Awesome Self Storage Site and Management team! I wanted to give John and Kasey a six-star rating for their efforts today but Google says the max rating is five-stars! Both Kasey and John are high-energy professionals who really care about their facility and customers. I’d give 0 stars if I could. These people are CROOKS!! If you have your things in storage for more than a year they will raise your rates over and over. I had belongings with them for 5+ years and was paying $300 a month for the same unit everyone else is paying less than $100 for. Plus the entire ceiling collapsed onto all my belongings and all I was told was “oh well, we just manage the property, and have no access to rented units”. Didn’t offer a discount, or any assistance about it at all. CROOKS!!! Go somewhere else if you need long term!!!

We had a pleasant experience today with Kasey. I had reserved a unit online to lock in the price but wanted to check out the unit before committing to the unit. Kasey was so nice to show us to the unit. The unit was very nice and a lot bigger than our current unit at another storage place for the same price. So happy to be upgrading the unit size and being closer to our current apartment. Kasey was just amazing explaining all of the necessary things about CubeSmart including the do's and don'ts. I look forward to seeing Kasey on future visits even if only dropping items/boxes off at our unit.

If I could give it a negative-0 I would!!! Have had this storage for a little over a year, within the first few months the did an increase okay no problem. Get a notice for December the bill increases by 30%!!! Like WTH...the "manager" his only explanation is you can move to another storage unit for a lower rate. But you guy's are advertising for $100 cheaper for new customers!!! It's an outside unit,not temperature controlled why the increase??? You're not doing pest control because the spiders are ridiculous!!! Do NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Unless you want unexplained increases...not a happy customer

IF YOU HAVE STUFF IN THIS FACILITY, PLEASE REMOVE IT. Got to Uhaul or Public Storage. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I go to check out my storage unit and there was not only rat feces/waste all over and in my stuff, but there was also a dead rat my unit. They had to have had a rat infestation for MONTHS, yet I was not notified. They charged me $200+ a month for a unit that had insulation falling from the ceiling and rats that ended up ruining my stuff. This place is a dump. I had to leave stuff in the unit because the state of the unit was a health hazard. And apparently, the insurance they have you purchase does not cover damage that THEY should be responsible for. Yet they want to try and make me pay for having to leave my stuff in that wasteland they call a storage facility and have offered nothing back in compensation for the stress and upset this has caused. Absolutely ludicrous.

DO NOT RENT HERE. They have a rat infestation and in their agreement rats destroying your furniture is not covered. They will do nothing to help or remedy the issue. Again, do not rent here or your furniture will get destroyed by rodents who spread their toxins. We had to toss all of our mattresses and furniture. No reimbursement and protection plan doesn’t cover. They are not trustworthy and don’t care about your situation!

I rented an air conditioned unit and found a DEAD RAT as I was moving out. It attempted to chew some of my stuff, and left droppings. There would have been more damage if I had not packed and wrapped my things securely as well as made sure I had nothing to attract them. I contacted customer service and the store manager and they said that no reimbursement can be issued and that rats are not covered even with the protection plan. I was not surprised to find a rodent in my unit as when I was moving out I could hear them running through the vents/other units. If you choose this storage facility/if you are unfortunate enough to already have a unit there be aware they have a SERIOUS pest problem AND you will not get any reimbursement for the damage they cause. EDIT: I want to add that after posting this review I did reach out to the email below and I have not received a reply. Please know if you do rent and inevitably get damage from rats you will have no form of recourse.

Clearly a company that shows no remorse for people or individuals as the woman said "we are business" my mother has had her unit there for quit a while and always made sure to pay for it. She has been in a poor situation in a nursing home where she wasn't able to walk let alone talk after a health decline, had abuse, and neglect until I came to remove her from a facility since in live in ohio. I have been trying to take care of her bills. Simply asked for fees to be waived and to pay what was owed given her situation and was told from the manager and district manager there nothing they can do beside offer her to pay 70% and get her stuff removed from the unit because all people go through things and that you still have to pay and then the store manager hangs up in my face because she did wanna hear what I was saying.

