The manager is exceptional from day 1. This location was farther for me but what won my business was her winning attitude and great customer service. I had a great experience with another young lady who works there as well. I moved into a home and no longer need a storage but I would highly recommend this location. This is by far the worst storage place ever. There is zero customer service, zero empathy, zero help, zero anything that will have a returning customer. They are horrible DO NOT go here! You can’t make partial payments…they won’t work with you on anything they don’t even prorate your rent when you leave. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any storage place and I haven’t had any this is the first one…I go by reviews so idk who’s giving them 5 stars must be themselves…

We rented a small unit, a couple of weeks later we rented another small unit and she remember Bob and I both when we walked into the office ... fast forward to another couple of weeks and we rented a large unit, again she remembered us, greeted us like old friends and was sincerely warm and we felt appreciated. The fact that I'm now paying DOUBLE what I originally agreed to pay for my 10x20 unit, is ridiculous. I'm charged a late fee if i pay late... so I've made sure that I'm never late. It doesn't matter.... Your rate will still go up. I'm now paying $300.00 for a unit I moved into, for $155.00 a month. Ridiculous!

I came in at 9:30am to pay for my 10x10 storage and went back home to move. The mover told me I need a 10x15 instead of a 10x10 so I called Maria and asked If they had 10x15 available she said they did for $390. I was comfortable paying $280 for a 10x10 but not an extra $100. I asked to get my money back I just paid for the storage and she said no refunds. I had just paid 30 mins before I called her back to upgrade. I don't recommend going here if you not sure of what storage size to get or if you in a rush.

We've been a customer for 3+ years and always paid our bill automatically; we had to get the unit when we moved to Florida from Georgia. We are vacating our unit this month and inadvertently didn't realize our CC expired in the same month we are vacating. So of course the charge didn't go through. Once we noticed, I called Cube Smart in Snellville and asked if they could waive the late fee for a long-standing customer, and they said they would.

I had an absolutely awesome customer service experience when I recently rented a parking space for my 25-passenger bus. Natalie greeted me on my first visit and showed me an ideal spot to park my vehicle. I quickly signed up and returned a few days later with the bus, only to realize that I should have asked for a larger area. I was hanging way off the parking pad. Totally my fault; I always think my bus is smaller than it actually is. When I went to the office to explain my faux pas, Natalie understood and allowed me to finish out the month that I had paid for even though I clearly needed more room. At the time, a larger space wasn't available at that location but she promised to let me know if one was vacated. A few days later, she called to offer me a bigger spot. The transition was seamless! Natalie's professional, positive attitude and helpful determination definitely won me over. Another manager, Maria, was also a great help when I stopped by on a day that Natalie was off duty. The staff at CubeSmart, Snellville are a real asset to the company! I am happy to have my business vehicle parked there!

The website asks "Did we WOW you?" That's one way to put it. I paid all 3 fees to acquire a 5x5x8 cube. (Admin fee, Required Insurance fee, Cube fee). I explained to the nice customer service person that I would leave the state that night to retrieve my furniture from another storage facility and return in 5 days with my items to store. Upon my return, I explained that I discovered that my previous unit had been burglarized and I no longer had anything to store at Cubesmart. I asked if any part of the three separate fees I'd paid less than a week before could be refunded, since my unit had never been used. The answer was no. My feeling is that I was robbed twice...my original unit was robbed and I was robbed by CubeSmart.

Move-in price quoted: $24.00 Actual charge at move-in: $55.07 Good service, secure facility, clean, reasonably responsive. However, it would be nice if they informed you ahead of time that (a) They require you to bring proof of insurance with you or purchase theirs; and (b) they require you to have a lock with you when you sign your lease (even if you aren't moving anything into the facility immediately), or you have to purchase theirs (they only sell one kind, and it's a good one but not cheap). None of this is unreasonable, but it was unexpected and it would be very easy for the business to fix this by adding a quick statement to the initial quote they email you to prepare you. That would make a much more customer-friendly experience - especially for those of us who are on strict budgets and plan our expenses based on what businesses tell us.

I have recently left Cubesmart and not because of the employees, they have been wonderful, but because I don't feel the company truly appreciates our business. Went to work in our unit today. Have become increasingly dissatisfied with our particular unit. No light, smaller than advertised, no place to get rid of trash. My wife, who must use a cane, tried to drag some empth plastic storage containers to the dumpster. The manager? made her drag them back to our unit. I was unable to help her. We did not know we could not use the dumpster. All we have is a small subcompact car. For what they ACTUALLY charge, as opposed to advertise, they are quite expensive. We will be moving as soon as I can get the help I need.

Neat and clean, only issue is the boxes that you type your code # to get in and out ..are worn and hard to read. I have uneasy feeling about these boxes. There should be something better available on the market. Suggestion - on the card you give to customers with code on it - on back have address and phone number of this location printed on it.

I needed a storage unit for a short period of time so I had checked out a Storage place near to my house. I was did not find it to my liking and didn't feel safe should I need to go by myself to the unit. So I went back to CubeSmart where I have a RV there because I felt safer, larger diveways. It just was more comfortable. Stephanie was great helping me get a unit and when moving day Natalie was great and helpful when I went to pick up the truck. Great service to be able to use their truck to help us move. Very nice clean and well run.
