Will raise your rental rate on a moments notice. They never answer the phone, always have to wait for a call back. The only positive thing about the place is that it is clean. Other than that, use someone else for your storage.

Renting from this storage facility has been an absolute nightmare. I'm not sure if the way that I've been treated has been racially motivated or if Jovan and his store manager are just taking advantage of the fact that I'm 2,500 miles away and can't properly advocate for myself, but in any case, these two men are complete menaces and they're doing unethical business. I rented a 10'x8' unit in August 2023 and I planned to store my things for 3-5 months while I move cross country and get settled. I knew my monthly payments would be late simply due to my pay schedule. If I choose to pay late fees, that is my perogative. Whenever my payment is late, Jovan calls and basically harasses me. I mean he has called upwards of 10 times in one week. To make matters worse, he speaks to me with such hostility and dismissiveness. One time he told me that he's "not going back and forth" with me when I was asking clarifying questions. Another time he told me that he wouldn't answer my calls anymore and he hung up on me. I had to call the store 50 times on a Saturday morning to get an answer. Another time he told me that his manager did not want to speak to me and he stated that when his manger found of that it me was me on the phone, he left the store. I asked for his District or General Manager's contact information and he flat out refused to give it to me. Today I received a text saying that my payment was past due. My payment was due on November 28th; today is December 6th. I planned to pay my bill on Friday December 8th. A few hours later, I received a receipt. He or his store manager ran my card without my permission (I am not enrolled in auto pay - I'm positive.) This promoted me to call my bank and cancel my card. The funds that they tampered with was my rent that was pending debit. I would rather owe a late fee on a storage than a late fee on my rent - the latter is the case now. I will be moving my things out very soon. I will never recommend anyone else to do business with them.

Would definitely utilize this space/location again, the only reason we moved was to get a storage unit closer to my home on the west side of town. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service, clean, great location, new facility. This is the 2nd storage facility that we have used in the last 2 years. CubeSmart is 100x better than the competition. Facility is new and safe. Unlike other facilities, there are always carts available. There is a covered area at the entrance which makes loading/unloading in bad weather or serious heat so much easier. Elevators are large and speedy. Will absolutely use CubeSmart again.

Fantastic staff who care about providing good service. After you make a reservation, they text you to confirm, and you can sms text message chat with any follow up questions. They’re very responsive, and the storage facility and office is quite clean. Only downside is the bathrooms are perpetually “unavailable/out of order”. I would also take off a half star bc the website is confusing after you’ve already made a reservation. You would think it would automatically create an account for you when you sign up with a reservation but it doesn’t, so when I went to modify my date, I was unable to login. It took me a while to figure out I had to still create an account in order to change my reservation day.

I expected a tedious experience with overpriced products and storage. I was literally blown away at how affordable everything was. The products are friggin cheaper than Amazon!!! The employees were super nice; Had a cool convo with one of them while I waited. Just all-around above and beyond service, tbh. This is by far the best self-storage facility in the area. I highly recommend this place. Prices are very affordable with many specials as well. But most of all, the customer service has been fabulous, always friendly and going the extra mile to help. I was one of their first customers at this location and am still very happy with that decision. Plus, this location is super convenient!

CubeSmart staff goes out of their way to be friendly, professional, and they do a great job of supporting customers. Anais was great returning my voicemail on a Sunday because my daughter had left my unit unlocked. I was out of town at the time and I instructed Anais how to work the lock and she was able to lock my unit for me. Great customer service and thank you CubeSmart for letting me know my unit was left unlocked.

CubeSmart was the most seamless process any storage facility could have customers go through. I’ve never used a storage company before so I was completely brand new to how these things worked. Evelyn was an absolute GEM helping with that !! She was so wonderful and patient with me. and I’m sure she repeated herself probably 10x saying the same things over and over just so I fully understood things like price, promotions, details, storage sizing, etc. etc. Not only was I pleased with Evelyn as the greatest help I could have asked for, but CubeSmart as a company was also just as incredible with pricing packages AND storage maintenance. The various sized units I looked at were beautiful and clean and that was NOT the case with Public Storage and the two different locations with that company that I had viewed right before Cubsmart. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and I am thrilled to be another one of their happy customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just reserved a unit at the Winter Park location yesterday. Evelyn, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me with my rental of the storage unit. She has the best personality and very friendly. She was a delight to work with. The building is safe with security cameras and very clean. I would recommend this location to everyone and when you make your appointment ask for Evelyn. You won’t be disappointed.

Upon arrival I had discovered I selected the wrong size unit. However, the mgr, Yaira Hernandez, was more than willing to help. She took me on a tour to see the other sizes, just so I would be sure of the appropriate size locker I would need. She was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to see her go above and beyond to help. A huge thanks to her.

She took the time to give me a tour so I could put my eyes on the different sizes available to make sure what I picked would meet my needs. In my opinion, she went above and beyond what I expected. SMOOTHEST PART OF MY MOVING EXPERIENCE WAS RENTING A UNIT HERE. My boyfriend and I (both college students) were told 2 days before move in that we had to push our move in date back a week. We were not able to stay at our current place since it was already leased to another couple and everything was just a mess. We were scrambling to find ANYWHERE to put all of our belongings for our 3 bedroom apartment- and this was the perfect place! SO CLEAN, SO EASY, SO THANKFUL YOU GUYS WERE HERE FOR US DURING THIS TIME. 100% recommend. It was an easy set up, within an hour of finding this place I had the keys to my unit and we were moving things in.

I originally signed up with CubeSmart because of a promo deal that stated that I could sign up at 50% off of the rental unit for the duration of the rental. I was elated and for a few years had a very positive experience. And then I started to receive emails notifying me that my rate was being increased. I called and spoke to someone and they were able to lower the increase, but eventually, my $90 rental became a $220/month rental, which was unsustainable for me. If you're going to advertise terms for promotions, please stick to them or don't put out the advertisement in the first place, as it is misleading. I unfortunately would not be able to recommend CubeSmart in confidence to anyone. Edit: The office staff were always extremely helpful. Adding a second star for them.

Great experience with this storage facility and great management. Realized at the last minute that we reserved a unit that was too small. Luckily, the manager was very accommodating and allowed us to just transfer our items to a bigger unit just down the hall without additional charges. It’s very welI kept and there are plenty of carts to use. I highly recommend this place!

The Manager was a knowledgeable woman who is a delight to talk with. I found The prices are about 12.5% cheaper than other facilities in a 8 mile radius. The place is brand new and still has that new building smell. I give it 5 stars. And for a business that is a 501C3 they went out of there way to help accommodate my requests.

I worked with the manager at this new establishment and from the moment I reserved a unit online, I was impressed. The website was easy to navigate and I received a follow-up call the next day. I was able to change my reservation date with no Hassel and even corporate/ sales line was polite. Upon arriving, I was treated by the manager, who was friendly and kind. She walked me through everything and was so personable. The prices are reasonable and the establishment is beautifully kept. I am glad this was my choice out of other storage carriers.
