I was giving a unit with someone else’s stuff in I had was to go through the streess to get a representative on 10x atempt call before I get someone to get me a different unit and without apology, then I had was to wait over 2 hours before i get a unit or get it resolved and I was charged extra money from the hual truck that I rented to move my stuff not knowing I would have this disappointment. because I had set a time limit for using the hual truck so I’m very disappointed with the service which cost me extra money for their poor management skills

What luck to find this storage lot for my camper ! Lynn & Liz in the office are pleasant and gems, to do business with. The lot is clean and safe (so far) and Cube Smart seems like a consumer-friendly company, easy to reserve and easy to rent with an exit policy that seems customer considerate. Well, what can I say …. Lynne, was not only awesome, but she was amazing. ???? So when I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Which, of course always makes you feel better. Especially knowing that I’m moving soon and have to pack. Which is already a bummer. That being said, Lynne mentioned that the computer system was down. I automatically thought that me showing up was going to be a waste of time now that the systems were down. But in all actuality, it was not. On week three of trying to get a hold of someone who can help with the literal rat infestation in my unit. Nobody calls back and nobody helps. I suggest you find yourself a cleaner storage facility with nice employees. Avoid this place at all costs. Edit* They responded to my review with an email address so I could get assistance but nobody responds to the email either. There's literally 0 help. If you want your things to be safe and not eaten by rats and would like assistance when there's a problem then I suggest you find a different company. This is not a good place to store your things and not a good company to deal with either.

I had a bit of an unusual urgent situation where I had to relocate my mother quickly out of the state and put her stuff in storage short term on short notice and we had to get creative with access, while making sure my mother's possessions were safe and secure. He was friendly, smiling and very helpful to everyone that stepped foot in the office while I was there. Everyone was treated as if they were the only person in the room and had his full attention. He was a joy to do business with. I was there to rent a unit and he was very thorough in explaining everything to me and then took me out to see the unit and show me exactly where it was and how to operate the lock. He made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions, letting me know I could call anytime if I needed help. It was a very satisfying and pleasurable experience, nothing like what I was expecting or prepared for. The unit was spacious, very clean with a "goodie bag" sitting in the middle of the area that had my lock, keys, pamphlets, business card etc in it. The facility is spotless, well lit and cool. Just what I needed and wanted. The price was great too! Our "friendly" manager wasn't just a fluke or someone being nice to get my business, it was genuine. I've encountered Jose a few more times moving in and he's constant. He's just a nice, friendly, happy, helpful, upbeat guy that seems to truly enjoy what he does. Why can't everyone be like that? I'm very glad I chose this Cube Smart location, as there is another one down the street. However, they don't have this particular "friendly" manager! 5 stars here! Update, 8 months later: The rent on my unit went up just over $20. a month at about the six month point. I was pretty much expecting that, but if it happens every six months it will be bye bye. The facility is still top notch, cool and very clean. The staff is simply amazing and couldn't be any nicer or accommodating. Sometimes if I'm going to my unit for something I'll stop by the office just to say hello and wish Jose and Lynn a good day, they're the best and seeing their smiling faces brightens my day.

The crew at this CubeSmart is amazing! They helped me with a storage space and were extremely flexible as I had to move in a week earlier than expected (and it was during hurricane Matthew)! The facility is CLEAN well maintained and there is ample parking and space for moving vehicles. They have of plenty of platform dollies which are in excellent working order. Most importantly the staff is friendly and caring. So glad I chose this location. And did I add that their prices can’t be beat?!?!

I’ve had a cubesmart storage (2 of their biggest units available) For over six months now I think the initial process is smooth and their stuff is nice enough and the building is always kept clean. On a customer service level however the bathrooms never work there are no trash bins anywhere on the property for even the smallest wrappers And their lights are always turning off while I’m there. Definitely will not stay here longer than I have to and am loooking for other options.

