Clean building and storage unit. It's easy to get inside using a personal code. It's so big that I wish they had signs showing which aisle the elevator is at, not just the exit signs. I don't like that they automatically set me up for automatic payments without asking me.

Cubesmart Lanier Ave Fayetteville ga is horrible. The manager behaves like a child and is not there to truly help and be professional. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. The manager is horrible, the 3 years I’ve had this storage never felt so terrible as when it switched over to cubesmart and I dealt with such a ghetto manager. It really sad that calling corporate also doesn’t help.

*Beware of the rent changes* I was there under 5 Months and they already up my rent twice. I never know cubsmart at Lanier would do that. They policy states to drain their customers pockets. The door stays broken where anyone can enter without a passcode. I complain to corporate and they said nothing but transfer me to my storage office. My rent went from $100 online price to $250 within 4-5 months. That’s robbery.

If I could rate -10000 I WOULD! Ever since this location changed names, owners (and apparently employees) YOU CAN NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE! No one answers the phone, even with there being 4+ employees, they sit around EATING ! I would 100% pay for storage elsewhere . How is it that I can get through to someone about renting out a unit yet I can’t to PAY ! Or ask simple questions! If I could leave 100 bad reviews, I truly would! This is how horrible THIS location is!

I've used Life storage now for maybe a little over a year. I live on the other side of town. Customer service is VERY important to me and they provide it. Ms. Kelly is by far my favorite and the others are wonderful. I've had some financial issues to come about that I'm trying to correct. But these people have called with "gentle" reminders before and/or after my bill is late. Yes, I pay late fees but the point I'm making is that they speak to you as if you're a human... This is what makes storing my valuables ACROSS TOWN worth it! This is the Fayetteville/ Lanier Rd location to be exact... Ms. Starley Jones

Good afternoon I hope the owners of this storage facility look at this review and understand what not to do. I have just went and got a storage at this location, which the employees are phenomenal, but the heating conditions in the front office were Beyond uncomfortable at 83 degrees. whats the most disturbing part is one of the employees is pregnant and is due next month, and it's under these types of conditions, which is uncalled for, and not fair to the employees there. Please rectify the conditions that these employees are in. it doesn't cost anything to do right.

Ms. Whitney and Ms. Wright were lovely to deal with and they always took care of me during my time here. Although I did not like how life storage went up on my rent without notice even knowing I was a veteran. I recommend that you know that they do raise prices at this facility. I'll make sure that everyone knows that corporate doesn't really care for people being on a fixed income. I'm letting my church goers know not to rent here without knowing the full extent of what they'll be paying.

It was the first storage unit facility I had looked at in the area and, thankfully, the hospitality had already sold me and I bought a storage unit in less than 10 minutes! This place is absolutely heartless. I won a storage auction and the same day my transmission went out in my truck, I got a UHaul 2 days later and even though they had already sold the unit to another bidder, they had me banned from bidding on ANY units. When I spoke to the manager about this, she had NO remorse as to the fact that this is my BUSINESS and how I feed my child, and said she absolutely would NOT call the bidding company. She did NOT care that this was my source of income and that I would not have a way to make money for 30 days.

Helpful staff and an incredibly clean facility. After several months of usage here, my only suggestion would be to get more (and better quality) trolleys. They only have 2 that I have seen, which is meant to be shared amongst all 3 floors. Both are in pretty bad shape.

They raised my storage fee an extra $30, their a/c doesn't work properly on the 3rd floor, their elevator went out of service for a few month's, and they locked my storage unit when my account was still activeand I was never late on a payment. Don't recommend this place.

Update: They only push you to do a review while you’re there because they don’t want you to write one when you've actually been a customer for more than that day, the manager here Tiffany! is very rude and unprofessional. She herself, without this being any part of their policy, charged my account an extra $100 because I placed a box spring INSIDE of the dumpster! No sign on or nothing around the dumpster saying that it’s not for customer use whatsoever. So when I called her to let her know I did not wish to rent with them anymore, I went right up the street and got another unit she locked out my unit and left! I had to wait almost two hours along with the movers standing outside until Ms. Jackie saw that this was completely unethical and unlocked my unit so I can receive my items, and NO the payment was not even due!! She just locked my items up to where I could not get them because I refused to pay an extra $100 for NO REASON! Her name is Tiffany she’s the manager, and there is another life storage less that 5 miles from this one who have reps that have been trained professionally!

The people at the desk are usually very pleasant. Marie has such a sweet and helpful attitude. I appreciate the great customer service. Only 4 stars given because of the temperature being too hot for a temperature controlled environment.

I would highly recommend this storage unit company to anyone especially the one at this location. Tiffany recently started working there and I automatically thought she was a manager with how well she knew all the information and able to accommodate all of my questions. She was extremely helpful and easy to speak with. Companies are only as good as their employees and she was a perfect representation of someone who enjoys their job and enjoys helping others. Before I decided to use Life Storage on Lanier Ave, I relied heavily on the online reviews that I read. My experience with this company has been top notch...and I feel like I’m experiencing the Ritz Carlton treatment of storage units!!! First off, the units and facility are extremely clean, which was a big deal for me. Secondly, hiring Jackie is the best decision Life Storage ever made. Moving can be such a stressful situation and Jackie has been invested in making sure our experience has been as easy and seamless as possible. She is literally the BEST!!! Do yourself a favor and use this company!!!

I had been searching for a nice, well kept, and clean storage to house my belongings. Well let me just say... Life Storage was all and even more than what I expected... from the staff (Jackie) to the storage area! When I walked in the door, I was greeted by Jackie! She was professional, nice and very informative! She explained eeeeevery detail of my storage contract! I really appreciate her being thorough with me me! She gave me a walkthrough of the facility! It was clean, nice and even smelled good lol. The facility is secure. I feel safe knowing my belongings will be there.
