If I could give a negative star I would for the treatment I received from Lisa the new Store Manager at this location. She has no couth, is unskilled in providing customer service and if a lawsuit is filed for a $20 replacement lock that she could've provided it --it will be her fault. A customer should not be held responsible for having to purchase a lock if a lock jams. Long story really short, Lisa wanted to go back and forth with me while Tameka was willing to help resolve the issue. Lisa wanted to be problematic, difficult and combative. I couldn't get in my storage because the lock was jammed and they wanted me to re-purchase a lock. Logically, if a customer is negligent in loosing a key of course they should purchase a lock. But a courtesy lock should be given to the customer in this instance. I have escalated the situation and am waiting on Amanda the DM to contact me. Because this was an urgent situation where my son and I had to get in the storage, the lock was drilled off but a key was not placed on the unit - which resulted in my items being exposed. I took pictures of the jammed lock and the items that were in the unit when I left - but if one thing is missing, I will be escalating matters even further. Be careful patronizing businesses that hire outside incompetent unprofessional individuals and not promoting in-house workers like Tameka who clearly has the strengths needed for such a role.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR BELONGINGS AT CUBESMART CASCADE! Prices are VERY INFLATED here compared to other locations. AND THERE ARE BUGS!! Trash is constantly left outside INVITING pests into the storage unit. I was unable to contact management until last week because apparently the manager left and the company has an associate there who is very professional but the company is not taking care of their customers. DEFINITELY GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT IS NOT CUBESMART if you want a reasonably priced storage unit and NO BUGS, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION!

HORRIBLE customer service. No one is ever at the business or answers the phone, I’ve been double charged for a unit and no one can cancel because corporate is inept and the local store just collects a check and doesn’t work! Go to uhaul or ANYWHERE else that has actual customers in mind.

Once the company changed hands there was no customer service. Elevators always out and no carts to assist. I could never reach anyone in the building and I am handicapped. The prices were too high for the smallest unit. Went up twice for the size.

Zero stars. The Cascade location in Atlanta has terrible customer service since they never answer their phones. I've also left several messages and no one has called me back. My issue is my credit card was charged for another month of rent even though the storage unit was vacated after less then 5 days of usage. The storage was cleared out and the lock removed but I was charged the following month recently as if we were still renting the unit. I've had to resort to this review and dispute the charges with my credit card company because I can't get a hold of anyone that can help. I was originally told by an employee that works there, that they would submit a ticket to the account for a refund but it never happened. I've been given the run around for weeks with no resolve. All the phone numbers they have will be the same automated recording and there's no way for you to speak to upper management to escalate or complain about an issue. No one has ever returned my calls.

It's a well kept black neighborhood they've jacked the price up 3 x sometimes 4x the price, a storage unit downtown is much cheaper.

Initially, the customer service was good. The problem came in when I tried to store my belongings on July 29, 2023. When I arrived, I noticed a bouncy house, a lot of cars blocking the road to the lower (1st floor) entrance and a lot of foot traffic. Upon walking closer, I noticed that there was some sort of cookout going on and the food/beverages were on tables blocking the entrance. When I spoke to the woman about the blocking of the door, she informed me that she sent out an email about the event. That's an email that I never received. Then she stated that she would not be moving the tables because she was already set up and that my truck couldn't come that way because it would endanger the children. There are grassy areas all around the building and that is where the cookout should have taken place. This was on a Saturday when people are off and have time to move. Everyone there was forced to use the other entrance that led to the 2nd floor. I was using a moving company and they charge for using stairs/elevators. This entire ordeal should have never happened and I am in the process of contacting the corporate office to have something done about this. I highly recommend NOT using this storage facility until there is proper management and training done for the staff. If I could find another storage unit and had the time and money, I would go elsewhere.

