CubeSmart as the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. You get to unload inside a bay, instead of outside. There are carts that holds nine storage boxes at once available to move your items to your locker. They have a wonderful big warm clean bathroom attached to the bays. All the details are carefully thought out so it is wonderful!

I just rented a storage unit. Had it on reservation for 2 weeks until I needed it. The rental process was easy to complete. The staff are wonderful particularly Sue. The variety of unit sizes is also great. I have a 10' X 7.5" and is the perfect size for me.

We started renting a unit for the very first time this weekend. We rented the unit when the office was closed, but we had a seamless move in experience using SmartRental. We were able to rent, complete our application, and complete actual move in using their online system. The facilities are immaculate, clean, and temperature controlled. We moved in our belongings during a very large rain storm, so the sheltered garage was a great benefit to us. The manager Sue called me to check in the next business day and make sure everything was in order. Customer service and facilities have been incredible so far, highly recommend this location!

My initial visit as a walk-in, when I inquired about the facility and how it works, Michael was very helpful, very informative, and provided good packing advice. I rented online and it was very easy and the online price was great! I actually rented at the newer facility accidentally however I met Sue who was very personable and very helpful. Explained everything and walked me through the process. So far so good!

I love the security when putting the car in the garage and no one can get into the building without a code like those storage facilities that are outdoors and someone can jump the fence. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that one of the elevators was never really working consistently and my unit was on the third floor. One day I had to wait till the next day to grab stuff from my unit. I will make sure that next time I get a unit it will be ground floor only. And I will recommend that to people too.