Down part is that its mandatory to pay for insurance, next door unit hit the walls and made some of my items fall and break and the insurance did not pay for anything.... over $500 worth. It's safe it's convenient we have 24-hour monitoring system you can't go through the gate if you don't have a code and you have to have a code to come out the gate the only problem with this place is every November your rent goes up and it doesn't go up a little bit it generally goes up quite a bit I've been with them now 2 years and my rents going up $50 since I moved in outside of that I don't have any problems there and there's a friendly staff always available during business hours

My gosh me and my friend michelle were in a hard place, we couldnt find any storgage that didnt have roaches and gross things living in it!!! The staff was very courteous and conducted themselves in professional manner. I leased a 10'x20' unit for one month. I returned to vacate the unit halfway through unloading it I realized it was infested with coach roaches. I stopped and went to the office but it closed so I called the 800 number they where very courteous and took down my complaint said "that my complaint would be forwarded to the office manager and he would get back to me as soon as the office opened. I then ran around to Home Depot & Dollar Tree and spent $62.36 in sprays/materials needed. I returned and then preceded to fumigated both the Uhaul Truck & Storage unit which was left it overnight. The next morning again I fumigated both units and then left. I returned around 11:00 am never recieved a call from the Manager or anyone from tge Facilities. I went to the office told the Manager about my the roaches, we proceded to the storage unit where it was apparent that there was a roach infestation issue. He took several pictures and said, "he would pass it to his manager and someone would get back to me". I then finished loading and the unloader the Uhaul. At the apartment I decided to take Extra Precautions and again fumigate the whole house with all the funiture in each room. Upon my returning the next day I started unpacking and found a bunch of dead roaches which I took several photos. I immediately called the manager and asked him if he wanted the photos, his reply was, "no the photos I have was more than enough and he would contact me in a few days after he spoke with his manager". After 2 weeks not hearing anything from him I called him. His reply was "there is nothing they could do because there was not any apparent damage to any of my furniture and it is my responsibility to take extra precautions when I rented the storage. I Wish He Made Me More Aware Of Taking Precautions and His Knowledge About The Roaches At The Time Of The Rental!!! I GOT NO APOLOGY, NOT WE ARE AM SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE..DAM PATRONIZE ME AT LEAST!!! Let's talk about My Damages: 1 Day Lost of Work, Unnecessary Expense and Time Running Around From Stores To Store For Sprays/Materials To Fumigate, Going Back Forth To The Storage Unit Several Times, A Gas Consumption, 1 Day Loss of Access To My Apartment. I Hope I Will Never Have To Use Another Storage Facility. It Certainly Would Not Be A Cube Smart!!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! CUSTOMER'S BEWARE BEFORE RENTING A STORAGE UNIT!!!!

Great Place. Looked around a while back, and this was the place for us. Never had an issue and when we needed another unit in the same building we are currently in, they delivered. Facility is always clean and the help is really nice and friendly. I would highly recommend 5058 Forest Hill Blvd CubeSmart.

the manager was very helpful, and show me several stores room for my convenience and affordability until I found the proper one. I'm really thankful for their help, courtesy and security... I'd been using that storage for sometime and I had never had any issue with them. I look forward to keep my personal stuff there cause I feel very safe and secure. Got to thanks the manager Mrs Marshal Perez for her help, patience and dedication. Excellent service.. Thanks.../enrique

I have had such a wonderful experience with this CubeSmart! Jose and Marsha are such wonderful people and so welcoming. They actually care about the people that rent from them. They helped me get my things back that were accidentally left behind and i could not thank them enough! Thank you so much!

I would like to start off by saying this place is not your typical storage and I have used quite a few. I was referred by my co-worker, she too is a renter. I was greeted by Marsha and Jose, their customer service was wonderful. They made me look at storage in a whole new light. Most storage are cold and uncaring but they took the time work with me during this hard time. I will refer my family and friends to this location. Just wanted to say " Thank You", Marsha and Jose!

AWESOME!! The only choice for storage solutions in my opinion. I have used them for years. From large units to small and they have a secure place for your commercial vehicles. The last 2 times I was there, First with Jose.. he called to confirm appointment and was so helpful when we got there. Then I rented another space... I got there minutes before closing and Debbie did not hesitate to take me in and she stayed almost an hour after close to assist me! I would never go anywhere else! Thank You!! Ohh and it does not smell like your typical storage places.. :0)

Trent was awesome as they had the space in regards of multiple cubes to be flexible for our movers considering we just moved here from CO and we did not know how much space would be needed. for 16,000 lbs. of furniture. Even after hours I could if needed to be able to get a hold of someone in case I needed to. Heck wished I would have known about CubeSmart before I used 1 month at Public Storage. Climate controlled is the way to go. Thank you it was a very smooth activity
