Not secure at all. Locks (the only ones you can use) and unit door doesn't stay locked and closed. Anyone could access your stuff with their eyes closed. Refused to refund me for the lock they make you buy for their unusable units that don't lock.

I love having the access to my unit whenever i needed access and also the time was convenient. The storage facility was clean and I didn’t have any issues with any of my items when emptying the unit and taking things out of the box to unpack once we moved everything out. The customer service and management was excellent and I am grateful to have had this experience when recently moving into the area and a Brand new state. Thank you for being so helpful!

Cleaning/Maintenance needs a lot of improvement. At another CubeSmart in Dunwoody, the manager told me the halls are mopped twice a day. At this location, I doubt they do any regular cleaning. My unit was hardly cleaned before move-in, and there was a dead roach in front of the unit across from mine for weeks, and around 7:30p today there was a huge roach crawling in the hall, scurried into my unit, and started flying around. Disgusting. The staff needs to do A LOT better. This is unacceptable. *My unit is nowhere near the outside door Update: They never emailed me back, so I'm renting elsewhere. The pictures were taken when I moved out. That pack of jelly was there and open both weekends I was there moving my stuff out. I rest my case.

The elevator is a nightmare. It’s like the movie The Escape Room. The sensors don’t work so you have to load your cart full of personals onto the elevator within about 5 second lady before the door closes. If it closes it will crush everything. We got stuck on the elevator with a piece of broken chair leg crushed by the elevator wedged in the door. It couldn’t close nor would the sensor release and open the door. Luckily after about 10 minutes someone came and kicked the piece of wood into the elevator allowing the door to closed. Someone is going to lose a limb if this isn’t fixed.

I'm a renter with 3 units. Since the beginning of July, this place has been infested with bugs/flies of some sort. On Saturday, My friend and I watched a guy prop a door open and run across to gwinnet mall and come back with food and drinks. We arent sure still of he was a homeless guy or belonged there. I dont feel safe going in at 6am anymote because people that appear to not belong are living inside. The main door to the street does not work, it's broken and wont shut. My friend rented a unit alongside with me and somehow two of my units are now under her name on her account and no one knows why or will fix this. For the 500.00 a month I'm spending to be here, no discounts are offered for multiple units or non profits, the bugs and the homeless I may leave soon.

Plain and simple, It's a storage unit, not the Hilton hotel the place is nothing to brag about or make false claims of how great it is, if so you too are a liar. Come on people honestly... Their schemes are relentless, the manager here needs to clean himself up it is NOT HALLOWEEN ALL YEAR. DAMN!!!

This was my first time renting a storage unit, and they made sure it was nice and easy. There are only two reasons I didn't give it 5 stars: 1) there are more fees than the website implies, and insurance is a completely separate up-sell, which I didn't expect. They weren't excessive, but they were unexpected, and they added up a little bit. And 2) the carts aren't very good, but they do work well enough.

Great price for storage however be very careful with unit chosen. There was some hvac maintenance done to the building and the duct above our unit leaked oil all over our furniture. Took a few tries to get the oily residue of the leather sofas. Aside from this experience we love their pricing and security.

Horrible Customer Service. Watch out for the manager Alvin, as he does not keep his word. They over charged me on insurance papers for three months but only gave me a credit back for 2 months (because they don't keep records and notes very well) then we had to call several times in order to get a referral bonus applied to our account. Alvin's attitude is cynical and he is arrogant. He believes he is doing the customer a favor by working there.

I'm satisfied with this Cube Smart in particular, but be weary of the falsified information online and when speaking to random customer service representatives. Once I got to the Cube Smart from carefully selecting the perfect storage size that should fit items from a 1 bedroom apartment, I was told that I may want to go bigger because it's actually fit for a small studio sized apartment. Sooooo the website is inaccurate , ok. I also asked someone representing Cube Smart if this special rate they are offering would go up at any point and they said "No, no it won't". When I arrived for my reservation I got a different answer. Just be aware of the company as a whole.

Predatory rent increases. Extremely poor customer service and greedy. I've worked in the self storage industry for almost 20 years and I've never seen a company be as aggressive and unscrupulous with rent increases as Cubesmart. No 30 day notice of a rate increase - they just send an invoice that your rent is going up over 20%. 3 rent increases in less than 14 months. Stay away from this company. Bonus info: as an insider, I'll let you in on a secret. Anytime a company posts that their store rate is higher than their web rate, they're flat out lying. Cubesmart is embellishing the market rate to have a cushion in which to inflate your rent rate via increases far above and beyond what the market will bear. Check the rates for their units versus Public Storage, Extra Space, and any other competitor in the same area. You'll see that the price at the store rate is markedly higher at Cubesmart than their competition. Public Storage does the same tactic, but to a lesser degree of nonsense.

This place is amazing. My sister and I came in looking for a unit asap. We weren't sure what we were looking for but knew a price range. Quanyse listened to our story and found us a unit that we felt was perfect for what we needed and was perfectly priced. She showed us around and was so friendly. This has been the best experience ever getting a storage unit. Not to mention, this place is so clean, quiet and secure! Never going anywhere else again.

Service is excellent. The representative was courteous, helpful, and very thorough. The storage lockers are clean and well maintained. Doors are secure and the facility is easy to navigate. Security is very good. Getting to and from the lockers is easy to do. I have used storage lockers in the past.............CubeSmart is by far the best!!!
