Go somewhere that was cleaned once this year in stead. Go somewhere clean where there is more than one egotistical and defensive employee. Why this company employes only one person and the one they chose is baffling. Can corporate remove the sign in the bathroom that asks customers to inform the manager if the bathroom is dirty please? I have been disgusted for months and followed the sign. The sole employee blamed people that didn't work there for using the bathroom. The bathroom was not dirtied by people using the bathroom. It needs to be cleaned because of the layers of grime and unsanitary toilet paper holder. Please remove the sign. When followed the leader will argue, blame others, lie and say it was cleaned, turn her back and walk away. If you're lucky enough to be met by an unlocked office door, or catch her when she is not socializing, that is.

Very well kept property. I was impressed when I pulled up to the building and even more so after a tour of the property. Tamara was very professional and showed me several different sized units. The indoor loading dock was a huge perk for me for unloading my items. Thay had a nice selection of packing supplies and they offer auto pay. Cannot go wrong with this location.

Available whenever we needed whether on site or over the phone to troubleshoot as needed. The facility is clean and well organized. Probably the best in the North Shore.

I stored some home furniture at CUBE Smart, 1718 Waukegan Rd, in an air-conditioned unit, for a short 1 week duration in July 2021. Everything about CUBE smart is great, is professional. Very clean facility, no trash or dirt on the floors. Everything seems to work fine, lights, doors, locks, etc. The staff was personable and helpful. I would recommend CUBE Smart, to anyone.

I love how accommodating it is. Temperature is always cool, everything’s quite sturdy (fire sprinklers everywhere), the lights are motion-sensitive and turn on as you walk, and there’s music playing throughout the storage hallways to make the atmosphere less lonesome. Got a good elevator and garage loading dock area (carts always available). Real good quality place.

Cube Smart has excellent access areas for cars including one enclosed area that can accommodate regular moving trucks. The hallways are brightly lit, carpeted and clean. The road around the building is wide enough to easily pass a car or truck that is parked along side the building as well. There was no trash visible anywhere which is an accomplishment for this type of facility. I liked being able to read unit prices online and being able to reserve a unit at no cost over the phone. The administrative fees for start up were the same as at another company and the free first month rent was a big help too. On a Sunday, their office was open. The staff were friendly and efficient at getting me set to move in which I was able to do later that day and before the snow arrived the following day.

I've used 5-10 storage facilities over the years and this one is the BEST. Real customer service, carpeted hallways, accessible electric power (like to charge a cell phone), great motion based lighting. And did I say great people? The basis of the customer service is the great people. Fair, honest, full of smiles. The 4-bay loading dock and the "borrow the truck plan" are amazing. Lots of carts, easy to get in and out. Temperature controls work. I checked out today as I am leaving the area; and I felt I really must appreciate them for their kindness and high standards. Way to go!
