DO NOT store your stuff here! I just helped my parents Allen and Allison Latham move their furniture and belongings from this storage unit and everything is ruined. They had spent thousands of dollars storing their stuff in a “climate controlled” unit for a few years and now everything they had was covered In mold. When we approached the staff about the damage they told us mold was not covered by the insurance policy my parents had purchased. To make matters worse, the staff showed no empathy or willingness to help resolve the issue. My parents trusted this facility to protect their belongings, and instead, they’ve suffered a devastating loss.

I've been renting a storage unit from this Cubesmart location for over a year now and I can't recommend it enough for someone looking to store their belongings. I was overwhelmed with trying to find a safe and secure and affordable location to store my belongings in between my move. I appreciate the fact I was able to obtain and contract out a storage and the process was all done through the app! Very convenient process and the cherry on top was all of this was able to be accomplished on a Sunday when the office is closed! Very pleased to also share once I visited during business hours, Ms. Alicia and Ms.Mavis were available to provide exceptional service on my visit to the office! DO NOT and I mean DO NOT use this storage facility the manager performs shady business ! If you want to store your expensive furniture here and have the potential for the employees of this facility to auction your things so they can get higher store numbers go ahead. I have always made my payments I lost my wallet and could not come in after an accident to give cash payment until 2 weeks later, I was always in communication. Store manager failed to provide me important protocol details if payment wasn't made by set date instead she assured me everything was OK and she'll see me when I come in , I even told them to apply a late fee. fast forward I find out on my own she had set an auction date without communicating to me that they will add this lien charge and set a date for my unit. This manager DID NOT even call me to inform me of this. She did not inform me this on the phone when I did call and told her my wallet was lost and all my cards cancelled so auto payment wont go thru and stated when I can come in to give cash payment since they REFUSED to take my payment over the phone. I already reported them to the BBB and already have a lawyer interested on this case I saved every receipt of communication. Do not take your business here they will make sure to perform shady business so they can get their store margins where they need it.

Overall team is responsive once you arrive to the store. (would have given 5 star but can't get a person on the property to answer the phone and I rented 2 from two different locations) Darryl at Old peachtree was very helpful and committed to get all covered before me leaving the property. It's very difficult to contact and get correct information from emails. Although Darryl was helpful he overcharged me and the Manager Aleshia actually refunded me and followed up to make sure I was credited. She listened when I explained what happened and took care of the error.

The manager is something else rude and doesn’t want to work. I arrived during business hours she made me stand out in the cold for 20 mins and it’s not that she was busy she was watching TV I could see her through the glass she expected me to do the online process even though it was much higher price. After waiting 20 mins in the cold my face was red and nose was runny and she acted as if I was sick even though she had caused this. I had my reservation so I did go ahead and rent with them but I will only need the unit for very short term so it’s fine. But I will never again use them or recommend that location if she is still there.

Rates increase 30 % during the 4-5 years that I rented the space. Also, a leather club chair molded while in the climate controlled storage there. I am from out of town so I rented a U-Haul truck to donate the items to the Salvation Army. When I questioned the staff as to what I should do with the molded chair, they told me I was responsible for figuring that out. There was no on-site means to dispose of anything. I was told that if I left the damaged chair on their property I would be charged a $500 fee to "clean out the unit". Next time I'll research storage companies and be prepared for better options at the termination of my rental.

My rating is based on ease of access to my unit. The access gate always operated properly. Trollies are always accesible. I was a little worried since I didn’t choose a climate controlled unit and the unit was indoors but everything was fine. This location is very clean. They use some sort of baiting system. I noticed packets in my unit which were great. The staff are friendly and knowledgable.

I would not recommend this or any storage place that increases the rent every 3 months with nothing to show for the increases. I closed the account and moved my business storage items to my garage. If I stayed for a year or more the rent would have EASILY risen to $300, $400 per month. I had a 10x10 non-temp controlled unit. So nothing special or extra. Apparently this is standard. Which is crazy.

On several occasions this business has double charged me, sent me incorrect invoices, misscomuncated move out dates at my expense. The GM called to inform me my bill had not been paid ( already signed up for auto bill pay) when i brought up the multiple occasions they have caused a mixed up on my bill she began yelling at me. Rather than offer an apology or try to come up with a solution she demanded that i pay immediately although i recieved a bill that said it would be taken out on the 16 via auto pay. I reached out to a district manager concerning the managers behavior to be ignored. No professionalism. There are plenty of storage units around shop elsewhere if you don't want to be ripped off then treated like garbage when you bring up their mistakes.

The facility is very clean and customer service is great. When I moved my items into storage, I broke a glass table top right in front of the doors to the climate controlled facility. I went to the office to ask for a broom to clean it up and Natalie, the site nanager, insisted that she would clean it up for me. I so appreciated the help with my mess.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by both the General Manager "Jocelyn" and the onsite manager "Jessica" where one is not treated as a number, but as an individual. GREAT location that is well-lit, clean, safe and secure. I like the customer service and the staff is always friendly and professional. The location is great too. What I do not like is the setup of the gate and keypad. To get in, you must enter the code on a keypad that is on the left side of the entrance, which I understand is so the driver can access it from inside the vehicle but with a truck and trailer attached it still hangs out into the road, which happens to also be a divided highway and with cars coming in on the left side of the entrance and traffic can only exit right, that causes a small issue sometimes. Now, to get out there is just a sensor to drive up to and the gate opens, but you have to come up alongside the fence to activate it, not facing the gate and there is very little room to make a large enough circle to get a large truck (like a moving truck) back out after activating it. Still a great place as far as professionals go, but sometimes it's a pain.

I've used Self Storage facilities many times over the years, but NONE have been as nice as this CubeSmart. I've rented here for at least two years now. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. The staff is courteous and friendly. Jia is always in-tune with my logistics needs offering assistance with inside delivery of Freight shipments or just whatever. The great Customer Service is a major reason I am here!
