Needed some space for extra storage. Found Cube Smart. Very convenient for me with easy access in and out of the facility and a reasonable price. I've experienced multiple instances of roof leaks at this location and have reported each incident to the manager's office. However, despite their assurances to take care of the repairs, the issue persists. Last year, the problem became so severe that I had to move to another unit, hoping to get rid of the leaks. Unfortunately, even in my current unit, I'm still dealing with roof leaks. These recurring leaks have resulted in significant losses for me. Hence, I don't recommend the facility and its services in Suwanee location due to this ongoing issue!

i left because i had a 25% increase in rental rate. when i signed up, i figured i was signing for that rate. i dont remember seeing anywhere that it said it would go up in the contract. 25% is too much. even if i didnt see it, thats too much plus there is incentive for new customers, but NO incentive for retention of current customers

My entire experience was flawless except there was no lighting inside my climate control unit. I feel there should be lighting inside the units, especially the larger ones. Also, I feel the monthly rental cost should remain the same throughout the lease and not increase. Other than that I had a great experience which is why I would rent from Cube Smart again if I’m ever in need of a storage unit. I would just make sure I’m moved out before you increased the monthly rental cost.

This place has a rat/mouse problem. We had a storage unit outside that had rodents making nests with our boxes and we are only storing paperwork and home goods. No food whatsoever. After cleaning and sterilizing everything in our unit we were given a unit indoors. That unit has also had rats make their way in and lay droppings on the tops of all our plastic bins. We now use the thick black plastic with yellow top containers from home depot to make it harder for the rodents to get in, so they just climb on everything making a mess. As soon as we have time, we will be moving to another facility.

Exceptional prices and a friendly staff that go the extra mile. We all know that moving isn't fun, especially from another state. When trying to juggle the purchase of a new home, starting a new job, and being separated from my family, I also needed to find a storage space. Drew, a manager at CubeSmart in Suwanee, did a great job following up to help me find a storage unit at a fabulous price. He even stayed after closing as I was battling my way through I-85 Northbound traffic from Midtown. Even though his day had technically ended, he was warm, friendly, and didn't make me feel rushed. He took the time to explain the gate, personally show me to my storage unit, and patiently waited while I read the lease agreement. (yes, I'm one of "those" people) Major Kudos to Drew and CubeSmart for making this a great experience.

Debbie and Reggie are the best part of my day. They have the answers to EVERY single question. They work in sync of one another. If I discuss my bill or the unit with one in absence of the other there is always a great turn over of information. Prices are always changing. They advertise a much lower rate and will not adjust your rate to match what they advertise. This place was much better when Jocelyn was there. Area Manager will not return your calls, corporate call center does nothing to assist either. Very, very poor customer service.

THIS STORAGE IS FANTASTIC!! I HAVE USED THIS FACILITY FOR YEARS. VERY CLEAN AND TOP NOTCH. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. DIANE IS THE BEST!. I WILL USE THEM WHENEVER I NEED A STORAGE SPACE.

I have 2 other units in a different part of town in Lawrenceville.. so I have room to talk when I say this Cubesmart facility is top notch. The customer care and service you get is second to none.. I love The staff and I was almost sorry to report I will be vacating the unit this month. If i ever need to store anything ever again you better believe this is where i will store it. Keep up the wonderful work you really are two of the nicest people I have encountered during this difficult and trying transition in my life and i will always remember you. Muah!

Great storage facility with a lovely lady providing the customer service. This is my 2nd time coming back here. Great climate controlled unit with high ceilings, good price and Diana is wonderful. I remembered her from a few years before and is very informative, thorough and a great personality.

Both Diana and Paul are very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We have used this facility multiple times over the last few years, and each time we had a very positive experience. The climate controlled areas are always very clean and well maintained, as are all the grounds. We've rented both 10x10 and 10x20 climate controlled spaces. There have always been dollies available when we've needed them. This is a very safe location, and I can't say enough about how grateful we are to know we have this particular CubeSmart available to us when needed. We highly recommend this location of CubeSmart.

I called Cube Smart and talked with Paul Beam. He was very helpful in making my reservation. When I went in to sign the lease he was extremely helpful with supplies we might need for our move and made all of the family feel really good about the experience. Pat Barron

To whom it may concern...just to let you know, as if you didn't, this CubeSmart location is the very best because of many different reasons, but just to name a few...the people!!! Diana and Paul are awesome, organized, and very helpful. The location is safe, which is a major plus. Last, but not least, we get encouraged whenever we stop in to pay or say "Hey". Double Diana's pay and give Paul his own store...Glory to God.

I am elated to have the opportunity to express to all that are reading this review, that the CubeSmart located on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd.in Suwanee, GA, is not your ordinary storage facility. The managers, both Diana & Paul, go above and beyond their job responsibilities to assist their customers with their storage needs. When you enter this store, you are not simply provided with a list of the available storage unit's, sizes & prices; rather you are greeted by people who in their deepest sincerity truly care about informing you of every possibility that will ease, what for many people can be a very difficult and stressful experience.They provide you with all of the essential information that is needed to ensure that you make the right decisions in order to optimize your individual situation.When I entered this storage facility, I was greeted with warmth like an extended family; people who genuinely cared about servicing me to their utmost ability to take care of all of my concerns. Diana & Paul are two of the most amazing people that I have conducted business with. Oh, and lastly one of the greatest benefits of this store is that you can have "FREE" use of their truck for a generous mileage amount to move your belongings. This perk alone was one of the biggest godsends in helping my family out at a very difficult time. Thank you so much for all of your help! I will send everyone I know in this area who needs a storage facility to this specific location. Kudos to you guys!
