Area and storage units are very clean and staff very accommodating. But, but, but. Cost. Advertised price is not the monthly cost. “Required add ons” and administration. And the first month free was not exactly a month. Mine was 22 days. Closer to 3 weeks. I HATE being cheated!

A bit outside Tallahassee, is one thing that makes this storage unit complex great. Close to my home they are convenient for daily trips if needed. Rental prices are better than any place in the area. The grounds are clean. Rental is easy online from choosing a unit size, setting up payment and opening your unit for the first time. The gate at the entrance is easy to use as well as the push button locks on the climate controlled buildings. Units are clean too. Required insurance on your property has always irked me since storage units started this practice year's ago, but I do sort of understand their position. At least their insurance rates are fairly inexpensive. Your home owners insurance my cover your possessions, so check in to that. Check them out online.

When we arrived to our large unit we were 1) thrilled to find it had TWO loading doors 2) dismayed to find this exterior unit had two large fire ant beds inside. We're in Florida and, unfortunately, "bugs" come for the territory . We called the local manager and she quickly dispatched the groundsman to come spray and remove the mounds. We have also spread out own ant bait to ensure they look elsewhere for housing. I entertained the idea of asking for a new unit, but the truth is, as above, it's impossible to avoid the bugs here. You just have to pack appropriately (totes, not cardboard, if possible) and be vigilant. The front office was friendly and prompt. The check-in procedure was very, very easy.

It was nice to be greeted by Cindy upon arrival. Within minutes I had my storage unit and was on my way. I had reservation originally with the storage company down the street. I went to their facility three days in a row during regular business hours and noone was there to help me.... When we accidentally left a storage compartment open on our camper less than an hour later they were calling me to let me know so I could go back and secure it. Jim was an absolute pleasure. I had to move into my unit 2hrs before the office opened so I knew I was going to have to find time to come back to return my temp lock. While I was contemplating how I would make the time to do this and was looking up directions from the facility to my work, Jim pulled in and stopped to ask me if I needed any help or had any trouble getting to my unit. It was an hour before the office was set to open and he still took the time to check in with me and was happy to take the temporary lock from me right then. I've been having to travel all over the city and back and forth from MS for the last 2 months and this small gesture and willingness to help me before the office even opened made my day. The only problem I had was that I kept losing my emails with my information, but Sally was very patient with me, and understood that I’m not really computer literate??. I rented a 20 x 30 ft storage unit from cubesmart for over a year with no problems what so ever. The storage facility is safe, the units are clean & dry. This location is located on the eastern side of Tallahassee. It's easy to get into and out of right off hwy 27 and on top of that it's just a pretty tree filled place. The manager (Jim) and employees are friendly, they're very helpful. Each time I was there someone from cubesmart was either patrolling the property or they were cleaning. I always felt safe when I was going in and out of my storage unit. If you're in the need for storage then this is the place in the state capitol of Florida ??????????

Nice place only downfall they have is that you can’t access your items at all times. If you are a person like me who works late and have to move it will not be advised because they lock down the facility at 10pm. I wish I could have access at anytime. But the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The service at this location is awesome. Super friendly. Unit was clean and well air conditioned. I was a dummy and immediately lost the keys to my lock pretty soon after moving in and they actually drove around on a golf cart and found them for me! Could not recommend more highly, very happy I chose this location!

Today I met T. Assistant store manager. I had to move all my stuff out on my own and I was so stressed out, I’m pain from a recent injury, sad from going through the belongings I had in my storage as most of them were items from my late husband, and from my two children when they were just babies. The day after I called to say I no longer needed the unit, I got an autopay notice. So I called customer service, got through right away, and they check my account. They said the account had been closed the day I called to vacate, that autopay had been canceled, and that no charges had been made. They said the notice I had been sent was probably something that goes out ahead of the actual charge and that I should check my account. They stayed on the line while I did and they were right! So I was impressed by the efficiency with which my account had been updated by the local store manager, and by customer service bring so easy to reach, and that they had all the records at hand to answer my questions so quickly. Excellent service (which I’ve always received in the 5 or 6 times I’ve stored with CubeSmart).

Very positive experience here. I keep my camper here. There are very few spots in tallahassee that have room at all. They charge about the same as what other places advertise. I feel good about leaving my camper here and I've never had any issues with it. I come to do work on it every weekend and it's pretty peaceful. Management is very friendly.

Second time using Cubesmart. Their process is super easy. When I called, the booking agent was able to search the different CubeSmart sites in my area to find a unit that fit my needs. This kept me from having to call around myself. Very helpful. You then get an email that links you to their site where you can confirm your booking and make payment. All so painlessly easy.

