It’s okay, I just don’t like how they have a moving truck you can’t use unless you have insurance from your car. That’s very inconvenient for most of us because some don’t have a car but have license. They need to really change their policy to where it makes sense. Why doesn’t the truck itself have insurance? So right now I have a storage there that has nothing in it untill I can find someone with insurance in there car to come get the truck mind you, I’m very new out here so trying to get somebody to come out here from the city is very hard. This really irritates my soul

He was very thorough and explained the process to me prior to coming into the office on the day of my move in, which made it easy for me to come with all necessary documents. I shared a storage unit with another person for a year and then I moved out of state. We want to move the unit from my name to theirs but can't do it unless we are both there in person. I have tried calling on multiple occasions but breaking through to an actual human is a rough go and I have yet to be able to do it. Number on website says to call individual location but that's the same number. ... also not to be petty but after 4 months (maybe 3) they raised the cost by $50. I have left a message for a return call but it's been a week. I'll keep trying and I know that a storage unit is a storage unit and none have great customer service... just be aware that when needed this one has none.

DO NOT USE CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS AT THIS FACILITY. Had my items stored in the back climate controlled units for 1 year. Upon retrieving my items there was excessive Rodent and Water damage to my belongings. Concrete floors indicate elevated levels of moisture highlighted by the stains and weeping in photos below. Upon approaching management, I didn't even have to state my problem, but was met with "You don't have to tell me anything, I already know what the problem is" and informed me I would have to go through insurance. The fact that a known problem persisted but as a customer I was not informed is borderline negligence. But, please bombard me with emails telling me they're painting the building. Insurance is a giant scam. Don't use theirs - it evidently doesn't cover rodent damage. Lost sentimental and costly items. If you don't want your stuff looking like this, I highly recommend staying away from the storage facility. As a positive I will say, Ron and the front office were extremely polite and professional during almost every interaction - but politeness won't cover my losses.

I had a climate controlled unit that often smelled horrible and musty. We went through several damp-rid containers during this time and our own air fresheners. We found mice droppings and pee when we went to take out holiday items out which prompted us to leave. There was also a woman living 3 cubes down from us that we would see when we came to get things out of our cube. It was very weird. How they didn't notice for months that a woman was living in a cube is beyond me. They also raised the price after just two month for no apparent reason. They should've used the increase in rent for mousetraps. We have since moved and had a great experience at our new rental! The only good thing about this location was how easy it was to move out.

I love this location of CubeSmart. Ron, the Senior Manager is so wonderful! He’s kind and super helpful. He made the process so effortless and easy. This location and the storage units are well kept and very clean. I got an inside unit and it was so neat! I’ve had a very bad experience in the past with Public Storage with some of their rude and obnoxious employees along with them raising the rent every couple months without proper notice. More than anything else, her customer service sold me on this Cube Smart facility. The only negative is the truck that one can use (for only $10) for move-in does not have a ramp; this means you have to lift everything onto the truck.

This is the second CubeSmart facility I have done business with and both proved to be a very a satisfying experience. Our move from the West Chicago facility to the Aurora facility happened without a problem. We were in and out of the office in a few minutes and moving in. They were nice and straight up. They did offer certain "sales" items but they were not high pressure. Location is easy to get to and hours are great. Other places make you pay more to get in after 7pm but here i can get in until 10pm. All units are outdoor, but the reality is - if you had your own garage for storage you would put it outdoors without thinking twice about it.

Cube Smart was a great storage option for me. It was right in my neighborhood and accessable at all the right times. Renting was quick and painless. Customer service is spot on. The guy working there is so friendly and was accommodating to my needs. If you rent from them, they have a truck you can use to move, and its cheaper than renting a truck elsewhere. Go here! Best storage experience to date.

My Sister and I Have Shared a Storage at This Location For The Past 3 Years.... My experience at cubeSmart today was GREAT!!! I called the toll free number 3 weeks ago to set up everything before my move out day, the person I spoke with had my information wrong as well as the size of the storage... went in to the location today and Ron Walker Fix everything!!!
