This place is ok. But if you are using their outside storage units, I would suggest putting pallets down first. These units are not waterproof. So rain can leak into them under the door. Hasn't damaged any of my items, but my electronics are all stacked high on washer and dryer and tables, etc.

I wish there was a way to contact the president of this disgust place who scammed me out of insurance money. This place has rats that found its way into my unit!! I have water damage to very expensive furniture, clothes, purses because I had to move in a hurry I had to use this place. It should be condemned. I am working on who the CEO is plus whoever handles the insurance. I will post the pictures when I switch phones.

Paid online for storage got confirmation. Got notification I can now check in. Went to view unit to check space no one was at the office code given didn’t work, before pulling off I see an employee come out after I rung doorbell with no response. Then I ask employee why I wasn’t able to get in using my access code she says I’m off work I said is there anyone one else she says no I said it’s 4:42pm it states you close at 6:00pm she said I know I’m leaving early so I asked could she tell me at least why the code won’t allow access she said because I need to go to you unit to take the lock off but I’m leaving early so you have to wait until tomorrow to get in your unit and walked away with a disturbing attitude as if I inconvenience her. Bad look.

Do not park at this facility. They are overprice for lack of security. They have no lighting. They have high prices for little of nothing to offer you. They have no emergency strategy. When it rains, it floods. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst storage unit facility to rent from! They do not have indoor units in large size like they advertise. I paid for a 10x30 and got issued a 5x10 and they made me pay fees again to rent the correct size unit even though it was their mistake and stated they would issue me a refund. My 10x30 outside unit gets flooded every time it rains and they did not offer to move me to another unit or offer a refund for my payment that month, instead told me to contact the insurance for payment of my damaged items. Also I have only been renting since October and the rent has gone up EVERY month literally!! They recently increased the price to $432 a month!!! For a unit that gets flooded every time it rains! They are ridiculous and do not try to accommodate the customer by any means!

I was told that they had to get in touch with the district manager because they make all those decisions. Never got back with me. Still waiting looking for new storage facility. Negative 100 stars. This places should never exist and this is one. Twice the roof leaked,what the water didn't destroy the workers did. The second time the roof leaked, the people who the storage company hired to fix the roof, broke and trashed thousands of dollars worth of property. The storage management just leave junk out side which attracts rodents. I have hundreds of pictures as proof. As we all know, due to the housing market the storage facilities are over booked. This is the only reason my property is still at this dump.

Relocating to Conyers went to take a look at what units they had available. Website says something totally different than when y go in person this facility do not have indoor storage as they say. And inside they only have 5x5 units. I need my items stored indoor. So heads up to anyone looking for same. Website lies!

They make you wear a mask (good) while in the office, but none of the employees wear one (bad). Gate never seems to be closed (bad). Bathroom is never available (bad). Thankfully only storing my stuff temporarily as this is not the type of place I’d want to keep my stuff long term.

Terrible!! Prices increased by $30 in 3 months with no explanation and worse service. Would have understood smaller ($5) increase due to inflation or some other explanation. Malfunctioning gate keypads led to being locked out and others locked in. Can only go there when office is open for fear of getting locked in.

Mayra was pleasant to work with. The day of our arrival, there was some tornado warning. The gate was to remain open due to lightning that had caused some circuit break. She reassured us and came to check our unit even it was raining. There were water puddles and we checked our unit was not flooded. It's very easy to load and unload our belongings. So far, very pleased with the service.

Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was problems from the first day of me placing the reservation. I was supposed to get one unit they gave me another. They charged me much more than I was supposed to be paying. They are ghetto, unprofessional, and they will take extra money out of your account for no reason. They don’t know what they are doing. The units look ran down. Just find another place to go. I believe most of those 5 stars are probably fake!!!

Mayra assisted me with my move in and move out. I was really concerned that I would be charged for the month although I had cleaned the unit out. She called me and was very professional. Her customer service was impeccable. I don't care if I had a bad experience with a service (which I didn't) if your attitude is great I can work with that. One star is too much for this place. The place is nothing but RATS and Leaking units. This place is beyond horrible. Management and corporate office were unwilling to do anything about any of my problems and expect you to deal with whatever is convenient for them. I will never ever rent from them again and hope nobody else does. This is the worst storage place in the area. Please do not use them!!! Please do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this facility to park your vehicle. I was looking for a facility, close to my house, as additional parking. It wasn’t until after I paid that I saw the poor conditions of the parking lot. It looked like a junkyard! The ground was not paved, more than 90% of the vehicles appeared to be broken down and had not been moved in years. The lawn maintenance was poor. Grass was highly overgrown and it was a depressing sight. There was no way I was leaving my nice sports car or any of my vehicles at a facility that cares so little about it’s property.

Terrible customer service. They just don't care. I have parked my truck here over 10 years with little issues and since Cubesmart bought them out prices have gone up and service has gone down. 2 weeks now I can't access my truck 24 hours like I have always been able to despite agreeing to pay the added charge for that access.

I had to help someone move their stuff from this storage facility. When we did there was rat poop and urine everywhere we even found a huge Dead one! Their stuff was destroyed when the office was Let known there was a rat problem with in the storage facility they just offered rat poison! Do not store your stuff here if you value it!

Came to pick up my belongings and furniture to move into my house to find that rats had infested and completely ruined $2,000.00 worth of furniture. The owners had covered up a hole in the ceiling of my unit with a piece of duct tape. They also had admitted that the neighboring unit was storing food. After communicating with one of the owners she offered me $45.00. What a joke! This storage unit complex is the most disgusting place and I can't believe I trusted it. The ONLY positive is that it was half the price of a U-Haul storage unit.

I can't with these people, I paid for a 10x10 storage unit which is $71, I get my uhaul & get to my storage only to find out that they had given me a 5X10. To me thats unprofessional, how do you make a mistake like that when I specificallly asked for a 10x10.

It was great up until recently. I've been with them for almost 2 years and the lady manager is very nasty but the male manager is very fair. She is very rude and hung up on me. That's not great customer service. She thinks that she can talk to people any kind of way whose struggling to make payments on time. She will call you and start an argument. Overall service is fair but the old lady needs to go.
