The only reason I didn’t rate a score of 10 (5 stars) is because of how much my rent increased over the years I’ve been leasing with CubeSmart (since 2019). I don’t understand why the loyalty of your customers is penalized with yearly rent increases yet new customers get better rates (at first). When I moved in my rent was around $125 and Jan. ‘24 had I stayed would have been $398! However, I will say Anna the Manager, located at 714 Loganville Hwy, Winder which is where I rented, is absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed anything. She is proof that a person can be both professional and personable with their customers. I have seen her out sweeping and working to keep the property nice and clean. She is great at her job and a wonderful person. I usually asked for Anna or made a point to come in to pay when she was there because she is so nice but the few times I interacted with Fred was a pleasure as well.

I made and paid for a reservation on Saturday evening online. Change of events happened Sunday and I did not need the unit anymore so I called customer service since my location was closed on Sundays. I explain the situation to them and they assure me that I can cancel and refunded since I never went on the property but I needed to contact the local office on Monday. Monday morning rolls around and I call and they tell me there's nothing they could do but refund the lock fee, whatever 20 bucks. I call customer service after that call and explain again the situation and he tells me he's going to have the district manager give me a call so we could work something out. Am I surprised that no one called me? Not at all. Understandably you are running a business and have policies that you go by or what not. I WILL NOT be using cubesmart in the future. A courtesy call to tell me no refunds could be made and show in the lease that no refunds could be accommodated would have been case closed. But no. It has been more than a headache. So again. Don't book and pay unless you know for sure you need it, customer service is no help. They take your money but have no interest in accommodating life events.

The manager Anna is this locations biggest plus! She's very knowledgeable and helpful from the initial rental, any questions or concerns while items were stored all the way up to our move out. We used the climate controlled units and they're amazing. Whole facility is very clean and well maintained. All the security features and the attention to the property the employees provide makes you feel your items are very secure. This was my 1st storage experience and we used the units for 8 months and couldn't be more pleased!

After 3 yrs I have to change my review not due to employees, but due to corporate. My unit started out at 219.00, it is now 280.00! Once they get you in they will keep raising your rates, when questioned they will give you lame corporate pre scripted answer, " its in your lease you signed". So much for taking care of your loyal paying customers. This company obviously dosen't care about their customers, only how they can take advantage of them once they have you " over a barrel" Too bad originally I was happy.(Unbelievably GREAT , all due to one employee ANNA, who stayed late to book me in and truly save the day. I was going to lose my unloading help without her! As with every business it's the exceptional employees that make it or break it.)

The General Manager Anne has been nothing but professional, kind and very helpful since we spoke on the phone. Once I met her face to face, we became friends instantly. She is knowledgeable with helping determine which unit is required. I asked her to move my move in date and she had no problems assisting. She showed me around the different units for visual of what I needed. There is a Manager Christopher who is also nothing but professional, kind and very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful with determining the storage needs, how to properly pack the units and how to properly store your belongings. These two are the most caring upfront individuals for consumers looking for self-storage in the surrounding Bethlehem Georgia areas. I found cubesmart on a Google search. My house sold 3 months earlier than expected. I needed a storage unit in few weeks. I met Ana K. 1 of the managers. Just wonderful. We recently bought a new travel trailer and I needed a place to put it when we weren't using it. I spoke with the manager and explained that I am a newbie at maneuvering my RV and needed a 30' space I could easily back into. I went out and we took a look at the space, determined that it was perfect. Because there was only ONE space left, I booked it immediately even though I wouldn't need it for a few weeks. Nice facility. The wait time to complete paperwork was too long. The climate controlled units aren't really climate controlled. There's one AC unit above the entrance/push doors. When I was loading my belongings into the unit yesterday, the AC never came on to cool the units. I was told it kicks when the units reach high 70 degrees but it never did.

Rented a unit here for three weeks while we waited to close on our new house and after we closed on our old house. The rates were a little high and it is not 24 hour access like they advertise but you can get into your unit from 6am-10pm. I would rent here again if I needed to but I pray I don't need to.

Dedicated to serving their customers. Jessica helpes me find the storage unit that fit my needs. Jessica was almost done with my paperwork, when I realized that I needed a larger unit. With out considering that it was close to closing time, she selfishly went back out to show me a second unit that better fit my needs. If I would have gotten the first unit I wouldnt have had the room I needed to store my stuff. Thank you Jessica, I greatly appreciate all your help.

This was a nice and easy experience with having to rent an inside storage unit for the first time. All of the areas of the premises were very nice and clean. Yvette was very nice and very detailed with all of the information, she gave me. Yvette also stayed after hours to allow me, to be able to come from work to do all of my paper work...

***Not really Climate Controlled*** I have family heirlooms that I needed to store temporarily, and climate controlled was very important to me, because of the extreme heat and humidity in GA during the summer. This facilities idea of "climate control" is a joke. When my mother passed away recently we stored her items in a climate controlled facility near my house. This was true climate control, with a key card access door and both temperature and humidity control. CubeSmart has a swinging door that provides about as much climate control as an open door in your house. When we went to see our locker for the first time the door was propped wide open! When I asked the manager how their set up was supposed to protect against humidity (As she pushed me to buy all their anti-humidity products) she told me that climate control was really only air conditioning. Apparently CubeSmart, doesn't understand what climate control really is. So while the facility and customer service seem to be decent, I wouldn't waste your money on climate control as you are definitely NOT getting that.

Half way decent the staff are quite nice enough. Just don't expect to pay any less than twice the amount they originally quoted you. Istarted off with an original quite on line of $40/month for there smallest unit and by the end of the day ended up having to pay around $90/month after all of the extra BS add on fees. Then just be ready to either sign or leave when they force a fake over priced insurance policy on you. If you don't mind the inflated cost then I would say the service is exceptional in the facilities are very well kept. And when they offer you a coupon/discount for the following month in exchange for a speedy review on Google don't accept they won't follow through with it.

This facility has recently changed management. The new manager is rude and customer service is non existent. It takes going by the facility multiple times just to pay the bill because no one is ever in the office. My husband and I have to team up just to catch her there. It took 8 try's last month. When the manager is present she is just rude. I will be moving my things from this faculty very soon.

I had rented a unit from this location for several months, which was always neat and clean. The Manager Maggie is so Very courteous and pleasant to her customers as well. The facility and grounds were always neat and upkeep very well, also stocked with any storage items that you may need such as boxes, locks or bubble wrap. I have had several family members rent a unit from this same location. Thanks again Maggie for a Wonderful experience. I would definitely return to this location again if needed.