VERY EXPENSIVE - one time $24 administrative fee??, mandatory insurance (cheapest is $12 which covers $2K of possessions), each unit itself is already pricey but I ended up paying an additional $50 in these hidden and one time fees! Basically a way to “rape and pillage” the college communities since this is the largest clientele in Tallahassee! To make matters worse, I was told on the national call line that if another smaller unit became available before I arrived at the complex in Tallahassee the next morning to do my paperwork then I would be put into that unit instead. Another unit, the exact size I needed actually became available but, I wasn’t put in it. Instead, I was told about the unit but then told that it was reserved by another customer in the morning. When I explained that I was supposed to be put into that unit, the clerk stated “Oh, I’m sorry but the customer that just walked out reserved that unit so it’s been taken”. Apparently, the customer service reps on the national call line will tell you whatever you need to hear in order to get/keep your business so because of that, I ended up paying an additional $100+ for a HUGE unit that I didn’t need (in a 10 X 20 and needed a 5 X 10)! The best advice that I can give to future customers is to plan way ahead & reserve a storage unit @ a storage company that provides better customer service, has a variety of storage units in various sizes (mine is NON-climate controlled even though it still cost be $150 for the unit plus $50 in hidden fees!), & the employees follow through w/what they tell you they can/will do for you!!

There are 2 CubeSmart locations in the city where I was storing. The one where I was scheduled to be had problem and couldn't take me. The other location had an opening. Don't pay Cube Smart to park a trailer, travel trailer, car, or anything not covered. This location has a buzzard problem, and the buzzards will destroy the roof of whatever you park here. Cube Smart will not provide any refunds once you figure this out, and will not cover any damage. On top of that, with this known issue, you would think they would be cheaper than other storage locations, but they are not. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. Find somewhere else to park your trailers.

My experience with CubeSmart was one of the best. After calling multiple places and getting rude and unhelpful people, walking into CubeSmart and meeting Ashley was a breath of fresh air. Ashley was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly in setting up my reservation to ensure I got exactly what I needed to fit my needs. I was having a POD delivered to get it unloaded into storage. The day of delivery Ashley and Mike went above and beyond to ensure I had a unit where my POD could be dropped right next to it, making unloading it a breeze. The facility is well maintained with lots of good lighting when accessing after dark. The biggest plus with the nice facility and amazing customer service is the unbeatable low price. They were at least $25/month cheaper than others I looked into. Thank you to the CubeSmart team for helping make my move that much more hasselfree.

Rental of unit was smooth and easy. I used the convenient reserve ahead of time from website and paid at office upon arrive. Ashley was both friendly and helpful. I rented one of the smallest cubes. However with good boxes and being organized it is holding more than i thought. Security is good with fenced area and gate code entry. Would definitely recommend renting here if needing extra space for storage.

Best ever. I cannot believe how quickly and efficient i got checked into my new unit. It has poured rain all day and my unit was perfectly dry and clean. So happy with the size for the price. Made my stressful move very easy.

Always friendly service. One small thing. Your software puts the first day of a new rental as the day when you wrote the check/visited the office, instead of a future date that the customer requests ("next Monday", "the first of next month", for instance).

Delvis helped me out when I needed 2 storage units on a very short notice. Even though most of the units were full, he was able to find me two to use right away. I used one on a Sunday and came back on a Monday to use the second one. When I arrived, Delvis said that he just had a unit vacated that would accommodate my needs by using only one unit versus two. This worked out so much better for me and it also came with a savings to me. Delvis is always looking out for what would be best for the customer. I appreciate everything that he has done. I only hope that cubesmart recognizes a great employee they have in Delvis.

Great Storage space, and great personnel. The price was very reasonable. We had trouble maneuvering our moving truck, and the staff helped us a lot. We definitely picked the best storage company in Tallahassee.

Office personnel very helpful and friendly, Space as described. My only complaint is the narrow road between the 2 buildings H & I Space, Hard for me to navigate my truck to the space. When you turn in the road for I space the dip caused my trailer and the back of my suv to bottom out on the road. If I would stay long term I would move to a different location with better access. as for a rating I give a 4 Good Security, Friendly People, Clean Grounds. Thanks, Tonyd

The staff here is extremely courteous and professional. I was a tenant for 3 years and never had any issues whatsoever. They also give back to the community throughout the year and supports our troops. I would easily return here should I have need of a storage facility ever again. A++

We have utilized Advanced Moving and Storage's facilities for over four years. We have two climate controlled storage units and have stored a boat there also. We are very pleased with the assistance we have received from Steve (the owner) and all of his support staff. We have had nothing but very pleasurable dealings with them. Their upgrade to the climate controlled units allowing access after the normal office hours is the most beneficial thing thqt could have happened for us, other than a reduction of rates (just kidding on the rates). This has allowed us to have access to our units on weekends when we would have not otherwise possible. That was a great plus to the renters!!!
