Great experience from start to finish, I received a welcome kit with a lock and info on how to store my items properly and how to pay. The unit was so clean and didn’t smell and the carpet looked new and taken care of. The last unit I came from was not as well kept as this so I truly appreciated the climate control and security measures taken to keep our items safe. If you are looking for the best place to storage your valuables, look no more! Nate and Jacel make sure to give you above and beyond customer care while at the same time keeping the storage very well clean (including the bathrooms) and climate control. They listen to your needs and provide the best help they can according to their possibilities. They make sure, us, as customers are satisfied with the services. The only downside is the franchise keep raising prices and don't give discounts to long time storage customers.

I've been with this CubeSmart since Feb 2020 and they've been fantastic. Nate worked with me to get me set up with everything that my company required of them. The building is clean, my packages are handled with professionalism and they often go above and beyond to let me know when something arrives for me (thank you, Jacel!). The only negative is the constant (every 6 months or so) increase in my rent which has almost doubled since I started with them 3.5 years ago. But the wonderful customer service given by Nate and Jacel offset that and they continue to earn my business.

Best storage facility in the area. We have used this place twice in the last year. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and made sure our requests were accommodated (first floor and close to the loading garage).The loading area has a decent amount of space- so multiple people can park there, the units are heated/cooled and this facility has car storage, if needed.

Just rented a unit from this facility. Nate was extremely friendly and helpful through the process. He toured the building and walked me through the steps of using the losing bays and elevator. He showed me multiple units and I settled on a 5 x 7.5. Awesome price, climate controlled, spacious, and had carpet. The facility is also extremely clean and well kept. I arrived for my reservation where I met the manager Jecel who is truly a very nice person, she was very helpful with my storage needs. I started the process of signing my lease when the system started to freeze. When Jecel noticed how the system stopped working she keep apologizing to me while trying to get the system to work I informed her it was ok that I understand and she thanked me for my patience. She had to do a manual lease and again she apologized and I said to her it was ok. We got through the lease and it was all good. Jecel was the best and she handled the situation very well without getting upset, she stayed calm the whole time. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you Jecel ????

Really great experience here. My hubby and I were between places while moving for about a month and a half. Everything from signing up to making payments to moving in and out was a smooth and easy process. They have dollys available as well as elevator access to the second floor. They also have a truck available to rent for customers with storage spaces for a very reasonable nominal fee.

I have had a great experience so far. I have a climate controlled unit and it is very clean and secure. There is an elevator for easy access and carts to be able to transport your item to your unit with ease. CubeSmart also has moving trucks you can rent as well as boxes and tape and other items available for purchase that are necessary for a move. They help make everything convenient. The manager is polite and very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Karin is by far the sweetest. Was extremely helpful to my boyfriend and I, helped us keep a storage unit reserved for about a month before we actually needed it even though the allowed time is a week. Very clean and well kept with a friendly smile and greeting when you get there! Highly recommend using them.

Moves can be Exhausting!!! BUT, I just stored my things here and the process was very simple, and affordable. Best of all, Karin and Nate were just excellent, very helpful and very kind. Thank you for making this easier for us. The facility was also very clean and spacious.

Very clean and secure facility. I took two stars off because the rent is ridiculously high compared to other climate-controlled storage facilities in the area, and it keeps going up. We've had a unit there for about a year and a half, and our rent has increased by about 30% since we first joined. Kind of ridiculous.

Check in was easy but I was not pleased with the extra $12 a month cost for "required insurance". That cost never appeared on the on-line rental quote I secured via the website. Further the required purchase of a $13 lock was never communicated anywhere on-line. Add in the $24 one-time administration fee and that bargain monthly rate advertised was no longer such a bargain. Shady advertising and pricing at its best. Renters proceed with caution and ask about all the hidden fees to make an informed pricing decision.

This facility is something that I've never saw, very impressed, very clean. After I got through packing I needed another storage and I started to go to another her facility but I decided to come back and get a second storage from cube smart. Rich Osborne went above and beyond. Great customer service and kind. I was in a stressful state with moving... And then upon leaving, my car wouldn't start. So he even gave my battery a jump... When I offered him $20 he wouldn't take it saying that is how CubeSmart wants us to treat our customers!!! Way to go CubeSmart!.. having such a wonderful employee. **** 4 Months Later**** as we're getting ready to move out in early November, I wanted still to add - Very happy with this CubeSmart. Rich has continued to be great to deal with and his employee Susie also went above and beyond to help me when I had trouble finding a mover. She is a real gem. The staff was courteous and efficient. His explanation of the terms and pricing weas ipfront and clear. The facility is clean and the doors to my unit worked smoothly. The keypad was a little different from another unit i tried but worked once i tried it and he cam out to help before i culd ask. It fits my nds and i would se this place again. Great service
