I would have given five stars had the ad that I replied to wasn't misleading but it was. The guy running the show here I forget his name was top notch A1 very knowledgeable very helpful but when it came time to do the 50% off first month and then free second month that's where the trickery came in and he said it came from upstairs which is the guys that sit up there with the suits and don't have to deal with any of this stuff down here you know real life stuff but the half off first month's rent is not exactly what they say it is because the rent that you're paying is lower than what they are saying that you need to pay half of in other words my rent is $130 and they're saying that I needed to pay half of 260 or 270 something like that so I wound up paying more than a month's rent then I should have. And when I inquired about it I was met with you know the deer in the headlights look from the man running the show down here he said it came from upstairs really nothing he could do about it so just prepare yourself the half off the first month's rent it isn't exactly what you think it is but like I said great property guy running slow down here is top notch units are nice everything seems to be working well a lot of space other than that it's great.

We got a climate control unit which was great. Everytime we went to the storge unit there was a guy named Donald either walking around the premises or cleaning up. I felt really safe when I want. I found that it was also in a great location to me. Donald definitely gets 5 stars ?? as well......

For the price they charge and being on the second floor, which is not air-conditioned well. I think they should be able to find the carts and put them in the place where they’re being used instead of me running around through all the buildings trying to find carts. It should be part of their job to find the carts for people that need them. From what I have seen and I’ve been there a lot they don’t do a whole lot but sit in that office or walk around in the evening I guess and check the locks or if there’s anything laying around…. Too many trailers!

I'd say this was an excellent experience with well conditioned storage space... but for the jacking of rates each year by 50%. In the two and a half years we saw the monthly rate more than double. Cube Smart dares you to switch. So we did.

I used this storage unit for a little over a year while I traveled for nursing. From the first day of setting it up to the last day of canceling (only due to moving back to an apt) everyone was so friendly and helpful, always easy to contact someone, they got me the best deal monthly, the unit itself was so clean, easy to access, great security, I wouldn’t use another storage unit other than cubesmart in the future. I was able to get the size I needed on the first floor, which was really important to me. My usual storage company (U-Haul) did not have what I needed, and I am so glad they did not because I never would have known that such wonderful service was possible. Lisa and Donald were great to work with! I had initially reserved a parking space almost 3 weeks in advance. I had trouble with getting my vehicle fixed and back from the mechanic week after week on top of having to travel for work. I ended up change my reservation date about 4 times (totaling about a 2 month reservation period)! They never gave my space away to someone else! At any other storage place that I have been to (I've worked with 3), it would have been GONE. I finally picked up my parking space and sign up was totally easy, the process was smooth, and I would definitely rent from them again! Thanks Lisa and Donald!

Reserved the storage facility online for free because that deal was only online and not in store. They called the following day and I went by to pay the administration fee ($24) to complete my reservation. They did add a $12 insurance charge which caught me off guard but made sense. I wasn't sure if my homeowner's insurance policy covered this or not, so I purchased the minimum limits. Donald gave my daughter some candy and a coloring book while we finished the paperwork and I received an electronic copy in my inbox. Also, buy a lock prior to going, that will save you a few bucks. Nice, friendly, and honest people. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

What a great experience!!! The service is outstanding, the location is clean, secure and well maintened. I went last month to the Alpharetta location #0536 for information and George answered all questions I had, he show me different options, and placed a reservation on my name, he did all with the best attitude and smile. The next day, I returned to finish the process and Mr Donald Miller was exceptional he make me feel as the most important client!!!! Today I cancelled my service and Shirley helped me, she was very professional, helpful and kind. The customer service at this location is amazing. I definitely highly recommend this company (specially this location) to my neighbors, friends and family. Thanks ?

George was incredibly helpful with my time constrained and unusual storage situation. He listened to my concerns, came up with a plan and helped me implement the plan, all within a few hours. The cube looks clean and it appears very well climate controlled. Very pleasant experience.

I've had 3 units with this particular CubeSmart over the last 4 years and every experience with CubeSmart has been very positive. The employees and manager there are super helpful, not only at move in time but every time I've needed their assistance. The only negatives here are negatives with the self-storage companies in general. If you don't know its a known practice to push additional insurance which is not a bargain, so definitely add the address to your home/renters insurance before you move in. Second it's common practice with all companies to raise the rate every 6-12 months. I've found Cubesmart raises this in line with all the others. So overall I'd highly recommend this Cubesmart for these reasons.

I visited the location on South Main Street and was completely relieved by the great service I received. Fynesse, I believe is her name, set me up with a great Unit for my convenience . I only need storage for a couple weeks so she set me in a great place at a discounted rate and with first month free. Which helped me save a lot of money and definitely benefitted me seeing I had to move in such short notice. Thank and I will definitely refer you guys

The manager, Fynesse, was absolutely amazing! She walked me through everything and even informed me of the free moving trucks service, which definitely SUPER helpful! I've never had a storage unit before this but I'll only get them with CubeSmart from now on. :)

I've been a customer at the Alpharetta, GA location since before it was CubeSmart and have been very pleased with the professionalism, cleanliness and great customer service provided by the CubeSmart staff. Love the website too, and ease of making payments online. I also appreciate the friendly reminder calls when I am late with a payment. I recently downsized from a 10' x 10' that I've had for several years to a 10' x 5'. Donald was extremely helpful in handling my paperwork to make that a smooth transition.

Absolute FIVE Star service. First of all it is a very clean and well maintained facility. Most importantly, Donald Miller and his staff are very professional, warm and helpful. They called me immediately to explain I placed my lock incorrectly my first time so I could circle back and re-do it. When I emailed about my bill, they sent me a complete copy with a full explanation. This has been a very good experience.

I was shown a 10' x 15' unit and was told it was a 10' x 20'. I wasn't sure if it was sheer ignorance or willful intention to mislead a potential customer. I decided to rent elsewhere.

My hoa won’t let me park my work truck at my home so I had to rent a parking space. After 12 months with no issues with my 12 year old car, when it died I got a new truck. the first day I parked a brand new 2013 Chevy Silverado there as I went to work it got damaged, $1,500.00 worth of damage. My truck was 3 days old and had 30 miles on it at the time it was damaged. When I return from the road I discovered my truck was covered with rocks and dirt and sand from what I believe to be a leaf blower, every inch was covered. When I got there it seemed the manager knew what happened to it. When I asked what the hell happened he said what difference it makes, it did not do any damage. Not sorry, not let me pay for the cleaning, or let me talk to the company that did it (if it was not cubsmarts doing) and get them to pay for any damage and cleaning. Nothing, the problem is, it did do damage. I discovered all of it after I got the truck washed. I have scratches, paint chips, chips in my corm bumper, and chips in my tail gate, and they responded, we are not responsible for damage. Then if that was not bad enough, a week later some idiot cut a small tree down while my truck was parked under it and put a hole in my bed liner, so when I returned it was covered in saw dust and leaves. When I confronted the contractor, he said he had no idea a new truck (with drive out tags) was parked temporarily. Turns out he put a hole in my bed liner, only discovered after another self paid cleaning. I found a new place to park my service van because my personal truck is not safe there, I would not recommend parking to anyone..

What a wonderful experience with both Donald (General Manager) and Alicia (Manager). Very professional, consumer helpful, polite, professional and most accomodating. Both are extremely organized and efficient which compliments this business. I was in desparate need for a storage facility to store remainder items from my move. Due to the nature of my move-in careful coordination was required because of a timing issue. They called me and kept me well informed at all times.