I have worked with CubeSmart several times, including now when relocating from Hurricane Ian to Tampa. As an Army soldier (now veteran) I was often responsible for writing EERs (Enlisted Evaluation Reports.) I had soldiers who went above and beyond their duties. Those individuals were easy to write about. Then there were the soldiers that met the standards and those reports were a little more difficult because I wanted to find something a little extra special to write about. Then there was the soldiers who either didn't really care or were just biding their time until they were discharged. I knew that each report that I had to write I knew would have some kind of impact on the soldiers' career. Good reports (reviews) are easy. Bad ones - they're hard. What good thing can I say about Cubesmart? Customer Service answered the phone on the third ring. I rented a 20 x 25 unit in January. I paid the rent for February on the third ($360.) I vacated the unit on the 9th of February. My husband let the office know that we had left and swept everything out. The clerk said that the computer was down but he'd take care of everything. My husband stopped by the office a few times but the clerk wasn't available. We stopped by today but couldn't tell if anyone was there because so many cars were lined up. I called Customer Service (and unfortunately I can't remember the man's name) he informed me that company policy is once a month's rent is paid there is no pro-rated refund if the unit is vacated early. I paid a full month's rent because I had just bought a house and there wasn't a definite closing date. Perhaps I'm naive in matters like this but should I ever need another storage unit, Cubesmart will not be on my list of companies to use. This company is like the soldier who wants to hurry up and get out. This company is a disgrace to the storage companies that I have dealt with in the past and I would never recommend them.

Front desk was very helpful even mentioned they sold mattress covers when he saw mine had none. Great and friendly service. Light didnt work in my unit but thats alright it was still well lit and easy to move my stuff in with the dolly he brought.

I have been renting storage units from this location for almost 2 decades. I have seen multiple owner/operators come and go and it has never felt better to be a client than it does now. The new owners have invested in new AC units, building maintenance and an overall cleanliness/professionalism that I have never experienced here. Thomas, the new location manager, is a joy to work with and is very knowledgeable on all things related to the business. His polite and positive attitude is a breathe of fresh air, compared to others I have dealt with in the same position over the years. I left my stuff at Store Space for about 5 months, and it worked out well. It was easy to access all of my stuff any time I wanted to. The only negative was that we found mouse droppings throughout our stuff. It wasn't a climate-controlled unit, so maybe that's just the norm in Florida.

I have only used them for renting a Uhaul truck. Both times I have used them, their customer service was top notch! This past move my online reservation got messed up in the Uhual server and they didnt have the truck I reserved. Excellent Service! I rented a 20' U-haul online with the expectation to move on my closing date. The truck was available and there was no line to wait in. I didnt close on my house it was delayed 2 more days so I took the truck back and rented a 5x10 storage for some of the items I already loaded into the truck. I accidentally forgot to tie down my end tables glass and they broke in the U-haul. Palo was nice enough to back the truck up and unload the broken glass into the dumpster. They even offered for Palo to help unload my washer & dryer etc., but I had already got those things down 2 flights of stairs I wasn't about to to let anyone load them in the storage unit, I needed the exercise. They even gave me the lock for the rented storage with the expectation of paying for it later with cash since they can only except cash for the lock and I didnt have it. Although I will be back in a couple of days I really enjoyed my experience there so far.

I have had a great experience, the staff here was amazing and will go out of their way to help you. They have the best prices, they respond to requests, and they are conveniently located. Tony was professional and super helpful on every encounter. I have rented s storage and Uhaul from here. I recommend them whole heartedly.

I rented a Uhaul in Brandon, but my pick up location was moved to here. They had the truck ready for me after I signed everything, and they hooked me up with with mileage and gas for the inconvenience that wasn't even their fault. Would use this place again.

Reserved a Uhaul and when I got there no truck. Instead of providing me the number to regional they advised me to go to Corporate which was incorrect. Customer Service is not something you will get from this location.

I set up to pick up a uhaul truck from them at 11, get there and they have a sign stating they would be out til 12:30. No call saying they were going to be out and this isn't the first time they weren't there at the location when needing a truck. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL EVER USE IT. Do not go to this place ever!

BE AWARE! SNEAKY PEOPLE!!! Your items are not secured. They make you sign a paper stating they are not responsible if ANYTHING happens to your stuff... no insurance at all. Horrible customer services. They give wrong information and try to charge you months ahead. If a break in happens they are not responsible so if they decide to steal your stuff you are screwed.

Lady at desk was rude and kept bad mouthing the owner for "making the rules." They are by far the most expensive in town and most run down. Our stuff became infested with roaches. Their security gate was let open every night for weeks. When I got the unit it was full of dirt and dust, then they tried to charge me for not sweeping up the dirt when I left a few months later. When leaving they told me they started locking their dumpsters, so I said I'd be back for the rest. I had to leave, come back and pick up my unwanted belongings. When I returned she already tossed everything and said she charged me. I paid for gas, plus 1 hour time too. When I tried to respectfully complain, the rude lady got in my face. I was amazed at her disrespect and I told her she was a mean person, she needed to learn customer skills, and said this is ****ing ridiculous. Then she chased me out to my car screaming that she'll tow me... as I was already in my car. So weird and irrational. I warn you not to trust them with your credit card.
