Today is the first time I have ever rented a Storage Unit. I ran into this place after leaving another storage place. When I entered the parking lot I liked it. BEWARE OF PRICE INCREASES ! These storage units themselves are ok, if you don't count all of the leaves and trash the landscaping people blow up under the external unit doors to disappear the trash each week. But the real problem is the unit price increases. CubeSmart offers an initial discount when you join, but soon, like about month six, start sending post cards with price increase notifications. The company then continues to raise prices on customers quickly, hoping that you will just put up with it because you don't want to move your stuff again. When you contact CubeSmart to discuss options, they'll just give you a song and dance about standard industry practices, and there's nothing they can do, and that's IF you can even get someone from customer service on the phone. Believe these other reviews when they say the Managers don't care. It's totally true. Many are very arrogant and could absolutely care less about their customers. Do yourself a favor and skip CubeSmart all together!

The manager that works here, Eric I believe it’s his name, is extremely rude with big attitude. I have tolerated and let slip multiple acts of disregard towards basic customer questions but it has been obvious that he lacks sales and customer service skills. Things have escalated to where he has violated lease agreements and taken arbitrary decisions that have impacted my experience greatly. I am waiting on a district manager call as corporate customer service has advised. I thought I might have been a discriminatory attitude but it seems that is not the case as I found other multiple reviews with the exact same complaint.

The storage unit was clean, and the management was accommodating when I didn't secure my lock correctly when I first arrived. They told me that they would give me a couple of extra days to return and correct it since I could not make it back within the 72 hours (I believe that is what it was) that they require to have it resolved. I would leave zero stars if I could. The manager Eric was rude. He did not want to walk me to my storage unit. He said that he was doing something. and when I told him that I wanted him to please show me where my cube he asked if I got the map in my email. I said that I did but I would like for him to show me. I also let him know that I had my own CubeSmart lock and ask him to refund me the cost of the lock he said that they didn’t do that and he couldn’t do it. When I told him that Customer Service said that they could, but he said that that wasn’t true. Eric walked fast in front of me like he didn’t want to be there and then when we open the cube, there was no lock on the cube before we opened the gate and there was the lock that I paid for on the floor and he did not give me the lock even though, he said that he could not refund my money. He was very unprofessional, and he acted like he couldn’t be bothered. Extremely rude!!

I came to check on my things, since someone set the sprinklers off a few weeks ago. I lost my key years ago during a move and needed to get the office to help me get in my unit. I left work early, drove 45 minutes only to find that the store closed, 45 minutes prior to the posted time (Today is Monday). And I mean locked and dark. Annoyed is an understatement. My unit price has doubled since 2019 and I’m sure I don’t need anything in there, at this point. Moving out ASAP.

Eric and especially Justin were amazing! There was a major issue with our storage unit being damaged. It took some time, but Justin got us taken care of!!! They were always friendly and professional. We will most definitely use Cubesmart again.

I've been looking for storage in the area since I moved here, and it can get tiring heading the same spiel over and over again from everywhere. The manager here (Zach) made me feel actually listened to and considered, not just like a sale, and I can't tell you how refreshing that felt.

Came in today to look at some storage units. I was in need of extra room for catering equipment and I am glad I came here first. The place itself is very clean and cameras everywhere for security. Mr. Eric Green the General Manager was there to assist me. He was very friendly and told me the different units they had available. I asked him if he can show me the 10 x 10 unit and he took me outside to see if it was the storage unit I needed. I agreed to the unit and the paperwork was easy and quickly done. I looked at the other reviews before coming in and other reviewers commented on Mr. Green's great customer service. I agree on the great customer service. Thank you, Mr.Green for assisting me today! Recently relocated back to Alpharetta and checking out different storage places for my equipment. The manager, Eric, was patient with me and answered all my questions. I appreciated the fact that he cared about my belongings as much as I do. Lol The units were clean.

My boyfriend and I would like to say that we are having a great experience with Cube Smart. DeAundre Gaye is an amazing manager who takes pride in his work. As soon as we open the door, he was very pleasant and said, "Hello, I'll be right you after I finish the phone call" not knowing that the person he was calling was me. LOL. Throughout the whole time my boyfriend and I was there, DuAundre provided great customer service; He went over and above my expectations; he even helped assisted with storing our items into storage.
