Absolutely amazing customer service. Hands down the best storage place I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I had a unique problem due to my own circumstances, and Noel was able to get me a solution and have it resolved in less than 5 minutes after offering to contact the district manager. Today is my third time showing up to find a CubeSmart lock on my unit despite being up-to-date on payment. If you're gonna be swift to lock people out for paying late, you should be swift to let people back in to have access to their own property when it's been resolved. And don't expect them to keep their stated office hours, they're here when they feel like it and not a moment more. Ridiculous.

I would err on the side of caution when storing here. Our unit and several others were broken into. This was noticeable by the debris all over the floors and random units left wide open and ransacked. At no point did anyone from the business attempt to contact my husband or I to tell us our belongings had been stolen. When we filled out a police report we were informed this had happened weeks ago! If you do decide to store with this company PLEASE insure your unit and belongings. They are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We lost irreplaceable items, antiques and family heirlooms.

Ms. Lia the store manager was very helpful to me on Thursday April 25, 2024 close to closing my key was slightly bent on my storage unit therefore I couldn’t get into my unit so I left to purchase a new lock came back she had to cut off my old lock that took some time close to closing time by 6 PM she was very professional , after having a time cutting the lock but she conquered it!!! My experience was good. Signing up was easy. Staff was friendly. I started my application online and went to the office to sign my lease because I have renter's insurance and that's the only way to apply it. My unit was already reserved and waiting for me. If you have your own dollys, do not mind a messy space, being able to talk to an employee on site and a bathroom that is never clean. This is the place for you. To many other options locally to use this storage facility. We went to move out two units, Rented a truck, hired workers only to have one dolly on property to move. When I called to let them know the Cube Smart employee told me this is a service they do not have to offer. He also informed me the Dollys were stolen. If the customers are stealing Dollys at this location what else are they going to steal.

Today I went to my storage unit to clean it out because I finally moved into my place. Upon arrival I noticed all the pulleys were gone on both sides. Which is weird because it’s usually 4 pulleys on both sides. I went to my storage unit, unlocked it, and noticed half of my things were missing. I immediately felt confused because my storage was locked. I called Dunwoody police. They arrived and checked the unit out with me. They told me they had a call last night about a possible break in. As they were walking with me they noticed a storage unit near mine was open and empty and the top wire was cut. They also noticed possible blood at the top of the storage unit where someone may have jump in from the top. Also a Cube Smart store rep informed me there was an incident report filed for September 30th on my floor for theft. This storage unit is too secure for someone to steal ppls belongings . The cameras had to catch whoever did it b/c I had some pretty heavy things stolen .

Use to be Extra Space and was way better! Now it cube smart, I never sign any agreement to this company, yet there able to charge additional $110 for a lien fee that ridiculous. I have call them to see if there was any way that could get push back due to me just getting a new job. Welp at least with Extra space they help and care for there customers and if you where later it would be $20 extra to your bill not $110. Ugh just money hungry! I wouldn’t recommend this company. Please see out your other options because if you do t pay the lien plus storage rent they will auction your stuff. It’s just not worth the trouble!

I won a storage and spent 2 days trying to get a hold of someone. There was another guy who bought a storage complaining that the one duffle bag in his pod was empty. I contacted Extra Space Storage to inquire about downsizing from two 10x15 units to a single smaller unit, when I would have the pleasure of speaking with Johnathan. Johnathan was not only pleasant, he actually knew how to process this type of request, and to top it all off, did it expeditiously. This was by far the most helpful staff and most well kept facility I have ever stored with. They made my wife and I feel comfortable, helped us with every aspect of our move and Meagan was an exceptional employee who wowed us with creating a great guest experience for us. This location is very convenient for us and the online system for selecting a unit is very user friendly. The entire process took just minutes to complete. I quickly received a text with my access information. When I arrived at the facility, my code worked as expected and when I made it to the unit, there was a welcoming note, lock and brochure with helpful tips. This place was immaculately clean and has been every time we have returned.

After almost making the mistake of booking with another storage provider that had terrible reviews, I found this location. I made a reservation and in a matter of minutes Hannah called me. This location is very clean and I felt safe leaving my things there. The dollies are available for free and you have the option to buy your own lock. Hannah was great, very friendly and welcoming. I would trust her with my life.

Overall a good experience. The team is very attentive and professional. I reserved my locker online and they followed up with a call just to make sure everything was on track for my move in date. When I arrived I was greeted by an extremely warm and welcoming individual (Hannah) who quickly ushered me through the registration process. The unit and overall facility is extremely clean. This is my second time using Extra Space at two different locations and I’d recommend them.
