The building is in disrepair. The sliding doors were broken. There were no moving accessories - no hand trucks or dollies. The building smells. The gentleman who helped us was very nice. Said he was “babysitting” that store and tried to help us, but I thought it better to just cancel the contract and move to a different storage company.

I've had a WONDERFUL experience this far with CubeSmart ... from availability, pricing, location, location of unit. After making reservations at 2 other facilities, then, a 3rd one at CubeSmart. I chose CubeSmart and am so glad I did. The help, assistance, and personality of the site manager was awesome. I had to upgrade my storage size at the last minute. It was such an easy process and he was soooo helpful and informative. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The people working there were very nice and very professional. The facility itself is not very clean and has lots of homeless people sleeping just outside the doors starting around 7 pm. Run-down campers and trailers parked outside that smell awful when you park near them. Lights inside don’t work very well and it looks like there is a lot of water damage to the ceiling. Good prices but very sketchy as far as safety and cleanliness.

This place is clean and safe with good lighting and dollies to unload your stuff. Only issue is having to use a code on the door for every time you enter (a challenge when using kids to help with the smaller loads) and the covered outdoor area where you unload smells horribly like urine (could really use a power wash!)

The check in was very quick, the man at the counter was helpful with all the information that I needed in order to rent from you. I wish the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone was that helpful prior to arrival. I ended up having to pay my movers for more time because I was unprepared with my rental insurance. However, I did find it and I was able to get everything into the unit.

I rented a parking space yesterday for my RV. Today I drove the camper to the CubeSmart location to park my camper. There was a car parked in my assigned space. I went to the office to let them know about the problem, but the door was locked, the office closed (It was 11:00 AM, the middle of their work day). It took an hour and a half to resolve the problem and park the camper. 1. Rented parking spaces should be marked as RESERVED. 2. The manager's company cell phone number should be posted for exceptional situations like this.

Rent went up for a second time in a little over a year, for a total increase of 50%, only a month after being told that the roof was breached by a thunderstorm and that my unit may have been flooded. The HVAC was moldy before then, and is still moldy now. Management allows customers to store boats, trailers, delivery vans, etc. in the loading area on the main customer entry side of the building meaning you're going to be in for a long walk with your heavy stuff. The very spacious side lot is empty, by the way. Of course, they have carts if you can find them. There are probably 4-5 of them at one entrance on the other end of the building. Since the building is a decommissioned furniture store, they have a large loading dock, which is nice if you have a truck. Of course, the gutter at the bottom of the dock is full of trash and if it rained recently, it's probably underwater. It's definitely worth your time to look elsewhere. There are plenty of nicer, and even one brand new, storage units within a half mile of this place.

Absolutely horrible! There was NO lighting in my unit at all and they wouldn't even offer to move it or offer me a discount or anything just said lights went out..nothing they can do! WHAT!?? Then customer service was just a nightmare. Never got any emails back, when told something would be handled it never was. If you are considering a storage unit with this Cubesmart location, please strongly reconsider. Since Cubesmart has taken over from Extra Space at this location, everything has gone downhill. Currently, the lights have been out in the half of our unit for well over two months, and they are aware of this. When I brought it to their attention in December, they offered me a flashlight and 10% off for one month. I asked when it will be fixed, they couldn’t provide an answer. - They refused to honor the military discount we previously had on the account and also increased the rate. - There have been active wasp nests on the door, dead roaches and moths found throughout the facility - If you go after sun down, be warned that there will be sketchy characters hanging around the dock & the doorway who will make you uncomfortable. - While we are being charged for an air conditioned unit, it is routinely extremely hot or warm on site. - There has been broken glass and trash found in the parking lot as well as the facility that sits for weeks. This is just not a place you want to willingly rent with. You have been warned!

Then COVID19 happened and as a new small business we have been struggling through like everyone else. For these folks to threaten additional $110 lien fees and to auction off your business tools, etc is sickening. NO HEART and NO COMPASSION for what folks are going through.

I've rented storage units many times before at many other storage places. Each time having to go to a new place due to having some sort of negative experience. This place, by far, has offered the best customer service one could ask for. They worked with us so that we didn't end up paying more than we needed. We even forgot our lock on the unit when we left and they still didn't charge us, even though they could have. Excellent serviceI! Iwill definitely come back for my storage needs in the future.

