I have used storage facilities for several years and have tried several chains and one private one. Cubesmart on Mini Trail in Cumming, Ga is the best. It is clean and very well maintained. Stanley and Amanda are what make this location special. They always have helpful hints to better your experience. They kindly give you a phone call with changes, problems or concerns. I’ll stay at Cubesmart with Stanley and Amanda.

So far, I'm pleased with the cleanliness and accessibility of my unit at this facility. However, i'm taking a star off because of the pricing. Received my first month free as a promo and have been paying regular price for about three months now, but just last wwwk received a email that my rent is increasing. Then today another email that they have billed me already for next month at the higher rate. The additional amount is not worth the effort of trying to find another storage facility and then moving everything, especially in the middle of the holidays, so I'm more or less stuck with it. This is kind of a bait and switch to me, so just make sure to ask about the timing of rent increases before you sign on the dotted line.

My 72 yr. Old mother has a unit with cube smart. She is on the property and currently locked in the facility. Website claims there is a representative there until 6pm. My mother has been there for some hours now . A officer was there trying to help but left bc he got a call. Said he would check back in a few hrs !! What in the world has this world come to. Where is the person who is supposed to be working until 6pm. Trapped since around 3 or 3:30.

I called asked if they had climate control I drove to the facility today to put things in my storage that I bought today there was NO AC IT WAS HOTTER IN THERE THAN OUTSIDE AND ITS 100 degrees and the power wasn’t even on. there were no lights on and I even flipped the switched. When I tried to leave the gate WOULD NOT OPEN. I had to hop the fence punch in the code and run back to my truck to leave. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO 0/0 NO STARS

Son in law of Firefighter veteran, there’s something very fishing going on here. They’re reporting that the fire is under investigation and will not allow people to view units. Fire safety finished investigation nearly days after the fire occurred. So who is investigating, or is it that you want to contain insurance issues?

I can not say enough about Jeff at this location.....I had a flat tire and pulled into this business first place I could pulled over and I needed help it happen to be this storage place. To make a long story short, Jeff the man that was working helped me for over an hour to get me back on the road and it was not an easy task......BUT at the same time making sure his customers where ok and taken care of..... he worked so hard to change my tire and take care of the people that needed to be taken care of...I am a single mom and my son was waiting to be picked up from school and he made sure I was able to be there for my son. I can not thank him enough. I have many many years experience dealing with storage units, I have rented them and I now make my living by purchasing units that have been abandoned so I know what it is to deal with the management and these guys are wonderful

Outstanding quality service. Great staff with a caring feeling for their customer. The unit was for our daughter after someone hit their car and lost their house. The kids worked hard but sometimes came a little short, however Cat always kept me informed to ensure the bill was not late. I appreciated the extra effort Cat put into the customer service over the past four years and would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a unit.

This was an amazing experience. I know just putting your stuff in storage you would not think would require a helpful staff but these guys proved that theory wrong. From the very first phone call to the day in emptied my unit, Kat and the staff there were so kind and helpful. They went over and above to make sure everything was done correctly. The facility itself was clean and easy to access. I had such a wonderful experience that I would drive further on the future to use this location again. Loved it!!

I'm updating my review from the initial 5 stars down to 3. My initial review: Very nice facility and friendly staff! Kat was amazing to work with! I am glad I decided to rent a unit here. Great location, security, price, and service! I highly recommend! Update: I have no issues with Kat or the facility. They were all great to work with. I am unhappy with how corporate handles pricing. Every 6 months, I received a $10 to $15 monthly rate increase. I didn't receive notice the first time it happened and asked Kat about it. She did credit me for that month which I appreciate, but going forward, my monthly rate would be the higher amount. I guess my biggest frustration is that CubeSmart hikes up the rate on current customers (and fluctuates the fair market rate on the website to justify the price increase) while still offering way below market pricing to pull in new customers. I'm sure there are many that just settle for the new pricing because they don't want the hassle of moving to another facility, but this "gotcha" mentality from CubeSmart is sickening. Well, I have moved to another facility that does not increase the fees for current customers and I hope more people do the same. Let them keep getting stuck with new customers that pay their wonderful introductory rates. CubeSmart, you could have had a long-term customer, but your greed and false marketing ruined that.

Stay Away This Cubesmart advertises "free use of this truck when you rent from us" but they have had no truck available FOR MONTHS. It is dishonest - it's now a bait and switch. And they refuse to do the right thing, which is reimburse for a rental or discount storage rental. This is supported at the District Level - CORPORATE - and is BAD BUSINESS. The truck with the advert is right there on the lot.

Update:Kat and Dennis are no longer there. No one is there majority of the time. Took a month to get a lock change and my unit has been unsecured for about a month as well. Good luck getting a hold of anyone. I had to call other locations to get a corporate numbers. The prices have consistently increased which is unacceptable considering all that I’ve mentioned. I once paid $100 now it’s $169. Looking elsewhere and you should too. Kat and Dennis have been amazing in helping me get a unit on last minute!!! Highly recommend them!! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, trust me you’ll regret it. Clean, friendly (and funny too) and they go the extra mile to make you feel at home so you know your things will be kept safe and sound!

We rented a unit on 6/7 with the expectation that a move in truck would be included. Upon signing the agreement, your agent failed to inform us that the truck was only allowed for 2 hours and a hefty deposit of $100 would be required. Since your agent was negligent in disclosing this necessary information, we left the facility feeling very unsatisfied and taken advantage of. Your agent was extremely uncooperative and lacked even the most basic customer service skills, therefore we refuse to use their facility. We have not used the unit and are requesting a refund of the money paid, as we will not be affiliated with a company that is dishonest and exhibits a negative demeanor. I have attached a copy of the agreement which includes all pertinent customer information. Your cooperation and timely resolution is expected and appreciated.

Brand new to the area, I only learned of Cubesmart when driving down the road. Having only a friend's word in Kansas, I decided to use their storage facilities. Dijah and John were very pleasant and easy to work with answering all my questions without hesitation and helped me navigate the unique challenges I had. John even came in on a Sunday to help me out! That is "above and beyond" customer service and was very much appreciated! I would recommend them highly and know that my items are being well taken care of! :-D Thank you both!!!

Just used their truck, essentially for free I might add. Even went a little over on the mileage limit and John was super nice about it. He did not penalize us at all. John is a really loud guy, but in the nicest way possible. My daughter and I were there picking up the truck and he was professional, but made sure to take the time to be sweet to her as well. My family has been renting a storage unit here for literally years now, we won't be doing business with any other storage business anytime soon. Thanks, John, for making our first truck usage so easy and hassle free.

Khadijah and John were really helpful and very friendly. They met all the needs that I had at the time, and I felt that my vehicle is in good hands at this storage facility. Not only was customer service great, but the price was very low. Very happy with the office and their willingness to show me units and explain everything. Their price on mattress covers is also about 1/2 of what you find at home depot or online.

Hi.. I had wonderful experience i visited this location on the 12/22/2015 and Khadijah was there she was wonderful and very helpful.. She was so plesant and helpful this to me was the real definition of customer service... I would recommand everyone to come to do business with CubeSmart they are always eager to help.. As i can see i would like to say thank you to khadijah for everything she did to help me and for making my experience has pleasant has she did.... She in my opinion deserves i rise.... Thats what u call a lasting impression......

I'm surprised the process to obtain the storages I purchased at auction was seamless no problems no gimmicks and I appreciate it. I've heard a lot of crazy stuff about the process.
