construction. Great planning, give customers 3 days to move out of the facility. The original owners sold out about two months ago and Lisa and John moved on at that time. Good news is we found a covered facility closer to the business office to park our vehicles and are very pleased. Great Facility!! Lisa and John are Fantattic, they really know how to make you feel at home. Highly recommended for all your storage needs. I tried the rest and am relieved to be at the best.

The units were easy to access, exterior doors were large to facilitate large furniture and the units were very clean. The entire process was smooth and easy.
