Lies, Threats, and Refusal to Call Back: 1) Local office removed my Credit Card from the file then lied saying it was mandatory policy and that I can no longer use that card since the auto payment got denied by the CC company. Upon further inquiry as to why it was removed without my authorization, the office lied multiple times about what I told them when they first called: my card actually was flagged for fraud and temp frozen until I verified, which I did immediately after she called and unfroze. She told me I said I had to get a new card because it was lost but then changed it to I said it was expired and needed a new one. Ultimately I was told I have no options because "it doesn't really matter because if you don't pay whatever late fees we charge we'll sell your stuff so you have no choice." Upon asking for the manager,I was told he cannot remove the fraudulently added late charges and the District Manager wouldn't do anything different and probably wouldn't even call me back. Turns out she was partially right in not calling back until I got the District VP and my lawyer involved. 2) District Manager took over a month to call back despite multiple calls & messages. Took using corporate website chat twice to get the DVP involved & getting a lawyer to get a call back. He did solve the issue ultimately.

Well, I drove 2200 miles to the unit as I’m moving and it’s supposed to be a driver unit I get there. It’s not a driver unit you have to walk down these really long hallways just to get to the unit itself and when I called the office about it, no one would answer the phone. I have been using CubeSmart for many years, but I would not recommend this location because of the fact that they let me to believe that it was a drive up location when in fact, it is not

I’ve rented a lot of storage spaces in my lifetime and Gina and Cube Smart on 5907 W. Linebaugh in Tampa were by far the easiest to deal with. Gina is super nice and accommodating and stayed late to help out whenever needed. The space was clean, the door functioned well and access was never a problem. No roaches or bugs in the unit. Great experience!

The staff here were very nice and helpful but we wanted to keep furniture and other items in a climate controlled unit while in an apartment until next house. We were making a long-distance move so could not see units in person until we got there but to call any units here "climate controlled" is misleading at best. To them, having a unit you enter inside instead of the sun hitting your door directly is "climate controlled" but even in those, it is still very hot and humid. There is not a thermostat or dehumidifier or anything of the kind in sight. Make sure you bring flashlights for in the unit too because the only lighting is from the hallway and not good. Again, the workers here were courteous and helped us quickly when a piece of frame from their dividers fell down but if you want a real actual climate controlled unit then definitely look elsewhere.

James the General Manager was so awesome!! He called me immediately after I made my reservation online to tell me about the facility, what documentation I needed and get the information on my car. When I arrived he was super friendly, polite and professional. He was also very funny and made the whole process go by so fast. He made me feel comfortable about leaving my car for 7 months while I work on a cruise ship. The facility is gated and the parking spaces are big. The price was phenomenal for it being secured. Super affordable and I was able to take advantage of a move-in special online!!! I highly recommend this facility.

Was promised one price upon reservation was built another price the following month... I was not told that the front gate that protects our contents had been broken for months... Terry, the regional manager never called back fall back upon my call to him... I tried desperately to correct my billing and I had no one that helped me.. everyone turn their backs.. So I found a great unit, the same size at public storage for only a $171. Cube storage is a liar and I will never do business with them again

One star but in reality is 0, my husband fishing boat got stolen and they never call us or reported to the police or did nothing about it, this happened in between September of 2020 and January 2021. I just received a email from them asking to pay the space of a stolen item. They didn’t apologize or didn’t offer any help to find out when was stolen or how could of happen. They don’t safe video surveillance for more then 6 month. So this is what happens when we trust a company like this.

I was a customer for years, between renting units or a parking, the moment you tell Leaf that u are leaving, his attitude changes, as if the customer is the enemy. He will charge your account and will not refund your money, I can not remember how many times my RV spot was taken and I had to park my unit elsewhere, someone damaged my RV and Leaf could not care less. STAY AWAY!!!!RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST as u can. There a re e more than enough other places that will appreciate u more. Just like extra space stirage that was open right next to it. GO THERE! If you would like your boat or equipment to be picked apart and stolen from this facility is perfect for you. Zero security. Took them a year to get a fence repaired. Management is indifferent. Had several thousand dollars worth of equipment stolen from my boat multiple times The place is packed with trucking equipment and mobile repair shops very dirty expect your boat to be covered in dirt when you use it. Just a terrible experience and a serious waste of money

Beware! Don’t park your vehicle here unless you want something stolen or broken into! My boat was vandalized and parts ripped out. The fence has been damaged and falling down for a long time. Anybody can get in at anytime! The camera system is poor and the sheriff can’t use the video for anything. The sheriff also informed me that they are constantly called to this location for thefts.
