The two people who helped me at the 807 location in Tallahassee were amazing and made sure I was all set up and understood how everything worked. Highly recommend and they deserve a raise! I wish I wrote down their names. It was a gentleman and a woman who assisted me. Very nice and professional.

I don't like the fact that I didn't get to chose what unit I wanted based on it's location. I also don't like the fact that I am being forced to pay for monthly insurance on the contents of my storage unit. Especially if I don't want to insure it...... to me that's absolutely freaking ridiculous.

It was a good experience. They just don't tell you that IF you sign up on-line the "move-in date" you choose isn't actually your move in date. The rental starts from the minute you fill out the forms and pay, weather you need the unit then or not.

My wife and are moving this weekend and needed to find a storage spot. I didn't understand how quickly these spaces go but was glad I fun this one online. The process was very easy and affordable. Ron R was a lifesaver Saturday May 11th. Tallahassee was hit by a tornado and lots of customers were needing a storage unit to put their belongings in to keep safe. The power was out in many areas and his system was down but he made it work and got us into a unit. Most other storage places closed their doors he keep the place running in a time of need.

Staff was incredibly accommodating- needed 2 extra days after my month ended for my moveout, and they allowed me to pay for that little extension up front. Then a couple days later my autopay went through for another month but they refunded it ASAP as soon as I moved out.

I'm a college student and this was my first time renting a storage unit on my own. All of the employees were helpful and willing to answer questions. I ended up having some concerns about the payment because I was worried I was going to be charged much more than I had anticipated, but I visited the location and got help from Ashley in closing out my rental. Everything is easy and straightforward. From the reservation using the website, the greeting when you check-in at the unit's office, the impeccable clean environment, to the easy check-out process. Payment process is transparent and I got e-mail reminders before each charge to my CC. Ashley was extremely friendly and responsive during the entire lease period! I rented a small storage unit for my daughter's personal belongings during this past summer shortly after this new facility opened. The unit was brand new, clean, & easy to access with provided trolleys and large elevators. The only trouble I had at the start of the rental was breaking the metal wire seal of the access door to the unit, which was not explained well until I called Customer Service for assistance. Best thing I liked about this facility was its proximity to the F.S.U. campus.

Although I was a nightmare of a customer to both Ashley and Zan, they both were patient with me and helped me figure everything out and get the whole matter of my storage unit settled to my great relief. I will definitely recommend Cube Smart to my friends, especially the High Rd. location in Tallahassee, Fl. One more thing, I very much appreciate the fact that your company does not require renting a unit for an entire month if just a few days of that month are needed. I assumed otherwise. This is a great saving to me at a time when finances are tight due to my relocation. Keep up the good work.

Very easy process to rent a storage unit for my daughter to store her dorm belongings for the summer. I ordered the unit by phone, did the paperwork and payment online which took a short amount of time. When we arrived the first time, we received our lock and found the unit in short order. We were able to bring everything in and the size was perfect for what we needed. The facility is new so it was very clean and well lit. Thank you so much for the great experience.

Easy online information & navigation. I stopped in at the facility when I was in town visiting my college student. The facility was clean & the office staff was knowledgeable and congenial.
