I have been renting a 10x10 unit in Weston FL for quite some time, but the price is now $379 per month! I rented another 10x20 a month ago and the price is $248. When I spoke to the customer service rep asking for a price reduction on the 10x10 unit (almost 3 weeks ago), I was told they would have their supervisor call me about a reduction in price. I still have not heard back. CubeSmart is great when you want to rent something, but not when there is a problem. Edit: I originally rated Cubesmart one star, however, I was finally offered a price reduction for the 10x10. I do still feel they have high rate increases and I hope they don't do this to me in one year.

Awful Service! Real Customer REVIEW! This facility in Weston is very biased, they create fake accounts and post a positive review when they receive a negative one. If my post is removed I will report them and send my storage contract info to Google’s review team as proof. The manager Jacqueline is very rude and arrogant her behavior is often creepy. I even heard her talking down to one of her assistants. I also believe that she targets certain individuals and is more willing to help customers that can communicate with her in Spanish. She often interact in a snobbish, sarcastic manner and is too arrogant to apologize for her ignorance. This practice is consistent and will continue because of her confidence that CubeSmart will never terminate her employment - disclosed by individual/ individuals employed. There needs to be a change in management, until then I will never recommend this location to anyone. I’m certain there will be two more untruthful positive reviews embellished with praises in less than 48 hours after my post.

This is a huge facility and as such should have the appropriate number of carts offered AS WELL AS it being part of the staff’s responsibilities to return carts when those inconsiderate customers don’t. My unit is on 2nd floor and I either have to drag my bins and belongings OR go in search for a cart to drag back to my car. Thanksgiving Day there were no carts in entrance. Also I am not happy about the doors staying open on a holiday. That encourages theft, security cameras or not. They should never be open full time. We have codes for a good reason.

Although the facility itself is as good as any other run of the mill storage facility I have, unfortunately, rented here for 3 years which will be coming to an end shortly. Jackie, the manager at this overpriced facility, has an atrocious attitude that I have had the displeasure of experiencing since the first run in that I had with her. Most recently, I used the restroom there and upon exit from said restroom she was waiting for me when I came out and commented thato"you use too much toilet paper." Those were here EXACT words. Who does that? Sitting there to listen to how much toilet paper I reel off? Talk about a disgusting invasion of privacy that is both unethical, unprofessional and likely in many senses illegal. You can't try to tell me that was some kind of a joke. You don't "joke" with clients like that, if that could even be a viable justification for that kind of behavior. My advice... find someplace else to store your things because between the excessively high prices and the terrible attitude of the management my experience at Cubesmart in Weston has been anything but good.

Was just looking around for a storage..to transfer my stuff from another storage and had no intentions on making a decision today however, once I met Jaqueline I knew this was the place for me, for my stuff rather. To some it might not be important who manages the storage, for me it is important since this is one of the reasons I’m changing storage. Management at my current storage can care less about the condition of the place and what goes on. The place is dirty, half the time the air conditioner is off and is very hot, they are rude and don’t care if anyone takes residence in their storage. Jaqueline was a breath of fresh air with excellent customer service which is very hard to find anywhere nowadays, funny and pleasant, she truly cares about her customers and it’s amazing at what she does and I am happy my boyfriend took me there. Great use of an empty warehouse. Only complain is that frequently the outside lights are off for some reason, so when coming at night is extremely dark. A couple of times my wife did not stop to look out for something because of how dark it was, she felt really unsafe. Inside is very well lit and easy to walk around since it is all in one floor.

I got hassled for “working in the storage unit” because I was assembling a shelving system...for use in the storage unit. I’ve had at least 5 storage units in the past that I can recall and I’ve never been bothered about something like that. It’s a real stretch. The spirit of the rule is to prevent you from using the storage unit as cheap office space, not to prevent you from tooling around with your stuff. So if you never plan on organizing or spending more than 15 minutes on site, this place is for you. The actual facilities are very new and nice. Management should recognize that people are going to spend some time and organize their things. That’s part of the deal. If there’s not a bed or a desk set up in a unit, it’s usually fair play, but not at this CubeSmart.