The management that works in the office he is really rude I'm polite and disgusting this place is nothing but cockroach-infested they have a guy sleeping in the unit 241 with a dog is a homeless man he be smoking synthetic marijuana inside the storage unit he's there after hours he's sleeping around the area from the bathrooms to the fountains with his dog inside his unit I observed because I rent a unit there he has food and water all kind of things in there it stinks dirty clothes and you can hear how he be cleaning himself up in the bathroom making a wreck somebody needs to bring it to the attention to the owner named Doug that he has people sleeping in the storage he needs to do something about it and the contract is says clearly no sleeping and no pets he will even lock his dog in his unit to go beg for money on the streets so he can get his drugs keep your eyes on that unit 241 and I got to talk to him and his name is Ben

I made a reservation yesterday online when the office was closed. This was fast and easy! I was not expecting a call for at least 48 hours, but I receive a call first thing this morning. Person was very friendly explained how everything would worked. Arrived there this afternoon to complete the forms and get the unit and the service was wonderful! Very friendly people. I would recommend this place in a heartbreak, cheap conveniently and overall satisfied!

I had been trying to get back home (Florida) after my separation with the Army back in 2007. Afterall, I had been away, with the exception of occasional visits, since October 2000. My dream had finally come true in September 2018 when I accepted a position with the state of Florida that I had interviewed for back in late June 2018. Ladies and Gentlemen, I AM COMING BACK HOME!!! YAYYY! But get this, I coordinated my move so well that I called the wrong storage unit to inform them that I was a few hours from the location. It was no wonder no one picked up. I made a second attempt after my stop for fuel and got a lady on the phone by the name of Tisi. She was very patient and empathetic in assisting me with ensuring not only did I get to their location safely but I was made aware of the entire process. For most this sort of hospitality may seem overrated, but for a Veteran who has been away from home since 2000 the type of hospitality displayed by Tisi made me proud to be back on Florida soil as a Veteran. She thanked me for my service and looked me in my eyes when doing so. She is highly skilled in providing exceptional customer service. Should you ever need assistance with a storage unit, questions, or just want to see a Professional, friendly, down to earth face just stop by and I can promise you will not be disappointed.

Russ is over the top professionally. He is a great listener. He gave excellent directions and explained why a sign was not posted making it difficult to find the property. Russ went out of his way to show me the unit, assure me that the size of unit would hold the contents of the truck. He helped me find a parking spot closest to storage unit. I was very happy with her wonderful customer service skills. You can tell she really cared to get me exactly what I was looking for. The location of this facility is perfect as well. I love the size and it also seems more privately placed which is great.

I just wanted to point out how amazing My experience was with Tisi!!!! I don’t write reviews often but Tisi definetly deserved it. I was getting a storage unit transferred here and they stated that they can only make it at 8:30am, and the staff does not start there shift till 9:30. I expressed my concern and asked if I can sign up over the phone but they weren’t able to do so because you have to sign the paperwork. Tisi than stated to me to hold on to find a solution for me. When she returned back on the phone she said I understand your concern and empathized with me, she than went out of her way to schedule an appt for 8am, coming in 1 1/2 hour before her schedule to accommodate me. Talk about going out of your way for the customer. I was able to successfully get a storage unit at a great price and get all my things on time. Thank you so much Tisi and thank you extra space for employing such a remarkable employee.

This plce has one of the friendliest employees a guy name Russ,a true people person with that being said the lady that works there is terrible and a liar.we were a bit behind on our payment due to my wifes mothers passing and they gave us a final date to pay before they were supposed to cut the lock,we paid on the date but the lock was already cut before the day and thwy went in and were digging thru our stuff my clothes were not packed how i packed them im very particular about how my clothes are handled and packed so i immediately knew someone was in my things,thwre was a path cleared to the back that we didnt do and certain things were thrown without care,my wife had a bag of expensive perfumes that she accumulated from working at clinique for macys that was stolen,so i assumed it was stolen by the female,when my wife spoke to her she was very defensive and called my wife. Liar .but she is the liar because she said that no one entered our unit which was obviously a lie as i stated before luckily i took photos and videos of the unit everytime i visited with date and time stamps,and u can see that the last time before thwy locked it the path was not there if my wifes things arent returned i intend to escalate

The owner, Doug, is a stand up guy. The day before Irma hit, I ran into him at one of his other storage locations after being denied a reserved spot at a U-haul. The place was actually closed when I met him but he still worked with me on finding a storage space. There wasn't anything available there except for a huge $200+ space. Knowing that I was out of time, he could have easily given me that space and I would have paid for it, but instead he looked harder and set me up with a storage space at a different location (Hillsborough). When I met up with him again at the other location to store my stuff, I didn't even have cash on me. He told me to come in after the hurricane and get it all sorted out that way; a very trusting and generous gesture especially during the time of the hurricane. Thanks, Doug. You deserve all the business you get.

Let's see. Where do I begin. My unit got flooded. My unit was filthy from an overhead A/C unit but the worst thing was that they charged my checking account after my contract was completed. They did this twice since I rented an extra unit last year. If you use Extra Space storage be sure to call your bank after you check out and have them block any future charges from them.

You charged me more miles then what I drove. You also charged me gas when I filled it up exactly where it was before I took it. This is not good business practice and will attempt to resolve it with you over the phone. If this doesn't go well I will report you to my bank for the charges I didn't approve.
