Clean & secure units. Helpful staff. Use of moving carts. Lots of options for size. Great price points (although units are subject to increase). Lots of moving supplies available in store. Wish there was a trash/dumpster on site. Otherwise would recommend and use again.

This facility is climate controlled, clean, neat and secure. i feel safe going in on weekends or evenings when the office is not open. The only complaint I have is that when the office is closed, so are the bathroom facilities.

I would give negative stars if that were possible. 1) The space is NOT climate controlled. I think CubeSmart's marketing is very deceptive in this regard. I believed it was climate controlled when I rented the unit, but all of my stuff is covered in mold, and most of it is ruined. 2) The pricing is predatory. Rents are raised every six months, and my rent has tripled over five years. I rented a 10' x 10' unit for about $85 a month five years ago, and my rent is now $256. But the same facility in Scottdale is currently advertising a 10' x 10' climate controlled unit for $56.50 a month. They rent to customers at a low price and raise the rent until it's unaffordable; then, they sell your stuff if you can't pay. In response to one of the 1-star reviews, there's a note from the owner that says in part, "From time to time, we find it necessary to make adjustments to our customers' rental rates in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service iand a clean facility." The rent doesn't go up "from time to time." It goes up significantly every six months. And it's definitely not a top-notch facility. If you read the 1-star reviews, there are a number of people whose possessions have been ruined by mold. Unless you're storing things for a short period over the cooler months, I would definitely recommend NOT doing business at this location. The "owner" responded to me almost immediately on a Saturday night. I'm pretty sure the "owner" is a bot that automatically posts responses written to sound as if the corporation cares about customers. It doesn't.

Ugh. At my wits end with this place. There seems to NEVER be anyone in the office during office hours and all our stuff has mold on it! LOVE paying $120/ month for the most mid service. :/ BEGGING for the front office to call me back. If you're looking for a storage unit, just don't bother with CubeSmart. It's so not worth the money.

Visited my unit yesterday and noticed mold on several items. Went to front desk no one was there I called 800 nimbler to report it and then someone called me back to come file a report and I told them there was no one there when I just had left the building. From reviews here it appears there was. A water leak which may have caused mold to grow in unit.

While I just started using the storage here recently - and there certainly are issues like the public (non-office) doors not being lockable and there no longer being a free move-in truck with your order even thought it's still offered (I was told a customer wrecked it, so fair enough): I did want to give a glowing recommendation to Malcolm who was the representative who helped me get everything set up. I had movers who were on the clock and he helpfully prioritized them first (setting them up + showing us all my unit) so they could get started while we went through paperwork at our own pace afterward. He was also very considerate of my needs and situation and gave wonderful recommendations for me to get the best option and price outside of just selling me things because it's his job. I honestly appreciated his integrity and considerate demeanor and the experience was great because of him. Thanks again, Malcolm!

This place and company is terrible. Auto-pay consistently doesn't work. Exterior doors to the building have been broken for the majority of the last 2 years, so anyone can get in without a code at any time. Unsurprisingly, the dollies are always missing. In a recent visit, garbage piled up outside which blocked the door.

Facility seemed fine at first, but went downhill very quickly. Not sure what happened - if it's financial or staffing. But, no valid excuse for Cubesmart's failure to repair the front door after months and months of it being broken. Fix the front door of the facility to make it secure. The door was broken from July until I moved out last week, with the exception of maybe a couple of weeks. Everytime I asked when it would be fixed, they said, "tomorrow." LOL. Anyone can access the building 24/7, making it unsafe for customers and their belongings. Have staff working at the front desk to increase security and give customers access to the restroom, since a key is needed from the staff to access the restroom 24/7. The office was rarely staffed. Install a key pad on the restroom so it can be used when no one is working. Don't raise the prices by 25% just 3 months after people move in; this is a predatory practice. When changes are made to the hours of operation, notify customers. Train customer service representatives at the call center to not to be rude and condescending. Fix the existing two carts; they are in serious disrepair. Provide additional carts, as two is not enough for this facility.

I am highly disappointed in the customer service received at this location. I understand the staffing across all industries is difficult; however, transparency is critical. I spent way too many hours waiting in front of the store for managers who were on the way to help me with issues. There were two occasions when staff locked my unit, and I couldn't access my belongings even while enrolled in the auto draft.

I'll admit I have gotten behind on my storage payments at times and everytime I can feel his genuine kindness when working threw these situation. It also is always so clean. This company is deceptive. They will mislead you about their rates. They quoted me a rate then raised it several months later. Before I rented the space I specifically asked if the rate was a promo. Two of their employees told me it was not a promo rate. Then later on they raised my rate.

So ok. If something is going to happen, it's probably going to happen to me. My key got stuck in my lock. This matters because the phone representative said I might have to schedule the lock removal. Well, I have movers coming and really can't pay the fees associated with moving my scheduled date. DeMarcus flew in like some kind of superhero and was able to remove the lock. I am so very grateful he was able to leave the store he was assisting to come back to his home store in Scottdale, GA to help me.

