Went in with Friend June 13, 2023. We had already been to another. It was ok not what looking for. They told us about CubeSmart Self Storage off Bearrs past Euchild at light for Zambito. It actually sits behind shopping where Cake Girl, Michaels are located. Moment we walked place was clean. Greeted and from that moment on upbeat trainer and trainee. Lots of Laughter. Went to see a unit very clean. Too small took to another perfect. A couple boxes were in lobby of units. Asked the mover "could we have." Sure enough. These 2 made it so Easy, Smooth. Friend was first Rental for the Trainee who would be out of training today. If you need to storage anything this is the place to go. No bugs, CLEAN, friendly, professional, answered all Questions. Quite honestly from this point on we laughed. Were still laughing hours later. We would like to thank trainer "whom we gave nickname Crazy for her personality is one on a bad day makes you simply simple and changes the tone of the entire day." When you step into the office WOW clean, smells good very spacious. All units are INDOORS and Climate Controlled." If you are storing your belongings, etc "this is where you want to be." No bugs, no rats, asiles, bathroom, lobby and units CLEAN. CubeSmart these 2 women are what sets you apart from the others. After 30 years dealing with Spouse in storage "trust me I know." This CubeSmart Self Storage on West Bearss Ave, is clean and well-maintained, with good temperature and humidity control. Lynette the manager is very helpful with unit sizes and other logistics. I looked at many facilities before I chose this one, and I say it's the best facility in the Tampa area.

Was recommended a smaller size than the size I asked for. Now I have to get rid of a lot of pieces to avoid the inconvenience of moving to a larger unit. I've paid less for double the size I currently have. Unit has no light inside and although it's suppose to be climate controlled, it's still hot in the unit. Very disappointed, but exhausted with the move and have no energy to move somewhere else right now. Hopefully, my items don't become musty and/or moldy from the heat.

I have been renting from Cube Smart for years. Staff is always professional, helpful and always goes the extra mile for their customers. The facility is locked with security entry codes and camera security. It is very clean and has AC.

2nd time I tried this place. I'm use to the Dade City location. First visit, I brought my Challenger in for an oil change and tire rotation. I told them that the tire pressure was low in one tire. They assured me that it was part of the 20 something point inspection. When they brought my car to me, I asked the guy if the tire pressure was checked. He said it was and he had even seen them putting air in the tires. When I got on the car and pulled out of the lot, the tire pressure was still low. I returned to them and watched as they filled my tire with air. 2nd visit, brought the Ram Truck for a recall. They told me the car was due for oil change and tire rotation (with having no records). I told them I just had the car in a few months ago to Dade City for all that. They had to call Dade City to check. I told Shane that if the truck needed a service to complete it, but to let me know because I had records of just having done an oil change 3 months ago. Shane completed an oil change while the truck was at 70% oil life. I called Dade City and spoke to their service department. Dade City told me that Shane called and they gave him the accurate records. When I confronted Shane about why he did an oil change, he said it was 3000 miles and would void my forever warranty if not. Dade City told me oil changes are needed when oil life if the car gets to 25%... these places need to get their rules straight. Shane said no car can go 5000 miles for oil changes even if the manufacturer recommends it. I think he just wanted to charge me for an oil change. Clearly he is providing false info...there are cars that go 5000 miles before oil changes all the time... 70% oil life, 4 months later and 3000 miles more...it didnt need an oil change.

The property is well maintained and feels very secure, both for myself and my stuff. Phil, the manager helped me get into my unit when my card was not working (turned out I had been using it incorrectly.) The building my storage room is in,is always immaculate, which is quite a difference from other Tampa storage companies.