I lost my mom at the end of 2021, as I worked my way through things Eboni and staff were so empathetic and understanding in helping me in storing my mama’s belongings. I’m only giving this location a 2 star because of how nice Eboni was because I really want to rate it 0. My things were stored here over 10 mos. I became sick about the 3rd month of having the storage so I became behind 2 mos the be exact. Once I back on my feet I paid over 1000 to get back in my storage. Upon opening it I instantly realized things were missing. Eboni was right there with me because some reason my locks were changed and had to be cut off. Unfortunately I had no Choi but to leave my stuff there because I was unable to move it. Now that I have move into my place so much of my stuff is missing. They took what they wanted and left the what they didn’t I am so hurt because there was a jewelry box that belonged to my mother. I was given the jewelry box when I was 6 after she passed I’m now in my 40s I’m sure this has happened to several people if they know it or not. I just so happen to come back for my stuff. The store district manager has yet to call me back

Last week, I made a reservation with life storage and the online experience was pretty easy. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and walked through the reservation process. Eboni, the store manager was very efficient and friendly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, paperwork and walkthrough included.

It's clean and accessible. However they went up on the rent only 4 months in from $220 to $270 for a standard space. The agent called me exactly one day after the bill was due and informed me of a late charge. I get they didn't have to call at all, but why not call me before the bill is late? I mentioned this to the agent and she was very agitated. Then she charged me for an eviction fee of $100+, mind you I was 2 days late at this point. I guess out of spite. Will never use this place again.

I would like to thank Shatoria for her work ethic’s the weekend of 6/16/22. I must say great costumer service with a smile goes a long way. She went out of her way to help with a issue that would have caused more stress than needed. The computer was down which caused a few mishaps, but she made sure we the customer’s were taken care of to the best of her ability. She definitely deserves an award of acknowledgment after she handled a person with a disability with concern and laughter. Thank you Shatoria for not being rude, but understanding . Yes ma’am I know you explained it to him 20 times.

DeJun Pope was the best. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He showed me what I reserved and what was available without any hesitation. We even had gotten back to the desk and the one I desired had been booked doing their new rent online feature, and he took me back out to see the other one he could offer. This is my 2nd storage rental from them and this was the best experience. I was very impressed with the facility & the agents professionalism during my admission. Initially I wasn’t prepared to sign a contract so the unit was reserved hassle free. The next day the facility was open promptly on time as scheduled & ready for business. The agent, Shatoria was very helpful in what size unit to select and very knowledgeable in review/discussing the terms of the contract. Facility is convenient to I-285 & - I-20 as well.

Good location, no shady characters, Dejon & Shatoria give great service, Dejon even helped me find a unit close to the entrance and elevator. One star off for chronically tenant-induced door problems, trash around said door, and roaches on the first floor. Do these folks think illegally dumping their trash is free? Yet despites the cameras clearly showing whodunnit and fines automatically paid by the on-file credit card, they keep doing it. Management does keep cleaning up after but it is an annoyance.

Please DO NOT rent a storage unit at this place until you read a review indicating that they have provided additional moving carts!!! It is a three story facility with over 100 storage bins with only ONE moving cart to facilitate moving things in and out. I understand that they had three at one time, one for each floor before two got stolen, which is STILL way too few for tge size of the facility and all the activity taking place. Very frustrating! Find a better place and don't waste your time.

This is a really nice self storage facility. Brand new, climate control and very clean. It’s located close to I285 on Cascade Road. I use the copy machine, wireless internet and the conference room for my business. I use this Life Storage as my office and my warehouse. Thank you Antwuan for the great service.

Convenient location on Cascade Road. Loving the ability to receive Amazon packages with the lockers there. Also, the free conference facility and work stations are nice to have. Plus it’s on the way to Chick Filet down the street

Very happy to say that I am the first customer at Life Storage #962.The manager, Antwuan, is not only personable, but professional as well. He was very patient with me while trying to decide what unit would fit my needs, and very helpful with some of my items since the elevator is not on as of yet. I have used Public Storage on a number of occasions, they need to elevate their business in order to compete. Thanks so much Life Storage I’m sure my things are safe.
