Ernesto was very helpful in my move out today. And the units are secure and clean. I found that with the office completely closed on Tuesdays and often at other hours during the other weekdays it was a bit inconvenient and access was sometimes hard. But overall it was what you would expect a storage rental to be. And it seems much safer than some other storage places in the area.

The manager is nice. This review has nothing to do with him. Because of where my unit is situated, CubeSmart has allowed cars to be constantly parked on the other side of the unit which means people cannot pass And leave the facility.. If I’m there moving my things they honk at me. The driveway is sloped downward so if you have a heavy car door, it’s nearly impossible to get your items in. Without the car door slamming. I have to turn the car around and head the opposite direction. The unit itself is not the problem. It’s spacious and clean.. The set up is terrible. The manager did offer me an opportunity to look at the unit Prior to moving in. I deeply regret not doing so. But it’s not just my unit any units that are along this one section are all blocked by cars that are allowed to park continuously on the other side. Absolutely ridiculous

So far so great. I reserved and paid online for 10 x 12.5 and even though I did not make it before 5pm and the office was closed. I was delighted to have an email with a gate access code and my storage door #. I walked up opened the door and was a welcome bag with my new lock and keys. I was able to immediately move my things in.

Unit locked when I arrived to move in next day. After the man insisted that I complete my registration online. What is the point of online rental if it’s locked when you get there and they are closed at 1:30pm on a Sunday when most people are moving. I rented 5:30pm Saturday. Plenary of time to open the unit. I honestly don't get why Ernesto works in a profession where you get asked question and interact with people on the daily if it bothers him to answer questions. I entered the storage facility to get a box out of my unit. When exiting the storage, the number 1 on the dial pad did not work and my code contained two 1's. It was raining hard and I was stuck behind the gate locked in getting soaked. I called customer care to get assistance on getting out and I was on hold with them for about 10 minutes. I was given a temporary code that did not contain the number 1. Next thing you know, the number 2 does not work either. Who knows what other numbers do not work on the dialpad. Luckily, another car pulled up behind me and their code did not contain a 1 or 2 and they entered theirs in for me. This was very inconvenience and unprofessional. I rarely visit the storage and the one time I do, my time is wasted being caged in like an animal or prisoner and so is my money since I am not getting what I am paying for. Would not rent from them again or recommend anyone to.

The employee had no idea on the 1st month free and % OFF, which resulted in extra time spent at location and filling out paperwork twice and employee attempted to charge full price even after I let the employee view the text sent to my email. So finally on second try employee called someone for assistance via phone. The person that referred me to the location was so embarrassed they didnt pay there own storage fees and I think they are removing there items next month. So now I am stuck.

Had best customer service I have seen all over Atlanta, I did a great deal of shopping around to find a good place to store my vaulables. I worked with Ricardo who was more than helpful and kind. I would of love to use there services but they weren't very affordable for me, they did offer a good promontion rate which was what caught my interest but after mandatory insurance and additional fee that were added at the last minute it just wasn't in my budget. Although they had Great customer service, and are very organized and professional. Thanks Ricardo For the outstanding Customers service