We used CubeSmart last year and then closed our account because we didn't need for many months. Assuming all storage places were the same, we opened up a unit at Public Storage (PS) - omg how gross, old and kind of scary feeling it was. We only had them for one month because when we went to our unit yesterday, there was a dirty diaper in our unit. Because they have gaps up top of their units, someone decided to throw their gross baby diaper into our open top! We immediately closed that unit and brought all of our stuff back to CubeSmart where the floors are clean, the units are bright and very accessible! Storage units are not all the same! I lynn will never go to any other storage facility if there is a CubeSmart close by. Special shout out to Marilynn Gonzalez, who is efficient, thorough and just a really nice person! We love dealing with her.

This is a wonderful storage facility. We looked at 6 other facilities in the area and this CubeSmart was absolutely the best. It is new, extremely clean, spacious, secure, has amazing access for trucks of all sizes (makes loading and unloading a breeze), and customers have access to free dollies. Additionally, their staff is awesome. Both Jackie and Marylin are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's truly a pleasure and so refreshing to have found a storage facility like this one!

CubeSmart Weston is the best storage facility in Broward County! My family and I had our prized possessions with the CubeSmart for almost a year. Our items were keep in the perfect temperature, the place was always keep spotless, and not a bug to be found. The office staff throughout the year (Jennifer, Jeremy and Jackie...the 3 "J's" were awesome. These three employees were professional, friendly, and inviting each time I entered the door. They truly cared about the people renting space and would always keep me abreast about lighting, signs, and new entry passcodes. I hope I don't have to store my worldly possessions again for some time, however, if it were to be in Broward County, I would still select the CubeSmart at Weston no matter how far the drive. Jeremy your're the best! I see you owning your own Cubesmart in the future. You know how to speak to customers and treat them on a one-to-one level. Keep up the good work...you will go far!

Came to look for a storage yesterday Monday for all my tools and other items I need to store. Jackie greeted me a firm handshake and a great smile she showed me 2 good sizes. Staff is very friendly and caring! They helped me with everything I needed for my move. They gave me a tour inside the storage place... Its like a labyrinth andaI thought I would never find the way out.. but they let me chose between all the options they had available so I could get the one closest to the exit and the one more appropriate for my needs! Place is huge and easy to bring your belongings as they have carts available. They have a 24h security cameras which I think is great as you can bring your stuff any time as you have your own access through the key pad. I really recommend them for everybody that needs extra space in Weston. The promo they have of not paying first month also helped with my decision.

The manager, Jackie, was totally awesome in handling our needs. She was aware of our stress and needs to be handled quickly, efficiently, and with a fair price. Though she could not do anything with the pricing of the facility, she identified that we could easily change our reservation at any time. She was pleasant and calming to us! She was energetic and offered coffee for any time we had to be at the storage unit. She went through multiple locations and possible sizes that would fit our needs. In fact she suggested a 10x30 unit which I refused since our movers suggested a 10x20. Well, she was right on! Our movers were completely wrong and didn't see our stuff wouldn't fit before they emptied 2/3rds off the truck We were disappointed with our movers but quite pleased with Cube Smart.

Wow! This place sets a whole new bar for self storage. Clean, amenities are top notch. Indoor storage includes access to restrooms, a/c. Jackie was exceptional at taking care of us and getting us all set up. Where has this place been all my life. A feeling of security is nice. They provide dollies and carts for you to move your stuff from your car to the unit. Highly recommend.

From the moment I reserved my unit over the phone to the moment I was helped in the new facility was great customer service. Jackie at the front made sure numerous times that I had all the information I needed and gave me a great tour of the facility making it easier to move our furniture in. The facility is brand new and the service is great. The computers were acting up a bit but the staff still made sure everything was according to our expectations.

We had no idea there’s a new CubeSmart in Weston! Such a convenient location! While they work on getting sign approval, just look for 1500 - the entrance is just south of Great Bear & USI & Shell - across from Taco Bell. Jeremy is so nice & the building has such easy access! The price is great too!!!
