We rented a unit at the Elgin Tollway Road location with Mothy, the Manager. We found a unit in the size we needed available and he was great to work with. There was an online promotion so the price is really affordable and the unit building was very clean. We recommended the location to family and they got a unit as well.

The guy that was running the store was beyond nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend CubeSmart. The facility is very clean and has cameras so you feel safe. Everything is inside and there is a pin you need to get in so no worries on the customer half.

I would highly suggest storing elsewhere, I paid a lot of money for a 10x 20 indoor unit. water damage and mold to all of my items, can't get anyone from cubesmart to take ownership, can't get their private insurance company to pay out the claim. Just ridiculous.... everything I owned was stored here, and I paid extra for "climate controlled" and this is what I got instead - a massive headache and having to re buy everything. Based on what I could tell it looked like an issue with the sprinkler system, because the water clearly came in from above and rained down into my unit. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE

Judy is wonderful! I moved items into a storage unit and a couple weeks later realized I needed to upgrade. Judy helped me find a larger unit close to my previous unit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage space. It is clean, secure and not overtly advertised.

CubeSmart has been great! The facility is clean and well kept. Salman has been great to work with. We needed a second unit on moving day and he was there at the site to help us out right when we arrived I didn’t even have to call him. I would most definitely rent storage from CubeSmart again!

This facility is just a few months old so it’s clean and have tons of primer storage locations available. I moved in my 3 bedrooms worth of stuff temporarily while I was closing on a home and the staff were super flexible and accommodating plus the fact that they had an amazing promo where the first month was free made it a no brainer. I’ve used CubeSmart both in the city and in the burbs... always been a great experience. Thank you guys for being awesome!!
