Everyone has been very helpful and accommodating as well. My only disappointment is the elevator on the side of the building where my unit is has been out of service for several months and the elevator company hasn’t been able to get parts. I think if it was my building I would have either replaced the elevator company or the elevator by this time to provide a better customer experience

This facility is not well kept, elevators are not in working order for weeks now. Not enough moving carts, only saw (2) in the whole facility. The AC is also not working. Their prices are expensive and not worth it.

Prices start out ok then keeps jumping EXTREMELY OUT OF CONTROL!!! maintenance such as security cameras do not work just there for show units were broken into items stolen no evidence because no cameras and no attempt by management to get fixed cubesmart is taking over the storage market so no one cares as long as people rent!!!

Research BBB before renting at cubesmart. Recently had my rate raised after my auto pay kicked in so i wasnt able to cancel my unit prior. After 2 years my rate went from 150 to 350. Almost 3x higher than a new unit. Once i recieved notice of the new rate i contacted a manager to resolve it. They were only willing to offer me $20 less. So i went and removed everything from my unit and tried to get pro rated for only using 9 days out of the month. This request was denied. I have submitted a complaint on BBB which they have a D- score.

I just signed up as a new customer yesterday. Karen, the representative, was so sweet and helpful! The storage facility is clean and organized and they also have a restroom available. This place looks very secure. There’s a passcode required in a few areas for access. It looks like it’s easily handicap accessible if you require that. The only downsides that I noticed were a shortage of hand carts which I feel is a problem at most storage facilities and it’s a little warm with the temperature inside the climate controlled building. But overall, I would still give this place 5 stars.

This place has no security. Office closes at 6pm and the tenants prop the doors open, people sleeping in their storage units, sliding doors off the tracks, anything goes. The gates are supposed to be locked at 10pm but the tenants let people in all night. I have complained to everyone all the way up to the corporate office in Pennsylvania for a year.I have had quite enough!

The customer service here is AMAZING! After a tumultuous time at another self storage establishment that overcharged me and did not provide the storage space I paid for, the service rep on duty at CubeSmart (Leydi) took her time with me, showing me multiple units of different dimensions to ensure I got the capacity I needed for all my stuff at the best price point, and giving me storage pointers along the way. The other rep (Karen) was also very helpful, mentioning that another unit had just become available as she overheard what kind of space I may need for my stuff. Service here was both friendly and honest, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of storage space!

This location has been going downhill ever since the new District-Mngr Lambert & GM jennifer took over it. They raised the rent and the security standards went down. The entrance & exit gates + the sliding doors brake down and don't close every other day. The bathrooms go on without being cleaned weeks on end. I've been renting with cubesmart since 2017 & never had any issues with any of the prior mngrs. My recommendation to anybody that wants to rent at the Belvedere location is to not do so and get your money's worth at the Okeechobee/441 location instead for they still since 2017 keep their bathrooms spotless clean and their gates & sliding doors always functioning properly without problems.

She has always been available to assist with me with unit size changes, emergencies and swaps on very short notice with a very caring and concerned heart for the situations at hand. She has always been professional and very helpful in securing what was needed. She can sometimes forecast changes and keeps me in mind when another unit may be needed. ** please read my addendum at the bottom!! The staff here is very kind and more than willing to help to get you a “cube” to your liking. Held my reservation an extra week for me as I wasn’t able to get in to do the paperwork. Cube is clean and in a well lit area. Continue reading: **** ADDENDUM: ******I am ADDING to my review. Since I have had storage here and even opened a second unit, that have raised the monthly rental to where it is almost 3 times the price I was paying in the beginning!! It seems they raise the prices every 4 months. My original fee for a unit that’s 10x10’was approx $90/ mo. Including taxes. I believe it even started out with a deep discount for the first month but as time went on they QUICKLY RAISE the rent! As of October this year abiut a year and 1/4 later it was $180/ mo. They revised it again as of Nov 2023 to $225/mo!! This is highway robbery!! What started at less than 100 dollars per month is more than doubled in less than 1.5’years!! If I had known I would have bought a storage container! With what I paid out in a few years I could have bought 2 storage containers and had the storage right on my property. But once your stuff is all in the unit there it’s really hard to get it out. I WILL be downsizing by 2024

Marsha was an excellent help. Very friendly, Like most of corporate entities, be prepared for the hidden costs. If your going to rent a unit that is advertised at $75 a month be prepared to pay $92 a month once all the “administration fees” are applied, Oh, and don’t forget the mandatory insurance that you must pay. And if you don’t have time to read the Terms of your mandatory insurance (a small book) Just assume that the insurance they sell you pretty much insures that they are not responsible for your stuff,

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to give credit when its due. Let me start off by saying that Marsha is absolutely amazing, and goes above and beyond for customers. My father is currently living out of the country and he is unreachable. There was an issue with his card, therefore it caused the storage payments to be behind. Marsha tried everything in her power and every form of communication to get in contact with my father to get the issue fixed because she knew how important his belongings are to him. After my father emailed me, saying there might be issues with the storage because he had received many emails, I called in and she immediately knew who's daughter I was, and she explained how grateful she was I had called, because she was super worried about his unit, and she was trying to do everything in her power to make sure nothing happened with my fathers stuff. She was so patient, kind, and truly provided us with the best customer service. She went far beyond what anyone else would've done, if it wasn't because of her kindness, who knows what would've happened with his belongings. CubeSmart needs more people like Marsha! She should be running the entire region.

