I wasn't happy with my move in experience. No one was at the ofc on the day that was to complete my move-in. The movers and I showed up in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Noone showed up to work for the day. No sign on the door at all. I had to call customer svc to let them know then several hours later, a Mgr from another location called. Their 10×30 room sold to me was not a true 10×30. I came from a 10×30 and what was sold to me was more like a 10×25. They misadvertise online promotions then when you call, it's something different. They force renters insurance and a lock on everyone for $20 each with their Administration $30 fee to jack the rate up. To get out of their gate at night, if you're leaving after 9:30pm, you have to get out of your vehicle, go on the other side of the gate to put your entry code in to open the gate to get your vehicle out. They have some improvement to do for sure.

Too expensive, management is very rude, over priced units, and their office is never open during business hours. My daughter and I had 4 units for the last 3 years, we have moved 3 and the last unit we are moving out this week. There’s a Public storage across the street that gives you double the unit size for half the price. Trust me save you money, energy, and time and go anywhere else but here!

I went to go help a client move stuff out of his storage that's been there for years. For one they overcharged there was a lot of stuff stolen out of his storage that he's had in there. These items were sentimental and he trusted his stuff being there so we went and got everything and moved to a whole different. It has to be someone that works there because they was the only one that has the keys to the unit. Sad.....

Ashley was AMAZING! She knows the layout of the building very well. We toured 2 units and from start to finish the process of renting my unit was 20 minutes or less. I must say that the elevator near the office has a damp odor smell and it is consistent throughout the building. Ashley reassured me they did not have an issue of moisture or pests. I would recommend they install air fresheners on the elevators and common spaces.

This was my first experience with this company and Christina was very nice and informative. They offer first month free rent and very affordable monthly pricing. Rental space (10 x 10 x 8 ) is air conditioned and was very clean. I'm happy to have my things secured here with this company. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because of hours for access. 24/7 access would be awesome, but the hours are 6a-10p daily.. AND upon my arrival, during business hours might I add, I had to call customer service for them to contact their GM because the office was closed. No sign up informing anyone of any return time and there were people who'd already been there quite a while waiting. This set me back a bit, but I was contacted and told someone will be arriving soon (20-30 mins) and they did. Honestly there's nothing else i can really complain about lol they're awesome! Storage your things here!!

Beware. Customer service lied to me about being able to get a refund on the lock charge. I'm waiting to see if the district manager is willing to do something. Couldn't find carts to use, there are no emergency or after hours phone numbers provided to reach anyone. When you call you never get though, then they lie and send documents to you while you stand there then tell you to call corporate because they wont get in trouble so useless you are totally desperate dont use them.I refered 2 other people and they lasted 3 months and got tired of dealing with the CIRCUS yall because CLOWNS run that location run as i was moving out yesterday 3 more people was moving and said the same thing. Please go elsewhere!! They only have 2 carts out the entire facility when most people move on the weekends yet you have to wait around forever to move your things. At some point 8will have to leave a d come back. They said they used to have one more cart but people keep stealing them. In my opinion when you have several people coming in your facility to move things you need to be prepared. Just terrible customer service trying to cut corners at your customers expense.

They are the worst! Poor customer service, the "manager/owner never calls back regarding your concerns. Your fees continue to go up!!! Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else!!!

Made a reservation on the 15th and was given a message that the mgr would contact me within 24 hours. I never heard anything. Todays the 18th and I have called the office several times throughout the day and even left a vm with no returned call. Needless to say, you just lost a customer. I called another storage rental place that answered the phone, my questions, and made my reservation within 5 minutes. Customer service is super important to me so I will not be referring this location to anyone

Space available was very clean and climate controlled. Didn't know you needed insurance but that was an easy fix. Wish they had hand carts as well as flatbed dollies but hey at least they're free to use. Great customer service. Will recommend.

Please beware that this company has a clause in the rental agreement that states: [ The Owner (CubeSmart) may change the terms of this Agreement by notifying me 30 days in advance. My use of the Cube after this 30 day period expires is My acceptance of those changes. Either I or Owner (CubeSmart) may terminate this Agreement at any time. If I terminate this Agreement before the end of a monthly Term, I will not receive a rent refund. ] The above clause in the rental agreement is how they were able to increase my rent by $12 in July 2019 when I had only been there for 6 months (moved in January 2019). Only giving me 30 days to decide if I wanted to accept this increase or hire movers, and pay to find another storage? The district manager claims that I was given a "promotional" discount and that the discount "fell off" after 6 months. This is not stated on my rental agreement which I signed, nor was it explained to me verbally. Instead they have chose to hide the right to increase the rate in the terms of the lease and disguise it as "a change of terms". Basically, this location needed to increase revenue and implemented rate increases even on units that are less than a year old. There was a time when lease agreements were binding until the lease term expired, granted the unit is being paid every month. Bottom line: *CubeSmart increased my rate by $12 after 6 mos *Sent me a email 30 days prior to the increase with no EXPLANATION *Verbally told me of some mystery promotion that never existed on paper Update: Thank you CubeSmart for replying, however I did not expect for my rate to stay the same for the life of my rental agreement. I EXPECT my rental agreement to remain the same for the FIRST YEAR. Similar to other rental storage companies I have leased with in the past 10 years!

CubeSmart started out being excellent for my needs and provided customer service that was exceptional by Kenny the former site manager. But at my departure it just went to s***. The new young black girl that works there is ghetto, I did a complaint 2 corporate who then turned it over to a regional Manor who was just as ghetto. I described her as ghetto because while she listened to my complaint and took notes, she lied about the compensation as well as being received a follow-up call or anything placed in the mail confirming my move out. This makes me think the regional manager that called me is probably too ghetto site manager who could not make any accommodations. Beware the area in Lithia Springs has changed and it is not for the good

Place is infested with roaches! I purchased brand new furniture and appliances(still with shrink wrap on it) Mid-June and there was a delay on the closing of my home so I had to store my things in storage. Fast forward to Saturday July 28th I removed my things from storage and EVERYTHING was infested with the little brown roaches! I made a complaint to the office and was basically told to file complaint with corporate. I will never use them again!
