Easy process from start to finish with no surprises or unexpected fees! I was able to select the desired unit size and secure it via the website, and set up online payments. Pick-up instructions for the padlock were clear, the unit as well as the storage building were very clean. Upon move-out the office managers were very gracious and helpful. I highly recommend Peachtree City's Crosstown Road facility!

I waited in parking lot for more than one hour because nobody was in the office. The driver with my stuff had to leave. Whitley helped from home. SHE WAS AMAZING! She had been told to stay home. She told me someone would be there after noon. There was not. I came back again and there was a car but no person. Waited for the person 15-20 min. and finally got in.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS, THEN BEWARE! ALL OUR FURNITURE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE DESTROYED WITH MOLD AND MILDEW! THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CLIMATE CONTROLLED FACITLITY, YET EVERYTHING WAS RUINED! I was totally disappointed with this Storage Facility. We stored my mother-in-laws furniture here after she took ill, after her passing we continued to use the facility. It wasn't until our daughter decided to get a unit, did we become aware of what was going on. Our daughter placed her furniture in another climate controlled unit on this property and within months we went to collect her items. HER SOFA, HER MATTRESS, HER BED FRAME ETC. WERE ALL COVERED WITH A WHITE POWDERY SUBSTANCE (MOLD AND MILDEW) PRACTICALLY EVERYTHING WAS RUINED! We contacted the manager and was told there was nothing they could do other than give her a free month and move her to another unit. The insurance company said they were not liable for mold. Skipping forward, this August, 2022 we decided we were ready to go through mom's storage and bring everything to the house so we can go through it at our own pace. Do you know that once we began moving items. We experienced the same thing. ALL MOM'S ANTIQUE FURNITURE, CLOTHES, PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE RUINED! THEY WERE SATURATED WITH MOLD AND MILDEW! WE COULDN'T SALVAGE MUCH OF ANYTHING! We were so distraught, we grabbed what we could, which wasn't much and left the unit practically full. This was on the weekend. Wouldn't you know it, on Monday we received a call from the Manager about us having abandoned the storage unit and wanting us to sign an agreement giving them permission to dispose of the remainder of the items. I was furious! Reluctantly, my husband and daughter signed the forms and sent them to her. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

The agreement I signed doesn't state that monthly rental fee would be increased after 6 months either. my rent for a 10x10 went from around $100 to $130. it is kind of cheating on customer.

I was miss lead when signing up and did not receive the 10% off $114.00 monthly rate I was told. I thought I was going to paying around $103 a month They make you go find buggies where ever they may be in the 2 large buildings instead of allocating 2 per building that can not leave that assigned building. So I was told, when I couldn't find one, that it probably was in another building, just go look for it yourself and drag it back to your building. Neither person got up from their chair or offered to assist.