Very friendly staff, professional with experience under their belt. My code worked fine to get in through the main gate but it didn’t work at the loading area. But Staff was responsive via intercom and opened the door for me. Easy to find my way around and carts available by the elevator. All in all very good!

I been with Cube Smart for a couple years, changes in staff were made, so Marsha and Carlos were put in to manage this location, they should be recognized for not just being good but great when it comes to customer service. I called Carlos on the 20th of January, with some questions and concerns, and that was that, but the amazing thing for me is that almost a week to the day, he reached out to me to furnished me with updated information, which was so appreciative to me and helpful, now that's the extra mile, both of them exemplify fantastic customer service. In closing, today's service industry companies are competing to provide better customer experiences. In some of the reviews, yes I see some angst about staying when the price goes up, so has mine over the years, not saying its easy to deal with increases, but I ask myself why I prefer one coffee shop or any place versus another, and for me the reason is a direct connection between how we are treated, so I say to Upper Management, please recognize the A-Team you have at that facility with more than just a thank you, it's well deserved.

My family and I have been customers here for several years and it is normally been a clean, hassle free experience but recently the property has gone downhill to the point that we are considering moving to another location. The automatic doors are broken and there is a sign on them from the management telling you that you have to open them manually. This is kind of a hassle for even an able bodied person if your hands are full but my parents are unable to open them at all so I have to make any trips there to access our unit. If your elderly or don't have good strength in your arms and shoulders you risk injury trying to get them open. Its been like this for months. The elevators seem to be constantly out of service in one way or another. My unit is on the 3rd floor. For the last few weeks when I call the elevator, the west most lift comes but the button for the 3rd floor doesn't work so you have to get off at the 2nd floor and send that lift back down while holding the up call button on the second floor to get the next lift to the 3rd floor. It's been like this for weeks. You also have to hold the up call button at the second floor because it is broken as well so if you just push it and let it go the light goes out and the lift doesn't come at all. Today, after struggling with it for a while, I wasn't able to get the second lift to come so I had to walk to the other side of the building where there is another elevator to get to the 3rd floor. The interior fire break doors are supposed to be held open by an electromagnet that closes them when the fire alarm is activated so a fire cant spread throughout the building. This system hasn't worked for years and some doors are propped open with trash and others are always closed. This is really a hassle to hold the big self closing door open while your hands are full or you're trying to push your cart through. This must be a fire code violation. I've tried several times to stop by the office to let them know but every time I do there is a "Be back later" sign on the locked door. Hopefully they fix these issues soon because we have a large unit and I'm not looking forward to moving all of our stuff to a different facility but its getting to that point fast.

It's a clean storage facility. Access is easy as long as you remember your code. Or, unfortunately someone can easily slide in behind you once you've entered your code. However, if your unit is on the second floor or above you do have to enter your own code to gain access to the elevators.

Hmm... I was not impressed so much with the facility but based on the price and location I chose to rent here. I went to get in after hours and my key entry didn't work. After a long day moving it was terrible not to be able to get in. Then another renter helped us. Then another bad thing. The door going into the building thank goodness was broke and we didn't need a code otherwise we would have been suck there. Of course after we were done unloading it was late and we had a hard time because there was nobody around to help us get out. Finally I found somebody. It so far was not a good experience. I will add more once I see how things go.

I would like it to be noted and hope that Marsha and Glen be recognized for their excellent customer service skills. I have have had my storage for a couple of years, within that time staff has changed, that being said these two employee are so courteous, I am one of many, but when I do call Marsha and Glen seem to emote a smile through the phone with there intro, which many in the customer service industry don't achieve...On occasion at my job I monitor calls, so it starts at the beginning, such as tone inflection,, even if the consumer's i tone is harsh, they remain professional, I know because I been in to make a payment, and have heard people lose for temper, but your customer care associates stay professional.. Lastly, I had been very sick, and it took longer than I wanted to, now yes they send me a late notice via email, after that I did call in, there was a young lady filling in on that day, I made my inquiry, and hung up. I was surprised to later retrieve a message from my phone, and it was Glen, leaving me a detailed message on the other ways to make payment. This was much appreciated, but more than that, was his follow-up. In closing, I want to say the place is always neat and clean, coupled with the excellent customer received, again I hope they will be recognized.

This storage facility is simply fantastic! I had the pleasure of dealing with Judy and Jerry who both went above and beyond (or should I say they had the "pleasure" of dealing with me - lol!). I've never observed such attention to customer satisfaction in a storage facility and very rarely else where. I've been a retail manager for 20 years as well as a customer service trainer, so I can be picky about these things.... I came to the facility on Belvedere Rd on July 31st; I had flown down from NJ to help a friend move and I went strait from the plane to CubeSmart to meet him. He was running late, but Judy and Jerry couldn't have been more attentive! They did everything possible to make me comfortable, from getting me water, to striking up conversation, to even offering me food! This was impressive, but what struck me most was that they treated every customer that walked through those doors with the same demeanor. They knew all of their clients and treated them like they were welcomed friends. Jerry and Judy are an example of how every business should treat their customers.