I regret storing here. The front door was broken for more than two months, which makes it dangerous to go there at night because anyone could walk in off the street; the neighborhood isn't the safest. The bathrooms are kept locked, so you can't go unless someone is at the front desk to give you a key, and it's rare that someone is working in the office. They also raised my rent by $75 after three months with no warning. Super disappointed in this experience. Update: Front door still broken four months later. Predatory pricing model. Rude customer service.

I was feeling a bit frustrated with Cubesmart as a company because their website shows you a final price and even says "Total due at move-in." However when you go to reserve the unit you find out about 2 extra charges; the monthly insurance premium, and the proprietary lock. I called into the store to see if they could give me a better rate, and I spoke to Doug (great guy). He explained my options, but at the end of the day, there was no getting around the insurance. I found out there was a comparable storage unit for less money just a few blocks away, however after feeling I had found someone I could trust in Doug, I decided to stick with Cubesmart, and I'm happy I did. The place is clean, quiet, and I feel safe keeping my things there.

Great value, excellent variety of humidity controlled storage units, security cameras, padded and deep elevators, a few hand trucks and the free moving truck (if available) all adds up for a perfect experience. Make sure you talk to Doug, the site manager. From the various packages cubes art offers, his calm but helpful demeanor, Doug made this moving day a breeze! I mean, He adds even more value to the storage experience as a whole.

If I could do a zero, I would. The location in Scottdale has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person is rarely there during business hours, even after arranging a meeting to return a truck. The truck was dirty and had low air pressure in 3 of 4 tires. The national customer support line was never helpful and did not take our concerns seriously .

I had the best experience I have ever had at any storage facility I have ever used . And it was all down mr Doug Lun he was super efficient great customer service and went above and beyond . I will most definitely be recommending this facility to my friends and family .

Great and clean air conditioned storage areas. They have carts to help you bring stuff up the elevators. You can also rent out their truck for a minimum cost to help you move.

Stored all of my household goods here for 3 months while I was living out of state in early 2019. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Building is modern, in excellent condition, and easily accessible. Plenty of parking and wide loading area. Location is highly secure, requiring a personalized access code to enter both the lobby and to use the elevator to get to non-ground level storage units. Environmental conditions within the facility are cool and dry, seems like there is good air movement/circulation in the building and the climate control is exceptional. Doors on the units were new, secure, and easy to open/close/lock. Everything (units, hallways, elevators, lobby) is exceedingly clean. They have a number of service carts that you can use to load and unload your things. Finally and perhaps most importantly, the staff provide exceptional customer service. No hidden fees or difficulties in paying charges for storage. I interacted with manager Doug L. multiple times when I moved in and later moved out. Doug was incredibly professional, very friendly, helpful, responsive and concerned...5 star customer service without question. I would absolutely use this place again even if it meant driving a bit out of my way because i know I could store my things here with highest confidence for security and great user experience. And the price was hard to beat as well. I called around to multiple other storage locations and this option was among the cheapest, especially given the quality of the facility and service provided. I have zero complaints.

The General manager I believe her name was Nasha. She was great, very professional, also provided excellent customer service. She and Doug did a great job calling to confirm reservation. I changed my reservation several times before actually showing up, & they never gave me any problems they were very understanding & remained professional, never gave any attitude or nothing. Gave me the best customer service ever! I met Doug when I first arrived there so he gave me all the info so he set my reservation. The general manager Marsha what can't I say. She's very professional gave me a tour around the place. Show me my unit and explained everything in detail on my contract. Her customer service skills is priceless and always had a smile when you talked. She made me felt comfortable to know my items will be a safe and secured. Doug, the person on duty when I checked in, was very friendly and helpful, and the second process was painless. One thing to note is that most homeowner policies will have coverage for stored items – you just need to provide proof of that and you don't have to buy CubeSmart's $12 per month policy. The facility is clean, modern and well kept.

I store photo gear and access it on mornings of shoot dates. Well, imagine my surprise when cubesmart changed my code without my knowledge. Also, throughout my professional relationship with this company, my payments have made on time through auto pay. Yet, I continually receive emails threatening me with late charges for non payment. When I call to resolve the issue I get a "mailbox full" message. Every time. I stop what I'm doing and drive across town to the facility and then discover that the attendant has no idea what I'm talking about and that I'm all paid up. This has happened twice. I do not recommend this company.

My experience at Cube Smart was a memorable one. Nasha was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to help me with all of my storage needs. From when I spoke to her over the phone all the way till I signed my lease her customer service never stopped! She was working alone that day and was very busy but still was patient with me since this was my first time storing. I am happy with my decision of storing my belongings here! I moved out of state and stored my belongings here. I like the facility, but the customer service sucks! Trying to pay my rent over the phone or onlinr is a complete hustle. I can never get someone on the line in time to pay by phone which results in me being late and incurring late fees. When i try to pay online it takes me to Uhaul website as if im trying to reserve or pay for a uhaul rental. I’m considering just coming back and moving my things to another storage facility! I just cant deal!! Nor will I continue to pay late fees when im not able to reach someone to pay!!! Period.
